I-81 to Exit 48 (Highway 342 East) Continue on 342 to where it ends at Highway 3. Turn left onto Highway 3 East. Travel 8 miles on 3 East. Turn left on Highway 3A (towards Adirondacks). Go to the end of 3A. Turn left (back onto 3 East, towards the Adirondacks). 6 miles to the campground. Turn left onto Hilltop Ln (about 1/2 mile past Natural Bridge city limits). You will see our KOA sign. Drive straight into the campground.
If you are coming from the Utica area, it is much easier to take Rt. 12 to Rt. 26 or Rt. 812, then to Rt. 3.
