We were delayed because of repairs to our coach and Oscar managed to rent our site until we could get there. Wonderful park with all the amenities and the staff was great!

Front staff was amazing. However, bathroom facilities was extremely lacking and I had to clean the washing machine before I could even put my clothes in. Not Cool.

This campground, like most KOAs, is designed more for RVs than for tents. Tent sites are tiny, sloped, not private, and ours had building exterior lights blaring in from all angles. The water spigot splashes everywhere and empties into a mud puddle, which also splashes everywhere. The tables are covered with bird poop and aren’t cleaned from previous campers. But, the amenities are nice

I had reserved for two days with dogs a couple of weeks ahead. I got a spot that was not dog friendly. They said nothing they could do about it now. I was not happy. Concrete and bark chips is what we had.

The check in person was very courteous. This KOA has two separate tent areas, one close to the shower/check in building, the other further away. I think the tent area closer to the check in building is unsuitable for tents as it is sandwiched between a main driveway for the entire KOA and a neighboring industrial business. I was awakened by activity there in the middle of the night.

Area in Koa is congested. I was slightly disappointed with the spot that I paid for. It was supposed to be an upgrade from traditional koa spot and it was not neatly groomed. Other than that the staff was excellent.

Just a stopover for the night from Tucson/Vegas..on our way to Whidbey Island,WA w stopovers in Oregon KOAs. Enjoyed the dip in your Arctic cold ice water pool..refreshing !

Really dirty showers. The gentleman that helped us park tried to tell us that we had to have a door open to someone else’s picnic table within 5 feet of where we were. When we said that it was not acceptable he said oh well that’s the way it is. After complaining they send someone out that was able to take care of the situation and shifted our position. needed extra electric cords and water h

We had a great stay. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Our site was more than accommodating for our needs. We came in with a fifth wheel and a side by side in tow and they had no trouble getting us through the park and into our spot. We were in spot #19 right by the gate and other than a lack of shade it was perfect. We will be back again.

We stayed in a cabin w/ porch and AC near the pool. The cabin was really nice. I enjoyed the bed, my husband felt it was too hard. The generator at night was loud seeing as it was right behind the wall by the queen bed. Wish there was 1-2 bathrooms that didn’t have a shower so that there is always a bathroom option. Staff were really friendly. Fire pit was great. Wish the fridge had a freezer.

The pool was welcome relief on an incredibly hot day, and the laundry room was clean with well functioning machines. The KOA is located back from the main road so the sites are quiet and there were a good number of trees to provide shade. The staff were helpful and the store was very well stocked with essentials. We were glad to be tucked in when the wind storm hit that night!

My wife and I usually like KOA RV camp grounds, we like to connect to cable TV for our news. Jerome KOA's cable system did'nt work. Paying $90 for a nights stay should at least give us TV.

I was very unhappy that they put another trailer next to us the wrong direction so we had absolutely no privacy, I walked the campground and we were the only one where our door faced the neighbors door.

Very disappointed. We needed to cancel a day and were told since it was a holiday week we could not get our money bank. It was on the 7th day too.. won’t be back

We just stayed for one night had a pull through the site. was very nice and accommodating. We were escorted to our site was clean but just dirt and some grass a little too close to my neighbor for me. First thing I noticed was the smell of being on a farm but remember your in a farming area. Really liked the ice cream social and the pool refreshing very nice bathrooms and showers.

Staff friendly. Fun store, mini golf entertaining, area great to walk around in. Washers a little dirtier than I would prefer using because another guest had some heavy pet hair and needed cleaning which staff said next day. Our site was a little tight width wise but if we were to stay longer, probably upgrade our site. Overall, nice place.

Excellent time at Moab KOA. Easy pull thru site, wonderful pool to cool off after hiking in Arches. Kind of crazy office hours - seemed to close earlier than posted - had to go to a local gas station for ice.

Nice place! Needed to do a little more snow plowing, but we were able to get in and out. Nice showers!

Clean showers and very clean comfortable cabin. Had everything new needed for a one night stop while passing through. Would stay here again.
