The campground is aging with lots of overgrown weeds and dead trees. Worst KOA we have seen. The pool was ok and the best part. Horrible wi-fi. Should you be there before 1 PM you can leave or they charge you an extra $10 to get to your site early. We were there at 12:30 and on principal left and went to town to eat. We will not be returning. Keep driving past this one. I am suprised it is a KOA.

Last minute reservation on July 5! Attendant was very accommodating! Led us right to our pull thru which was flat and comfortable. Facilities were nice and clean!

No one in office Store not opened. It was early afternoon when we arrived. Had to usewalkie talkie to advise we were there and some one came and took us to site. No other contact was made Not very welcoming. Glad we were only there for an overnight. Would not recommend

This was the worst KOA we have ever stayed at. The power is situated where the RVs must face each other’s front doors, not cool as there is zero privacy.

I used this KOA for an overnight stop going to and From Durango Colorado. While close to the highway it is very quiet and was not bothered by road noise. The concrete pad sites have easy to reach hookups. Check-in was quick with an escort to the site assigned. Overall very happy with my stay.

Thank you for your breakfast service! Breakfast was very good and delivered right to our RV site! Made our morning exit that much easier. Wish more campgrounds provided this service! Thank you.

Arrived after hours and left prior to office opening in the a.m. Strange site layout at the premium patio sites. Entry doors on units facing each other. No privacy! Site approaches were muddy and sloppy after rain. Paid for 50 amp service but the breaker wouldn't set. Possible direct short in circuit. (I'm an experienced contractor of 40 yrs) One single trash receptical at entry to park.

The roads and sites need a lot of work. With the rain and mud holes it got your rig all muddy. But a good point. My husband said the bathrooms and showers were pretty nice. I was disappointed for it to be a KOA.

Love that we were taken straight to our sight and did not have to go in office. Friendly staff. Lot of trees. Grass needs some trimming.

We arrived a bit late but had no problem finding our spot. The park has a nice feel to it and all the campers were friendly. Very clean restrooms and nice hot showers.

It was excellent camp sites were quiet, level, and clean. Only one thing that brought my rating down from a 10 to a 9 and that was there was no way to get change for the washers and dryers after 6 pm.

We stayed in cabin 1. The kids like cabin 2 a lot more because with all of the wood it feels more “cabiny” also the beds in cabin 1 are very noisy/squeaky. Overall it was a GREAT stay.

Staff was pleasant.cafe delivering food to your campsite was a bonus. On the downside the sites were really close and campers are not required to pick up after there pets, the smell of dog poop hits you in the face in the morning

We enjoyed it there but office was never open. We ordered breakfast and it was timely & fantastic! Dog park was way too small, couldn’t throw ball to dog. Good long spaces & not too crowded �

New Mexico still seems to be closed for covid. Park office not open but has phone number on door to call when arriving. Generally the park is in need of landscaping upgrades to make the area pleasant. We were there in a very windy time and the dust was terrible from the campground roads. Water was smelly. We expected more but some of the issues maybe covid related.

We never met the owners. Office was closed at 1:00 pm. Had to call for someone to get our spot. Young man came said follow me. He took us to our site & handed us the map, said if you need anything let me know. We later met Johnny(employee) at laundry . He was very nice, asked how many people we had. Told him three & he came back with 3 KOA cup cozies. Ok park for overnight stay.

Appreciated the quick check-in and being escorted to our site. It was extremely hot that day, so we certainly didn't want to cook. Pizza was delivered for our group of 6. It was delicious.

We always stay at this KOA when we travel through this area. The dinners are delicious and conveniently delivered to your site. The delivered breakfasts are equally delicious. We were met by Johnny who is very friendly and helpful. I noticed that new gravel was spread on the sites which was good because it was raining. All in all, we had a very pleasant stay.

the park is well kept and maintained. pads are level and service was friendly and professional. There is sufficient space between RV sites to allow for adequate privacy. I would recommend this park and would stay here again.

The Tucumcari KOA is rustic but well maintained. The staff was very friendly. Ordered breakfast the morning we left. The price was fair and the food was good. We toured downtown Tucumcari on route 66, took lots of pics. We will stay at the Tucumcari KOA the next time we are in town.

Nice place. Super friendly service. We were told and invited to their breakfast. We had to bug out early so we didn't get breakfast. Lots of spaces, cute tent sites. We had a bunny visit our site several times.

It's a nice clean rustic camp ground just off the expressway. It has numerous cement full hook ups, clean, Wi-Fi, cable and nice view of the mountain. The owners are great we stayed here 3 times. I think a bigger camp ground about 5 miles away is messing with them

Friendly people, easy reservation system, large concrete slab with hookups logically placed, clean and quiet area right off I-40 and Hwy 54. Delicious breakfast burritos delivered right to the RV!!
