Quite and secluded. It rained so didn't get to enjoy much outside.

We only did an overnight stay but it was just what we needed. We had a pull thru site so that we didn't have to unhook. The site was easy to pull into and very level. All the hookups were just where we needed them. Very quiet and plenty of room between sites. Traveling in a 34ft travel trailer

We absolutely loved this park! It was a lovely location with a fast creek and beautiful trees. The sites were well laid out and we had no trouble getting our 35’ fifth wheel and huge dually pickup in and out. There were a lot of seasonal folks there that greeted us warmly. This has been one of our favorite parks as we traveled from Maine to Florida.

A single overnight stay. The park owners were friendly and helpful. Several other travelers were there the same night as we were. It’s a perfect stop for us when on our way to Vermont or returning to Florida.

Hosts were very kind and helped us check in after dark. We enjoyed the small town of Franklin and the beautiful Catskills.

Very neat place. Can't say a thing bad. Well except maybe there should be sewer drains at the sites. Owner and help very friendly. Loved the grounds.

The pull through sites are very tight with opposing parking meaning you face your neighbors leaving no privacy. No sewers. The staff was very nice and they had great weekend events. If it wasn’t for that, we probably would rate it less.

We’ve stayed at many KOA’s and this by far was the absolute best! Check-in was smooth, staff were friendly, amenities were clean, the hiking trail was an added bonus, and they offer campsite deliveries! Excellent stay. We would go out of our way to stay here again. Well done!

Love this park - huge concern, however, about signage off the highway. Google sent us to a hairpin turn - fine for our little rig, but wouldn't want to have tried that with something bigger. The sign at the end of the ramp pointed the opposite direction. Please fix! Once you get there this is an awesome little park.

If you are looking for a fun camping experience for your family on Labor Day Weekend, this is the place. There was a live band, ice cream truck, raffles, and food to support a local girl's cancer treatment. If you are looking for a quiet getaway, this is not the place. If you are looking for a lively family-friendly campground with no privacy, this is the place!

I was surprised to find that sites did not have sewer but there was a nice dump station. The many seasonal RV's give the place a rather drab feeling but the location makes it convenient for travelers. Not a place I would seek out but it worked out as we traveled East.

Super friendly and helpful owners. Clean sites with new electrical. Quiet location. Only issue we had was two large barking dogs but we were leaving and saw no reason to mention to owners. Sure they heard the dogs though. Recommend this campground.

Our stay at KOA Unadilla was wonderful, excepts for the pouring rains lasting for four days! Our hosts Mike and Kathy were above and beyond to make sure their guests were comfortable and enjoying the facilities. In our case, my daughter and her young family also rented a 38’ TT on the site. Because my 12 year old grandson was playing at Cooperstown All Star Village, her travel time was doable

It was clean and was a typical KOA.For my taste the sites were small .Our spot was ok but we preferred the spot next to us . The dog park was nice , pool was nice .

Nice campground with all the amenities. Had a perfect spot on the creek. WifFi was basically non-existent. Did have the nicest women's bathroom I have ever seen at a campground!

Great welcome when we arrived. Nice pull through site very easy to get in and out of. Nice and quiet. Very well maintained.

Staff is pleasant and accommodating. The sites are horrible. Too narrow, too muddy, too unlevel and too many buddy sites. In no way should this have a journey designation . Few sites have sewer and the lack of cable is ridiculous. Pool had people playing music so loud, I could hear it in our vehicle while checking in.

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

You were in site D11 which is very long and level. This season has been very wet, we can't control mother nature. We have a trout stream that borders our property, so the DEC won't let us have individual sewer sites, out of our control.

Enjoyed relaxing three day stay. Recommendation to mark route back to Interstate better and make recycling containers more convenient to RV sites

Unfortunately we picked a very wet time and the new roads in the expansion area were soft. Nice campground. Owners, Kathy and Mike did all they could to make our stay enjoyable. Appreciate their extra efforts.

Nice park but not for big figs. Narrow roads and some tree trimming is needed for bigger RV's. Owners are very nice and working hard to improve the park.

Sites were long but too close together. Not much to do for kids...need updating to playground. The pool was nice (and clean). Not much of a nature walk. However, the owners were very pleasant and accommodating.

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

Our traveling guest are 85% seniors, so to invest in the playground is not recommended. We don't feel you should give us a bad rating for that.

What a great time we had there. The owners (Mike and Kath.) Are awesome. This place is great for kids and adults.. we really enjoyed fishing, the pool, and the company. The bathrooms are clean. They have a rec room with a pool table with cable tv and Internet. There are tons of things to do in the area and at the end of the day it is quite and peaceful. We had a great time at a fund raising event that was raising money for some one with cancer. They had a band and food.
