It was raining the entire weekend but we still managed to have a good time. We went swimming, painted pumpkins, played bingo. Also all of the employees were friendly!

due to "end of season" we were not able to fully enjoy the many neat activities of this KOA. We booked our Kabin knowing that and the campground meet all our expectations.

Always have a good time. Only complaint is the restrooms in the building by the basketball hoops. Not very clean and toilets don’t flush well even if you hold the handle down. Also very inconvenient time they were cleaned.

Cabin was nice. Some kitchen drawers were dirty. No mattresses in loft but doesn't say that. Gorgeous views and deluxe cabin had just about everything we could need! Perfect for girls wine weekend!

Paid $191.00 for cabin with full bath checked in at 1:00 pm campground half empty Most cabins empty, said come back after 3:00 pm for the key I understand rules but 1/2 full and most cabins empty you should take care of the customer One little sunbeam electric box heater 50 degrees inside coffee maker and coffee NO CUPS! One 1/4 full soft soap in bathroom No toiletries Not HAPPY

We had a great time in Watkins Glen, as always. Our cabin was comfy and cozy even with some chilly and rainy weather. We enjoyed the surrounding area with trips to town, a visit to a few good spots in Ithaca, a lovely dinner with loved ones in Himrod, plus relaxing campfire time and moon gazing from our cabin porch. Loved it! Thanks!

Very convenient location,well thought out grounds. Staff very nice. cabin (k9) in need of an extreme cleaning. Running finger along ledges, and top of shower stall, my finger was black and covered in what is likely years of dirt. Air vents useless with the amount of dust there as well. We showered in our friends camper instead of the cabin due to this. We won’t be back for a cabin stay.

The bathrooms snd showers were so incredibly dirty. When I brought it to the attention of the office staff I was told “we gave over 600 campers, what do you expect “. Most campers were in motor homes and even using the bathroom let alone the showers.

I would like to see the time period to reserve for the next year for the same cabin be extended until the end of your weekend stay. This would give the people who return year after year a comfortable time period to reserve without having the possibility of losing the places that we stay in year after year.

Pros - good location Cons - Wi-Fi is terrible; picnic tables bad shape, very muddy to garbage dumpsters; would not allow cabin check-in early (yes, I understand check-in time clearly) but when not in use night prior, I don't understand why there is no concession and it was basic cabin); email to call and pre-register - called several times and left message. Was not able to pre-register.

Loved our cabin! Except for the couch was too low and was difficult to get up from it. Loved the location in the campground. Why would the bathrooms be closed for cleaning in the morning during a popular time on the weekends? Was not impressed with Watkins Glen State park. Most likely won't be back. Very confusing about how to get there with parking and the shuttle.

The staff and location was great. Our deluxe cabin smelled rather musty and the walls above the shower were dotted with black mold along with the mattress in the pullout couch. We had my sister staying with us and she booked another cabin due to the mold on the mattress. Their were also old, dirty sheets on the pullout couch that we had to remove, so she did not feel comfortable sleeping there.

We had a wonderful time and will probably stay again in the near future. Just a couple of things that we noticed and wanted to pass along. Where we stayed parking wasn't the best for the type of vehicle we had. Landscaping (tree branches) were hanging low, it would have been nice if the branches were cut back to make it easier to get from the sitting area to the cabin. Internet was spotty too.

We enjoyed everything about our stay. The only dull point was the young lady that checked us in. She had zero warmth and we felt no welcome from her. We were sure to direct all other contact to different front desk attendants.

Pros: Very well kept campground! Super clean. Friendly staff. Cons: a lot of things were closed. Army truck rides, zip line, bumper boats. All advertised but nothing saying they were closed. They advertise TV in the cabins, but they aren’t working yet. The key system stinks…it’s like a hotel swipe key so if you don’t have pockets, you have to find a place for the key every second of your

The cabin mattress was terrible. Felt like sleeping on plywood. The bath house was closed for cleaning at 8:00am multiple times. This is when people without bathrooms need one!!! Terrible timing. And they keep one closed while they are cleaning others. Not sure how it’s an issue going to the bathroom while someone is cleaning a shower. Haven’t seen this much in my 16 years of camping.

Was harassing by staff for not having parking pass for daughter when the store and pool closed before the posted hours we left camp Saturday nite due to the harassment from ur untrained security staff

The room was dirty and smelled like it was wet . I had to burn a candle to eliminate so of the smell. The air conditioner did not work and it was so dirty that I didn’t want to run it even if it did. Other than that it was a nice place Thank you Jennifer Rossi 570-259-7522

The floors of our cabin were filthy when we got there. Covered in mud. The toilet in the men’s bathroom still does not flush properly. It was the same last year and hasn’t been fixed. At one point the cleaning staff had both male and female bathrooms closed at the same time. We like staying with you so please fix.

We have been staying at this KOA in Watkins Glen for 20 plus years for the Vintage festival- each year the price goes up very significantly and this year my reservation said we be price but when we arrived we were charged $36 more a night and we had no towels in our deluxe cabin. We were very disappointed and will not likely be staying again because we cannot afford the outrageous price

Had a great time, campground was well maintained. Bathrooms were kept pretty clean and so was cabin. We really appreciated the indoor pool/hot tub. Only downside was that the website listed outdoor movies almost every night as well as other activities none of which occurred during our stay but we were at the tail end of the season so totally understandable. Staff all friendly.

I was very disappointed to find out they do not participate in the members weekend. The cabin was very clean and had all the amenities. Two things to keep in mind; there isn't much room between the floor and ceiling in the loft area and the toilet sits very low to the floor. Other than that, we had a great stay.

Cabin K93. We were disappointed to find that the cabin needs some refreshing! The bathroom floor along the shower and walls looks like it's getting a build up of black mold. Housekeeping didn't do a great job either. I had to wipe off the bed before I laid my sheets on it. It had hairs and crumbs on the matress. The cabin could a light over the sink. The price is rather high for the quality!

The campground is wonderful but our cabin was very dirty and not well stocked. Also, we thought there were to be beds in the loft according to the pictures. We had to go buy an air mattress for the kids.

Friendly front desk when I checked in, returned to camp shortly after to discover they never gave me a key to the cabin even though I asked. Front desk had closed before 9pm, left message for security & waited. Guard was nice to let me in although door locked when I returned his master key. Very frustrating first night and front desk didn't seem concerned when I explained the following morning.

Love the cabin, wish they were a bit cleaner. The floor was dirty. Not sure if it was mopped. The futon had crumbs, definitely was not cleaned before we arrived.

Place is a little run down. Dead plant at cabin, also issue with bathroom not flushing. No plunger in the bathroom. Didn't have cookies in the room or offer at the office to us yet some got them.

The park is wonderful for kids, lots of activities and things to keep busy! We stayed in a deluxe cabin and kitchen supplies (silverware) could have been cleaner upon arrival and better stocked with kitchen necessities (scissors, pizza cutter, a grater), but nothing we couldn’t make do without. The layout of the cabin, airflow and size of site was wonderful. Exterior outlet was especially handy!

Our cabin was not cleaned prior to our arrival. We stayed in one of the deluxe cabins, and while it was a great space and we loved the more secluded outdoor area, it was 100% not worth what we paid and we wouldn't stay again. The bathrooms near the store were not cleaned all weekend and many of the toilets were clogged/out of order. They were not prepared for a busy holiday weekend.

We enjoyed our stay and the deluxe cabin was great unfortunately the listed amenities that were “included” in the cost of the stay were not all available for use and not due to covid safety measures with nothing stating that they would not be available on the website we found it a bit unreasonable to be charged full price for our stay as well as being charged for full day when check in was 3pm

The toilets were always clogged and low water pressure. This was a problem since we were staying in a cabin without a bathroom...we had to walk all the way over to the bathroom and find it clogged....so then had to walk farther, over to the other end of the campground. Everything else was great. The staff were very friendly and helpful

Need more activities for children. Mattresses and grills at cabins need to be replaced. Roads needs to need stone as very dusty when vehicles drive around and past your site. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Stayed in a deluxe cabin, the temperature control on the shower didn't work, the temperature just rotated between extremely hot and ice cold without touching the handle. The first night there was no water pressure to even take a shower. Very disappointed in that. The floors of the cabin look clean, but after walking on it your feet or socks are black with dirt. Cabin location was great though.

A beautiful KOA close to the wine tours, downtown Watkins Glen, hiking, shops, Corning glass museum... A bit on the expensive side, but we will pay for the gated entrance, patio and privacy any day of the week. People who complain only about the price of a campground yet still stay there really need to do some simple research before just booking the site. I've been to many campgrounds, KOA's are not the cheapest, but they are always the nicest.

Nice clean park, lost of different types of sites, plenty of activities for everyone and its only a few minutes from Watkins Glenn state park.
