Bare bones, including staffing. Ok showers and clean restrooms. But geez, during normal checkin hours, should not have to find locked doors, darkened offices and a sign to call a guard to escort to the site.

It was clean, with spacious lots, concrete slabs for parking, easy access from the interstate, and the staff was helpful.

The site is just fine. We just did a 1 night stay. The guy helping us was efficient and took us directly to the site. Didn't even have to get out of the truck and go in. The only downfall for us was the wind....but that is not their fault...good ol' Mother Nature! I would assume it's not like that all year. They are getting 5 stars because of the ease of checking in and the wide open area!

The office staff were very helpful and accommodating to us and our huge 5th wheel. We have stayed here before and will definitely stay here again!

Facility needs upgrading. Need to have office open not register on line and check in over walkie talkie.

I stayed twice in the past two weeks. The first time right as I walked in to check in the man behind the counter shouted at me to put a mask on. So rude I walked out. I tried again on my way way back from my road trip and was greeted at 1pm with a walkie talkie hanging from the door. In addition the K9 area was disgusting. The poop can was overfilling and grounds were dirty. So dissapointed

No one was there to check us in or to fill propane. Other than a dirt parking lot with full hookups no reason to stay here.

We’ve never been to New Mexico before so did not know what to expect. Tucumcari KOA did not disappoint!!! We stayed two nights and rested before we hit the road again. I did laundry in one of the nicest cleanest laundry rooms anywhere. We were so excited to have breakfast and dinner delivered to us because we were running low on food. The staff was so helpful and always had a pleasant attitude

Every thing was very run down there. When we were leaving I went into the office to inform them that we could not get the water on and we could not get the tv to work ( in our brand new motor home). The lady in the office practically attacked me. She was SO RUDE! She insisted they both work, and I assured her they do not work! She was yelling at me, wanting to know why we didn’t tell them before

We had a one night stay because we are traveling for Thanksgiving. We would stay here any time we are traveling. Clean, safe, pleasant. Our host were excellent.

Clean and had all the great amenities that you would need. Was able to order a hot breakfast and they delivered it to our door. Highly recommend!

Staff was nice. Motorhome next to me parked with their tow car extending into driveway that I had to use to get out. Made leaving dicey. Campground was dusty (that's NM) so I am glad the wind was not blowing. It was hard to find a good place to eat in Tucumcari.

Nice bathroom and shower. They pick up tge garbage so didn't have to wander in the dark as we arrive after dark and leave before sun up

Easy access to site (and escorted too). Nice level site. Staff is friendly and helpful. We were there just overnight and in off season so we didnt use facilities. We stop here every time we come through and it fits our trip schedule. Thank you

We made our reservation for one night on the way in. The person on the phone was not very polite. When we got there we were greeted by a walkie talkie hanging on the door. We were not invited into the office and was just handed a paper with the comment, (everything you need to know is here). We followed his cart to the site where he pointed and drove off. We paid more $ to stay than any other KOA

We don't wear masks because we are both fully vaxed, and both have had COVID, AND have the antibodies. The CDC has no proof that persons who have had COVID can pass it on to anyone. The staff at this KOA asked me to leave the office because I wasn't wearing a mask..... The site was very noisey, too close to the Interstate, would not stay again.

Had a very nice stay. Nice level campsite. Upgraded to a concrete pad. Used the available food service and the food was very good. Staff very friendly. We'll be back.

Nice place. Super friendly service. We were told and invited to their breakfast. We had to bug out early so we didn't get breakfast. Lots of spaces, cute tent sites. We had a bunny visit our site several times.

It's a nice clean rustic camp ground just off the expressway. It has numerous cement full hook ups, clean, Wi-Fi, cable and nice view of the mountain. The owners are great we stayed here 3 times. I think a bigger camp ground about 5 miles away is messing with them

Friendly people, easy reservation system, large concrete slab with hookups logically placed, clean and quiet area right off I-40 and Hwy 54. Delicious breakfast burritos delivered right to the RV!!
