From the moment we pulled in we felt a real family positive atmosphere! Spots are a little too close together, but the whole feel of the camp makes up for it.

A good location for us. We went to the Bethel Center for the Performing Arts (Woodstock) and Cooperstown Baseball Hall of Fame and a beautiful drive through the Catskill Mountains from here. Park was clean and tidy, owners were very nice. 45’ and towing. No problems if you enter and exit the location as directed by the owners. FYI, there are no sewer hookups, however, they run a honey wagon

Reserved a full hook up site, get there and no sewer hookup. Crowded and cluttered feeling. The fire pit had a ton of cigarette buts in it and it reeked.

The staff and residents were very friendly, although there was no social distancing at all. Was not clear to us that they did not have any sites with sewer hookup when we booked online for 1 night. It did say W&E, so that was on us I guess. Would stay again for 1 night but not longer.

It was absolutely gorgeous at this campground. It is in the mountains so no sewage at every site but a great dump station for you to use. We loved our stay. The regulars had get togethers but they were quiet by 10 pm.

Beautiful campground- Hosts very welcoming -I needed a new hose, their store had it at a very reasonable cost. Felt safe and welcome there.

The staff is great and the trout stream is tranquil and beautiful. We had a great time with some of the seasonal folks too. Great place!

We only stayed overnight, but discovered a gem, hope to return at some point for a longer stay. The park has a family feel to it. We were led to our campsite, and revisited a little later to make sure we got set up ok. Next morning as we were leaving there were families at the pond fishing and some in a paddle boat. Our only complaint is the very loud music Friday night at a nearby site.

We stayed for 2 nights and it was amazing! We can’t wait to come back. Owners were very sweet, campers were very warm and friendly. Showers and toilets were very clean as well and we had a beautiful spot right on the creek witch we loved. Thank you so much for our stay it was great!

This was a one night stop on the way home. Takes a long time to get there from the thruway but it was very quiet. Unfortunately, we could not get any TV, cell service or radio. We tried our satellite and our antenna - nothing. Very disappointing, although it kept everything quiet. You should really ensure that everyone has access to some media!! Otherwise, did what we wanted . . .

Just one night, on travels from VT to FL. A small, very clean, friendly RV park. A bit out of the way, but not difficult. Will definitely stay here again.

Only Reason I gave it but three is because they have no sewers available. Would rank it a 4 1/2 five if they did have. We love it and have already booked for four weeks out so looking forward to being there. Thank you.

Would have loved to stayed longer. Beautiful Campground. Disappointed in WiiFi connection. We like to watch TV at night and do not have the streaming or Roku capabilities. Had DVD’s to watch. Owners were very nice. Well kept campground.

The good. It’s a beautiful location, check in was easy,price was good,and staff generally friendly. Now the bad. No social distancing AT ALL, sites are TINY, rules not enforced, bathrooms,pool,and kids swings are all dated and in need of repair. The map shows a nature trail but it’s totally impassable. I’d go on but space doesn’t allow. Wouldn’t recommend and doesn’t feel like other KO

My family enjoyed staying at this location. The staff and full timers were friendly. Our spot along the stream was excellent. We would definitely return to this location.

I found this place out off the road about 3 miles by the riverside.Has a nice pool and the service was great getting you to your site and coverage of information about the camp ground.We have been to many of campgrounds and found this one relatively relaxing and pleasant.The only one thing that stood out was it was a slightly a little to crowded for my comfort zone..Maybe due to heated weather..

The campsite needs upgrades and repairs. Bathrooms are old and maintainace neededSinks clogged. Pool needs upgrade. Better stocked store.

Our first-ever RV vacation. Owners very helpful, neighbors great. Quiet, but family-oriented. Never imagined RV travel was so noice. You take your vehicle, bathroom, kitchen, suitcase, DVD player, with you, and you don't have to re-pack every morning. DAK

Stayed one night on an route journey. Then stayed an extra night due to a severe storm elsewhere. Staff was pleasant and easy to deal with. Park has no sewer sites due to local laws but does have a dump station. Pretty far off Interstate on small farm roads. Nice and quiet that way. Appears to have numerous long-term guests.

Staff was nice Noticed that most of the campground were permanent sites. Not a lot of social distancing. Kids riding bike through our site while we were sitting out side. Ok for a quick overnight. No sewer hook ups.

What a great time we had there. The owners (Mike and Kath.) Are awesome. This place is great for kids and adults.. we really enjoyed fishing, the pool, and the company. The bathrooms are clean. They have a rec room with a pool table with cable tv and Internet. There are tons of things to do in the area and at the end of the day it is quite and peaceful. We had a great time at a fund raising event that was raising money for some one with cancer. They had a band and food.
