Nice place, clean and pleasant. The only drawback is the location of the bathrooms is a bit far from the tent sites.

I decided, last minute to not camp at a state park because I wanted a shower, hahaha. KOA Twin Falls/Jerome was quick to accommodate and provided great facilities. Thanks KOA!

Although we were past the cancellation date, the host was gracious enough to let us move our date back a day since we mis-judged the time it took to tour Yellowstone. The bathrooms were great , combining toilets with showers. Felt safe and clean.

The tent sites are comfortable, well spaced, and near the restrooms/showers. The most important factors to me about camping at any KOA are safety, security, site comfort and close to restrooms, this KOA meets all my expectations. The fact that the staff is friendly helps too!

Only complaint can't be rectified easily, lots of highway noise at night. Great facility though.

This is the second time we've stayed at a KOA (first time at Twin Falls). The staff was very nice and informative. The place is well kept and clean. The showers were clean and there were a good amount. We did not have to wait for anyone to finish showering. They had a complimentary cart that we were able to use to haul our laundry from our campsite which was nice too.

Lovely grounds, very clean and friendly staff. The only reason it is not a 5 star is because of the freeway noise.

We came through after the office was closed. They had our paperwork and site directions waiting. Nice campground, clean facilities. Traffic noise and truck lot was a bit noisy but not the campgrounds problem.

We had called ahead of time, asking what time the pool closed. They told us that the pool didnt close until 9pm. We ended up having a 13 hour drive, and decided to get up very early, to make sure to get to the KOA before the pool closed, so that our 4 children would have a chance to play. The tent site was in direct sunlight with shade only 2 hours of the day. I had interactions with 5 staff members, all of them were terrible. The staff is rude, condescending, and downright mean. I can handle staying in off par accommodations when the friendliness and courtesy of staff is good as it makes up for lack of quality, unfortunately - this was not my experience here. DO NOT Recommend

We only spend one night but it was really nice. Community outside stove and sink. Playground, horseshoes, pool, laundry room, probably more that I didn’t see. Restrooms and showers clean, clean, clean. A husband and wife team working were super friendly. I really didn’t want to leave just yet but had places to go�

I had a great stay with the exception of one small incidence where a member from the staff yelled across the park to "pick up our dog crap" with absolutely no reason to believe it was our dogs crap other than the fact that we had a dog with us. He was a dick. Everyone else and the park itself was amazing! Do recommend!

Just spent the night, but of all the ones I stayed at during this road trip, this one was the prettiest and friendliest.

I was apprehensive but we ended up loved the grassy area we camped in. Close to the bath/showers. Hosts were extremely courteous and helpful. If I ever come through this way again I will be sure to stay here again.

We had a nice tent site with water and electric. It was still really nice and we felt safe. While the noise from the highway and the FedEx loading dock was loud-can't be helped. Oscar and Kim and the staff were helpful and nice. The bathrooms were clean enough. Pool was fab after a very hot day. I recommend a sound barrier around the perimeter of the campground. Like those along the freeways. TY

Everything was great, quiet, and fun! The only complaint that I could say is, the bathrooms smelled like urine

Noisy- cars going in and out all night, neighboring parking lot full of semis make noise well before dawn. Too many lights on all night long. I could have got better sleep at a rest stop at no cost.

It was not my favorite KOA for sure. Reserved a tent site with water h/u but it was really “water access”. The sink “nearby” was all the way at the front, not near the tent sites. The sites were all right on top of each other and this specific site didn’t have a parking space so we had to park on the side of the gravel road with other campers’ cars. Laundry had more broken than running

Very nice visit. I loved the private bathroom/showers. When I stayed with you many, many years ago, you had the Cafe open which was wonderful after a trying day if traveling.

Nice place! Needed to do a little more snow plowing, but we were able to get in and out. Nice showers!

Clean showers and very clean comfortable cabin. Had everything new needed for a one night stop while passing through. Would stay here again.
