Great stay! Everything we needed we had. The location was nice for sightseeing. Staff was great and attentive.

The cabins are the way to go if you want an easy way to experience the outdoors without sleeping in a tent or investing in an RV. We had our extended family in cabins 5 and 6 for the long weekend. We were comfortable and tucked back along the creek in an idealic fall foliage setting. The fire ring and grill allow for outdoor barbqing and a glowing fire in the privacy of your own camping spot.

They sent us to the wrong rental RV. No escort to site. Requested twice for toaster that was supposed to be provided. Outside light Not fixed even though asked twice. Firepit was too close to slide so no campfire, We always stay a KOA's never had such a bad experience in the 10+ years we camped with our own RV. Husband's health has required us to sell our RV. What a mistake to try renting an RV.

I had a cabin and it was a large plot of land for recreation use by the babbling brook. The bathroom walk was a good sized distance from the cabin. Pray for no emergencies. The seclusion was the trade off. The pool was refreshing. It can use some upgrades and fresh paint. Upgrades appear to be in progress. Wifi is onsite. Owners are friendly. I plan to return.

Had a wonderful stay. Some things were initially overlooked - like coffee, creamers and carpets but all issues were quickly remedied. Staff was nice and attentive.

We rented an RV specifically for the convenience of a toilet within. The RV we chose should not be rented to anyone until that toilet is cleaned and cleaned thoroughly!!! It STUNK !! It was so bad we actually used the facilities on the campground instead, which defeated the purpose of renting an RV and not a camping cabin. Main house was closed by that time so there was noone to tell about it.

The dogs that are the owners should not be allowed in with the campers. The one dog went after my granddaughters and nothing was said or done about it, someone is gonna end up getting bit. The camper was nice but steps into it need to be replaced. There is no connected sewers so they had to drive around and empty and it was very smelly parked behind our camper when we were cooking on the grill

we traveled by motorcycle. rented a trailer and did not have to pack sleeping bags! it was clean, dry and had a/c and heat! the owners are wonderful too!

No light in cabin worked and no way to turn overhead fan off. Location of cabin excellent. Pool clean and delightful. Restroom a bit unclean by nightfall. Weeknight stays quiet because 50% of KOA seems rented to permanent trailers whose owners come out on weekends? Saw signs reading, "Drunken campers' lives matter." I would avoid this KOA on weekends.

Funny thing is the camper who has that sign doesn't drink. the light switch's can be controlled on the light fixture or on the wall at the light switch.

We had a wonderful time. The campground facilities were clean, and the campground was quiet. We rented a camper that was clean and nice. Only problem was with ants; however regular campers had them as well this year. Beds were hard, but an air mattress will fix that issue. We will definitely considered staying here again, and for more than just a weekend.

Very peaceful and tranquil despite the amount of people that were there. The owners are very accommodating. Everyone there respects their fellow campers. Had a blast! Really enjoyed the local things to do like rustic Ridge winery And the baseball at Cooperstown and Oneonta

The owners and staff are very friendly, and they go all out for the customer, but there was no picnic table, the sites are far too close together and right on the road, and the bathroom plumbing is a shambles.

Understand this is a KOA journey okay for a one night stay. They did have a nice pool. We stayed in one of their RV rental units. Honestly the place needs a little love. The was junk piled in the men's bathhouse and it had only one working toilet. The showers were pretty disgusting with an old tarp draped across the back wall. They offered us an upgrade to one of their newer units for $50.

What a great time we had there. The owners (Mike and Kath.) Are awesome. This place is great for kids and adults.. we really enjoyed fishing, the pool, and the company. The bathrooms are clean. They have a rec room with a pool table with cable tv and Internet. There are tons of things to do in the area and at the end of the day it is quite and peaceful. We had a great time at a fund raising event that was raising money for some one with cancer. They had a band and food.
