Seems they don't spend money on improvement. Stayed here two years ago. There was a huge puddle on my site which was there last time too. The puddle can be eliminated for less than $1000. Also part of the ground near the fitness center/pool had been washed out. Was still that way after two years. I think ill ask if these things are fixed before I return.

It was raining so our site was very muddy, we had to wear rubber boots. We booked for a holiday stay next year but will not be booking again after that because the cost per stay is much higher than we have paid at other local KOA’s, even on non-holidays.

The campground was as expected, bathrooms and public area are clean. The workers where polite and very nice to talk with.. Would recommend the stay.

Nothing we can do about the weather, so I can't complain about that :-) However, being escorted to our site, the guide was unaware of where our site was and we spent longer than we wanted looking for our site and then ended up setting up in the rain. Otherwise, stay was perfectly acceptable.

The staff was great, and the kids loved the activities, but there is no cell service in the area. The wifi was spotty at best and we kept getting kicked off. Because of this, we could only call using wifi calling half the time. The rest of the time we either couldnt connect, or would get dropped.

It was raining the entire weekend but we still managed to have a good time. We went swimming, painted pumpkins, played bingo. Also all of the employees were friendly!

Wonderful facility and beautiful scenery. Awesome indoor pool. I believe you could do better on the price point. Something more fair and reasonable in the 40-45$ a night range would be more affordable. Thank you.

There was no trash pickup, I was told because of COVID, how silly is that! None of the workers wore masks so they were not overly concerned. The store was empty, most shelves were empty!

We stayed in fall, the very last weekend open, and the outdoor activities were closed. There were a few cute planned activities. a good stay. internet connection wouldnt work, but did have cable.

Unfortunately we got there late, and left early. But, as we left we kept saying how beautiful the campground was, how great the sites were, and how much we wanted to go back.

The KOA clean and the staff was very helpful. Bathrooms were clean but dated. From the looks of sites, they are VERY close together.In a busier season we'd find it unattractive.Our site was not level and made it difficult to re-hitch our trailer, but KOA Chuck was extremely helpful and also noticed the site was not level and we're sure that will be fixed Great amenities.Beautiful woods.THANKS :)

due to "end of season" we were not able to fully enjoy the many neat activities of this KOA. We booked our Kabin knowing that and the campground meet all our expectations.

Nice site with ample space and nice patio area. Lots of rain while there, which made it apparent that parking space needed additional gravel to fill in low areas. One bad thing about park was terrible wi-fi. With so many folks working from their RVs now, the park definitely needs to upgrade their wi-fi service.

At reception, after registering for our two night stay, we were given a gift of chocolate chip cookies, The staff was responsive when we discovered that the splitter on the site's post for the TV was missing. It was replaced. We found the grounds well cared for. A 'thank you' for your hospitality.

Was great.....only complaint......garbage isn't located near exit of campground?? It is convenient to have there so u can throw ur trash out on your way out

We had poor cell service and spotty internet. For a rainy weekend and needing to stay connected at work, it was disappointing. The location is great. Wish there was better connectivity.

Always have a good time. Only complaint is the restrooms in the building by the basketball hoops. Not very clean and toilets don’t flush well even if you hold the handle down. Also very inconvenient time they were cleaned.

There was a decent amount to do in the cold weather, the indoor pool was a huge hit. However the amount of money you pay to stay at a place like this the internet has to be better. The Wi-Fi was awful, completely terrible there was zero service which isnt convenient when you work from home. Also their water pumps went down while we where there an their sewer hook ups didn't have a screw attachment

The sites were nice. We were in the Sunset section. It was very full but still nice, didn't feel cramped. Lots of friendly people. Loved all the areas to walk the dogs. Numerous hiking areas close by with spectacular waterfalls.

Very clean, nice big sites a lot of sites with patio pads, upper park in the beginning for families lower park for older people, they keep most of the kids stuff near the office �, pet friendly, 2 pools indoor & Outdoor plus a water park, fishing pond zip lines and have a great restaurant nearby in Watkins glen that delivers, great food.

Loved the area we stayed in with a patio. The only issue we had was no grill over fire pit to cook on. We had requested one and was told one would be delivered to our camp site. Never got one.

We went at the end of the season. Seemed expensive considering most of the amenities were closed. Small, close together spaces. Wr just needed a place to sleep for one night and it worked for that. Close to town with lots of good dining and shopping options.

Other than the rainy Saturday, it was a very nice stay. For as busy as it was (campground pretty full), it was very peaceful and quiet.

Fantastic vac, so much to see and do in the area and KOA. Highly recommend this area for all people(nature lovers,wine lovers, beer lovers,sightseeing, car buffs) you name it Watkins Glen has it. The only upgrade I would recommend for the campsite is having threaded septic/sewer on each of the site sewer connections.

Doug the GM was so amazing!! Our 3 month old puppy locked us out of the truck and he helped us in every way possible, and stayed with us until the sheriff arrived. Loved the campground, it's beautiful. The indoor pool is awesome!! Our only complaint is that we'd like the see the pool open later during the week. 5pm was too early :(

Cabin was nice. Some kitchen drawers were dirty. No mattresses in loft but doesn't say that. Gorgeous views and deluxe cabin had just about everything we could need! Perfect for girls wine weekend!

A beautiful KOA close to the wine tours, downtown Watkins Glen, hiking, shops, Corning glass museum... A bit on the expensive side, but we will pay for the gated entrance, patio and privacy any day of the week. People who complain only about the price of a campground yet still stay there really need to do some simple research before just booking the site. I've been to many campgrounds, KOA's are not the cheapest, but they are always the nicest.

Nice clean park, lost of different types of sites, plenty of activities for everyone and its only a few minutes from Watkins Glenn state park.
