Cancellation Deadlines:

• RV & Tent Sites: You must give 7 days cancellation notice. Call the KOA you made your reservation with by 4 p.m., seven days before your scheduled arrival.
  
• Lodging & Accommodations: You must give 14 days cancellation notice. Call the KOA you made your reservation with by 4 p.m., fourteen days before your scheduled arrival.
  

*For guests booking accommodations in California, a full refund will be given for reservations canceled within 24 hours of booking, provided the arrival date is at least 72 hours after the time of booking.

Cancellation Details:

• Reservations made after these deadlines require nonrefundable deposits.
  
• Cancellations made after the deadlines will result in forfeiture of the full deposit.
  
• No refunds are given due to the discomforts of nature, including no-shows and early checkouts.
  
• No refunds are given on or after the arrival date.
  
• Refunds will be processed using the original credit/debit card, with no exceptions.
  
• The cancellation policy may be amended during a Regional/National travel disruption.
  
• Holidays and special events may have unique deposit and/or cancellation requirements.
  

• Any guest or visitor operating a motorized vehicle of any kind must have a state-issued driver's license.
  
• Children under the age of 16 are prohibited from operating any motorized vehicle while on park property. 
  
• ATVs and other recreational vehicles are meant for off-road activities and are not to be used as recreational vehicles within the boundaries of the park.
  
• The park speed limit applies to all vehicles. Strictly enforced for guest safety.
  
• ATVs & golf carts may not be driven around the property during quiet hours (10pm - 8am)

Fires are allowed in the fire rings only. Check with office for any federal fire bans or restrictions.

Firewood is available for purchase in the General Store.

Connecting with nature and wildlife. Various types of wildlife big and small may be on this campground. Be alert and give them distance and respect. Keep dogs on a leash and properly store food, trash and cooking supplies. Your safety and the future of wildlife depend on you.

Water craft rentals:  9am - 5pm
$40 for 2 hours for each water craft.
$80 for full day rental.

Bike rentals:  hours the general store is open up to 6pm
$8/hr for single-seat bikes.
$10/hr for double-seat bikes.

Guests may request propane fills at the General Store during operating hours.

All Cabins that are pet friendly require a $35 per stay per pet fee. 
We do not charge a pet fee on RV and tent sites. Please remember to clean up after your pet, have them on a leash, and stay with them at all times.

For the safety and enjoyment of all guests, strict limits are enforced on the number of people who may be at the campground per each reservation. 

• At check-in, you will be asked to verify the number of guests staying at your site.  
  
• A limit of 4 to 12 people per site (depending on site type) will be enforced. That total number includes both the number of people on your reservation and any day visitors. If you have the maximum number of people on your reservation, day visitors are not allowed.
  

RV and Tent sites are limited to 6 people per site.
Camping Cabins and Deluxe Cabins are limited to the maximum occupancy. The number of guests/visitors per site cannot exceed the maximum sleeping capacity of the accommodation. 

Note: If the number of overnight guests on your reservation allows for day visitors, those day visitors must check in at the front desk upon arrival. Keep in mind that parking is limited and is first come, first serve. Visiting guests are permitted until Quiet Hours begin at 10pm and must adhere to campground rules. Should day visitors turn into overnight guests, they must register at the front desk.

Please bag and tie trash and leave it at the end of your site between 9am & 11am and 4pm & 6pm.  Staff will come by and pick it up for you.
Please do not leave trash out overnight, as it is a safety hazard and it will attract the wildlife.

After hours registration is posted in the night registration box located to the left of the General store front door.
Night Host number is located on the map for any assistance.
For emergencies call 9-1-1.

No Smoking In Cabins & Buildings:
In accordance with California law, there is no smoking in buildings and cabins. A $300 fee will be charged if any guest is found to have smoked in any cabins or buildings.

Boat Launch:
A boat launch area is conveniently located just 2 miles away from the campground in the town of Trinity Center.

Autumn England comes to us from the East Coast, bringing a vast background of hospitality, property, and campground management, to Trinity Lake KOA. Her top priority is ensuring our guests have the best experience all around while they are here! You'll see her walking around this year with a new baby in arms and engaging with our guests, so be sure to say hello!  

When not working, she enjoys lake days with her family and furbabies, kayaking, paddle boarding, and hiking. She also loves tending to her houseplants, and chef'ing it up in the kitchen, baking included!
