Brochure mentions food service, not mentioned at check in. Check in done via walkie talkie taped to office door (office closed). Guided to site over a road with huge divots that sent our 40' coach rocking crazily. Never received promised email receipt.

Virtually no contact with the KOA staff. There was no one in the office, just a walk-in talkie with a note to call them and they would come show you to your site. Very un-KOA like.

Every one was nice. The store/office had very limited hours. Since we didn't have sewer, I had to shower in facilities. Seemed clean, but drain cover was loose, water was only warm and the lights kept going out while I was in the shower. I was glad I showered in daylight and had my husband waiting outside the shower room.

This KOA has had no updates for years and remains minimal in the amenities. I don't understand why it's rated as a Journey campground. Most concerning is there are no security measures on any of the common areas, like the bathrooms. The toilets were all dirty with mold in the toilet bowl. Lastly, my husband told a driver that was speeding through the park to slow down, found out it was the owner.

I called ahead and reserved sites,as we traveled through. Everything was available for late arrival, nice. No firepit at our sites we were disappointed. Shower was just warm the next morning...

Front office not open at check-in time...had to radio...and wait. Store hours posted as open but when I ask a guy in a cart if store would be open he just said no, and drove away. Poor direction to find the campground...only after driving 20 miles out of the way did I find a comment that GPS was not a good way to find this KOA.

Hi, the bathrooms were horrible, the site is not secure. The only good thing is that the sites had a concrete slab which was totally level.

We had paid for a concrete site… they told us another rig was broken down in our site so they placed us in a dirt site supposedly with gravel. There were open sites and the next day the majority of people had left. Lots of concrete sites open. When I went to the office on departure… nobody was there but a walkie talkie radio to use to call someone I used that and nobody answered. Not good ser

Need to do a better job of aligning pull through full hookup Buddy sites with their associated picnic tables. On both of our stays, we had to use the table at the rear of the Coach because the other occupant of the Buddy site arrived before us and claimed the table that was right outside our door. Not a big deal except you are forced to walk through the red NM gravel/mud/dirt

We came in late but they had our site ready and an envelope with all of our information needed by the door to the office. Very clean restrooms and our site was nice and level.

Nice place. Super friendly service. We were told and invited to their breakfast. We had to bug out early so we didn't get breakfast. Lots of spaces, cute tent sites. We had a bunny visit our site several times.

It's a nice clean rustic camp ground just off the expressway. It has numerous cement full hook ups, clean, Wi-Fi, cable and nice view of the mountain. The owners are great we stayed here 3 times. I think a bigger camp ground about 5 miles away is messing with them

Friendly people, easy reservation system, large concrete slab with hookups logically placed, clean and quiet area right off I-40 and Hwy 54. Delicious breakfast burritos delivered right to the RV!!
