Dillon and Johnny were super kind. We had their pancakes and scrambled eggs delivered to us the next morning. The pool was a God send� We have been in a heat wave the last 6 days�. Thank you KOA for putting a smile in our day!!! Kitty Fitch ��

The property, our site, and the dog park were unsafe for our dogs. Foxtail can be DEADLY to dogs and the entire park, dog park included, was completely covered in it. The shaded dog park would have been nice in the 106 degree heat if it had been tended to at all. It's a small space to tend. The only place safe for our dogs to poop was the middle of the gravel roads. Please read up on the dangers!!

Broke down and did not get there. Called to let them know I was broke down and would not make, yet it appears I was still charged for the night. After learning my motor had blown and was going to have to be replaced, I don’t need to be charged for a night I didn’t get to use.

The campground was clean and easy to access from the highway. Our pull-through site was welcomed after a long day of driving. It was a quiet stay.

The Kampground is showing its age, BUT they are making several upgrades throughout the park. We had a GREAT stay and everything went smoothly. It was immaculately clean and the staff was very helpful. I would not hesitate to stay there again. There is an OUTSTANDING donut shop on Route 66 that has the best donuts. They put Krispy Cream to shame.

The campgrounds itself was clean and had a nice pool and playground. Johnny was very helpful and nice but the other employees were short and acted like we were an inconvenience when we spoke to them. The worst part was they closed the pool at 6:30pm,we picked KOA so we could swim in the extreme heat. 89 dollars a night is far higher than other rv sites in the area.

Good for a stop and go. Did not have a k9 Kamp, or other good location for pets. Pool and playground were adequate for kids. Staff was friendly.

We have stayed with you many times and we were looking forward to the terrific meals you provided. Very disappointed to see your new menu was only sandwiches and pizzas.

Nice place but could do with a little bit of TLC and upkeep. Small things like weeding all the grass out of the cement in the pool area.

Only one dumpster and it was located all the way up front. Other KOA’s have dumpsters scattered around campground for convenience.

This was the first time I have been totally unsatisfied with a KOA. At 1:30 arrival was told at the door they was short handed and would not open up until 3pm. Did not feel safe.Gave name and was showed to the campsite. Was handed a pamphlet explaining what should have been explained at office. Was asked to use camper for bathroom facilities if total enclosed and Wi-Fi was not working. Don't stop.

Tucumcari should take a look at Grants KOA, not fancy, but so clean. Tucumcari is a pile of weeds. The new Concrete pads are strange. The utility hook ups are in the back, the slab for your patio is in the front. Two sites share that space, why didn't you just make all same direction so each has some privacy. They don't want you to use the bathrooms if self contained. why? Can't go into office.

Somewhat run down. The shop/office was never open. There was a walkie-talkie hanging on the shop door to call for assistance. I never actually talked to staff other than to announce my arrival. As soon as you enter there is a sign announcing “If you’re not registered, you’re trespassing.” Do they have a lot of issues with vagrants? Not a very welcoming place.

It's summer. Shouldn't the office and store be open just a little later? I understand about the Covid-19 thing but...it would be nice to see a smiling face and not just an envelope with our name on it.

With covid happening for the last year, my family and I understand restrictions and precautions. However a text or a phone call telling us the main office was completely closed would have been the thing to do. We arrived anticipating purchasing several items from the KOA store for dinner that night, with no prior knowledge we would have stopped elsewhere to gather food and needed supplies.

When we were looking for a site, the clerk said that they had both concrete and every day paved sites. The paved sites are gravel and not to level.

New concrete site. No grass or trees yet. Will be nicer when they get the landscaping done. Overall nice park offering dinner and breakfast if you want it.

Easy access, very friendly staff, courteous, practiced social distancing, best part: We arrived off the road , tired, heading home, after a long 10 hr drive . We only had snacks to eat in our camper for a meal. To our great surprise and relief they offered hot cooked meals 2 times per day, served to your camper. Not a gourmet meal, but better than cold snacks. Thank you Tucumcari KOA!!!!

Met at checkin by man on cart. Taken to site and given all information needed. Electronic receipt promptly received. New concrete sites at back offer great view but no shade. More trees up front, appear to be recently trimmed.

Nice place. Super friendly service. We were told and invited to their breakfast. We had to bug out early so we didn't get breakfast. Lots of spaces, cute tent sites. We had a bunny visit our site several times.

It's a nice clean rustic camp ground just off the expressway. It has numerous cement full hook ups, clean, Wi-Fi, cable and nice view of the mountain. The owners are great we stayed here 3 times. I think a bigger camp ground about 5 miles away is messing with them

Friendly people, easy reservation system, large concrete slab with hookups logically placed, clean and quiet area right off I-40 and Hwy 54. Delicious breakfast burritos delivered right to the RV!!
