A little crowded, but to be expected. Staff was very friendly and courteous. The WiFi service was extremely slow and intermittent and not reliable!

I must say when you get the deluxe patio sights we're right out on the front street it's very noisy there's screaming there's kids there's dogs you would think that the premier sites would have a little bit more privacy the cable TV was terrible I mean again for the price you pay for these sites you would think that you would get a better cable system bathrooms terrible I will not be back

Minor issue with firewood bought from the store being wet and the WiFi was not very reliable. We do plan on heading back there next year.

We had to make several date changes prior to our visit due to work schedules, the KOA representatives were more than helpful!! Registration was a breeze, we checked in after hours and finished up the next morning. Again the employees were helpful and friendly. We didn’t utilize the extras due to weather but so much to do and we had a great stay!!

Our stay was very nice and the campground was clean. The only complaint that we had was that when it rained we had a huge puddle about 4 inches deep in our campsite which prevented us from exiting our motorhome without stepping into a huge puddle. It never really dried out and our daughter camping across from us had it even worse. The campground needs to go fill in the low spots.

The site had great amenities and the tram to the beach works as advertised. The bathrooms and showers are plentiful and clean and the pool is great. The Food Truck was a nice add on with great food. The sites had convenient hook ups albeit cramped together.

We had an amazing time! All of the staff that we encountered were so friendly and helpful. The park and facilities were very clean and well cared for. Tons of fun entertainment for our teens.

KOA Virginia Beach was fantastic! Camped with my husband & 2 grandkids ages 11 & 14 stayed for a week and we all were very pleased with our experience! All staff members are top notch I have never met more friendly staff in any other place I have camped! Would highly recommend this facility….I do not have any negative comments!!

Maintenance of certain sites is an issue about 4-5 sites were flooded when we arrived. Only a few. Just fix and grade these sites. It’s not many. I was put in one of the flooded sites. I got stuck in the mud once the water started receding. It made it just not fun. I found a solution by buying tarps and putting them on my campsite. I will say the staff is terrific. The most expensive koa we have ever stayed at. 100/night for a basic rv site. The common areas of the koa were great and clean. Top notch. My biggest complaint was the camp site itself. the areas where you park the RV and the picinic table area was all mud. Ir rained one day and basically flooded the area and fire pit. Need to put down gravel or wood chips to drain rain. Esp at 100/night

Very nice people. We had three trailers and a cabin. One of our family members were placed in a site on the other side of the campground. The site next to us was never used all week. We will go somewhere else the next time we are in VA Beach so we can all be together.

Clean facilities, very friendly staff. There is no security in place and there should be. Anyone could walk or drive in at any time (not staying at the campground).

Everything was great, the trolley, the pool, the hard-working staff visible all the time. My only negative was I did not get a site near the two other families also traveling with us, despite me email and calling and listing this in my book in March. I would understand if there were no sites available, but directly adjacent theirs was an empty site when we arrived, and remained empty all week.

Trolley was a convenient way to the beach,clean camp grounds,hot showers,activities are very nice there are cabins rentals and tenting available. RV's are very compact together though. You can bike to the beach on the trail. We would stay again good value for the price. They offer rental of bikes for kids for up to four to ride around the park it rained and our campsite held lots of mud messy!

Everyone was very nice and helpful, Susie is a true asset to KOA, she went above and beyond to help us get a better site, due to ours being flooded by so much rain.

Only complaint is the slide not running throughout the week, less activities for our 3 kids during the week. Other than that everything was great, site was clean, workers were pleasant and tentative. Never had to wait on a shuttle to the beach, ride was quick!

FANTASTIC....there is not one thing that was missed by the staff! Nice well equipped park, staff keep the environment clean and are so friendly. We WILL be back!

We had a nice size lot. Nobody was parked right on top of us, so there was privacy. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

We had a pull through. Clean premises, accomodating and helpful staff, two pools and other activities to entertain just about everybody, and the VA Beach trolley stop in the park made for a fabulous trip to the beach for us. Loved that we were in minutes (by trolley) of the board walk, the Virginia Aquarium and Marine Center (the best!), and great seafood places too. Tip: Use coupons and SAVE BIG!

Very friendly and helpful when we had to leave a day early due to a leak in the water connection under the sink. Area mobile RV repair can’t respond.

Had a great time there! Enjoyed the bike path to the beach. Staff was awesome, very helpful and friendly. Large campground, full to capacity during our stay, but didn't feel crowded. Lots of activities. Would stay again if our travels bring us back to Virginia Beach.

Your employee are nice - what bothered us was the site you gave us (mud pit) your web site says gravel level sites - our was mud and un-even our neighbor was also in the mud I know its camping but K.O.A(s) are usually in better shape , we left early because of the site the cost should reflect a better spot than you provided I doubt you will due this but refunding the 1 night we did not stay?

It was a wonderful experience for all of us ages 3 to 72. Plus at the end they asked us if we wanted to go through again and we did. The second time was different music and a whole different magical display. They also offered us a military discount. I would definitely recommend this light show. Shut off your front headlights, and Drive slowly.
