General Campground Information

Campfires

Fires are permitted in designated areas only. Most sites have a BBQ Grill. If you bring your own fire pit, we ask that it has a screened cover.

Security

24 Hour Security on Property

Speed Limit

Park Speed Limit is 5 mph. No Exceptions! Please observe the speed limit as there are children at the campground

Store Hours

Our office is open from 9:30am-7:00pm (Central Time) 
The Office is Closed for Thanksgiving and Christmas

Late Arrival or After Hour Check in

Your envelope will be inside the night registration box located to the right of the office door. This will include your site number with a map, bathroom & code

Restaurant on Property

Dog Iron Grill at Casino.  It is a bar and grill style menu.  They serve from 11 am to 9 pm daily.  They have great weekly and monthly specials as well.

Quiet Hours

Quiet Hours: 10PM-7AM. Night owls and early birds please be considerate of your fellow campers.

Check In

Check In time for RV's is 2:00pm. We allow early check in if your site is available. Please contact the campground prior to early arrival.

Group Stays

We welcome large groups! Reunion's, birthday parties, showers, and more!.

RV Site Policy

Each site is permitted one RV and one vehicle. If you need additonal parking, please check in with the office. Do not park on the grass or in empty sites.

Laundry

Laundry Hours are from 9:30AM to 5:00PM.  We also have a variety of books and television to pass the time while you are using the laundry facility.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your reservation, please call our campground before the deadline to receive a refund of your deposit, less a $20 administrative cancellation fee. Text and email notifications of cancellations will not be accepted. RV & Tent Sites: You must give 7 days cancellation notice.

Check Out

Check Out time for all sites is 12 Noon. Late check outs MUST be arranged in advance. Late check outs that are not pre-arranged are subject to additional daily renewal fees.

Clotheslines

The use of clotheslines is not permitted in the campground. Washers and dryers are available in the office.

Pet Policy

Pets must be on a maximum 6' leash at all times. Pets must never be left outdoors unattended. A dog park is provided. Please pick up after your pet wherever you go.

We are working hard to make the Tulsa Northeast / Will Rogers Downs facilities a place that's full of fun for the whole family.


Since 2005, Cherokee Nation Enterprises has operated the Will Rogers Downs Casino in Claremore, Oklahoma, along with a number of other entertainment properties. They have built a reputation for giving every guest the star treatment.

As such, teaming with KOA, a company with a similar philosophy, seems a natural fit.
