La propreté du camping. On peut tout faire en vélo. Il y a deux choses que nous n’avons pas aimé: le lots de jets qui passent chaque jour en faisant énormément de bruits et les chiens qui n’arrêtent pas de japper. Il pourrait être intéressant d’avoir un emplacement sans chien. Points positifs: l’emplacement, le personnel professionnel et accueillant et le ramassage des ordures.

This campground is has a lot of amenities. It well taken care of and the staff is friendly and helpful. It seems that they have made a lot of site improvements. We were on site 121 which is a 50a FHU. The road the site was on was extremely narrow and very difficult to make the turn into our site. I had to pull in and back up 3 times just to get into our site. Use caution when booking your reservat

4 nights, Nice campground close to beach and other attractions. Only real issue was last night when class A almost hit my RV. It took about 30 minutes for him to get pass me. I realize that spotes are assigned in advance, but the spot assigned him was not really suitable. It was difficult for any RV to get around that corner.Wifi was spotty

not happy with my site or the girl behind the desk who checked me in. I have stayed there a few time before and was happy every time. but this time I was discussed with the lot being to small for my motor home.

facility is very clean. Front desk super about dog problem. the noise from Gen’l Booth Blvd big drawback (and we know the area well). Oceana is what it is, Navy family. The increase in seasonal rates we experienced from a previous reservation has NO bearing — we paid so much more yet none of the ‘seasonal’ amenities are available so what did we pay for? It is a very expensive stay in that

Our only problems were with the showers. My shower had a showerhead that had a problem. It shot in all directions and the part that reached me felt like needles piercing my skin. Then it turned ice cold right when I put the shampoo on my hair. Was not pleasant! My husband had a good shower head, but no bench so he didn’t have a place to put his clothes. More than half the showers were locked.

Nice stay, except the hook ups are way to close together (site 212). Hard to attach sewer hose and the cable connection is ridiculous. I admit I'm not a spring chicken, but my neighbor had issues also. Only other complaint is the lack of water pressure and would like to see a water softener system installed. Will definitely come back, nice campground overall.

The website advertised "extra space and power for those big rigs" so that is what we reserved. We have a 41' 5th wheel not including our extended cab, long bed pickup needed to pull it. The 5th wheel barely fit on the site, the truck had to be parked where the picnic table was out our front door. I asked to move and they said they were100% full. They were not 1/2 full the 8 days we were there.

Need to post on website in bold letters (maybe red too) that F-18s flying over are really loud. Also alittle more hot water would be nice in the showers. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Grounds well maintained.

Worst camping experience ever and we have RV camped on and off since 1996. When you stay at KOA you do not expect loud motorcycles starting up and driving through the park at 2am. You don’t expect domestic disputes occurring outside of your window with cursing, yelling, and crying. Our neighbors were obviously not camping. They were living at the site. Junk everywhere and no tags on the camper.

The VA Beach KOA was wonderful. Very well kept and friendly staff. I was greatly impressed with the cleanliness and availability of all the amenities.

Would be nice to have a less expensive option for water/electric hook-up w/o the septic most stays would have me doing a dump only at the end of my stay and I have spoken with a lot of people who are like in mind

It was almost fend for yourself. I seen them doing work in the rented lots so I asked front desk could they bring gravel to my spot. It so muddy I could part two cars without being in mud. I was told that I had to get my own gravel. I emailed the manager and she said that she would look at it and render if it needed it or not and they knew of the drainage problem. I never heard back. Needs work.

My only “complaint” would be the showers. The floors looked dirty and the water pressure was either too hard or not enough.

Only 4 of the 10 showers were open.Druged up guy guy next to us was up both nights fighting with his wife. The people who work there were very nice , but the place was a mess.

Nice location and park. Love the F18’s flying over, only complaint was tree tub grinder running next door at construction site all day long. Loved visit to Virginia Beach all and all.

The site was full of pointy pine cones, had to rake the whole site before I could unhook my fifth wheel. Very nice friendly staff

I was disappointed in this KOA. I wasn’t made aware of any special events for this weekend of our stay. This KOA has permanents that are on this property. The permanent sites were not well kept. Also I would like to know what is the uniform policy on late checkout.

The man helping us at the check in made a very rude comment to me then proceeded to laugh in my face along with the other 2 females at the counter. Firewood was $8 for 4 small pieces of wood. The campsite they put us in was very small and we were put right next to someone when there were several other campsites available. The playground is a giant mud hole. I would not recommend.

It was a wonderful experience for all of us ages 3 to 72. Plus at the end they asked us if we wanted to go through again and we did. The second time was different music and a whole different magical display. They also offered us a military discount. I would definitely recommend this light show. Shut off your front headlights, and Drive slowly.
