It was a good site. Roomy location with many spots for RVs. Grass around the sites plus a pet area.

New Mexico still seems to be closed for covid. Park office not open but has phone number on door to call when arriving. Generally the park is in need of landscaping upgrades to make the area pleasant. We were there in a very windy time and the dust was terrible from the campground roads. Water was smelly. We expected more but some of the issues maybe covid related.

We never met the owners. Office was closed at 1:00 pm. Had to call for someone to get our spot. Young man came said follow me. He took us to our site & handed us the map, said if you need anything let me know. We later met Johnny(employee) at laundry . He was very nice, asked how many people we had. Told him three & he came back with 3 KOA cup cozies. Ok park for overnight stay.

Appreciated the quick check-in and being escorted to our site. It was extremely hot that day, so we certainly didn't want to cook. Pizza was delivered for our group of 6. It was delicious.

We always stay at this KOA when we travel through this area. The dinners are delicious and conveniently delivered to your site. The delivered breakfasts are equally delicious. We were met by Johnny who is very friendly and helpful. I noticed that new gravel was spread on the sites which was good because it was raining. All in all, we had a very pleasant stay.

the park is well kept and maintained. pads are level and service was friendly and professional. There is sufficient space between RV sites to allow for adequate privacy. I would recommend this park and would stay here again.

The Tucumcari KOA is rustic but well maintained. The staff was very friendly. Ordered breakfast the morning we left. The price was fair and the food was good. We toured downtown Tucumcari on route 66, took lots of pics. We will stay at the Tucumcari KOA the next time we are in town.

Just a stop over. Park is run down. Views are nice. The whole park needs mowing. Weeds and brambles are over a foot tall. Not good when you have to walk a dog.

Fell through the shower door because lock was broke Injurying elbow cut and bleeding. Owner (Lane) refused accident report and threatened to call POLICE. This KOA refuses customers in office without mask but owners do not wear them without explanation other than it’s “Good for me but not for thee.” Stating it’s a mom and pop operation so they make the rules. Horrible hospitality. GO ELSE

It was a quick overnight sleep, they gave us a very easy in and out pull through. We have a deisel pusher with truck in tow. The staff we met and spoke with were kind, informative and thoughtful

The restroom wasn't clean the second day of our stay- out of paper towels and t-paper. Not having the store open wasn't helpful.

Rude treatment by the check in guy. Twice he stomped off when I was in the middle of a sentence…we asked to change sites from near the bathhouse. Camp was virtually empty and he barks at me “We don’t let guests chose their sites”. No reason to be rude to a guest. Never seen this before from a KOA employee.

Check in after reservation online was fast. Both gentlemen who met up with us were very friendly and courteous. Easy pulling through and place is quiet. Two grand daughters loved the pool and swam. In addition also a short walk to the pool, and the way it is designed I think that is good for all sites, the distance to the office, showers, pool etc.

This is a great pitstop on our cross-country trip. We had breakfast delivered to our site and the Biscuits & Gravy and Breakfast Burritos were hot and delicious!!

It could have been a nice enough camp. It just needed more attention to the gras, dead trees, and sandbars. The game room was not clean, the pool had bugs in it. There were chairs in the pool and weeds growing in the cracks in the pool deck. The chairs in the game room were old and soiled.

We stay at this KOA every time we travel to the Midwest it's right on our way. It's unfortunate that the owner's don't take more pride in the campground. Wish it was taken care of better. It's such an easy place to get to it's just off the interstate.

Electric and water hookups were way up near the driver's door while the sewer hook up was near the rear tire on that side. Our front door was facing the front door of the trailer next to us and sharing a picnic table. Very odd situation. The pool area was "run down" and the sign wording was faded to the point of being unreadable so we had no idea about the hours. Whole camp needs attention

It was a fine for a night. Needs a little TLC but with the government paying everyone to stay home nobody wants to work so it's understandable.

Johnny was very friendly! We followed him on his kubota right to the pull through RV camping spot so no guessing where it was or how to pull in. He also told us about ordering food from the campground kitchen. They are closed to dine in but they brought it out to us at the camp site! Well done Tucumcari!

One night stay. Nice RV park with great pull through sites with full hookups. Will definitely stay again if in NM again.

Fantastic staff and campground. Clean friendly and fun. We will definitely stay there again when in Tucumcari. Food was great and they delivered it fast to our campsite. Thank you for a great time.

Reservation was easy to make; we noticed staff being very attentive to other travelers, even though it was after office hours. Park was clean and quiet, and all of the amenities were well-placed and functional. We needed accommodations in the general area of Tucumcari; in the future we will specifically target KOA Tucumcari as a go-to waypoint.

Nice place. Super friendly service. We were told and invited to their breakfast. We had to bug out early so we didn't get breakfast. Lots of spaces, cute tent sites. We had a bunny visit our site several times.

It's a nice clean rustic camp ground just off the expressway. It has numerous cement full hook ups, clean, Wi-Fi, cable and nice view of the mountain. The owners are great we stayed here 3 times. I think a bigger camp ground about 5 miles away is messing with them

Friendly people, easy reservation system, large concrete slab with hookups logically placed, clean and quiet area right off I-40 and Hwy 54. Delicious breakfast burritos delivered right to the RV!!
