Love the Kampground and cabin! Just an amazing place to camp and play. I would just make the dog park better because it was very muddy! I still rate this place a 10 and 100% coming back next summer! Staff was so great and friendly!

We enjoyed our stay. Not to happy that we could not be moved to be with our friends, even though one of them had to cancel. We enjoyed the amenities, pool, waterslide, concert with the band.

it sucks when you still pay full price for your site/amenities but half of the amenities are closed. main reason we booked this was for the kids enjoyment only to not be able to do half of it but still pay for it!

Family member reserved a cabin for this year after staying last year and they put them at the very other end of the camp ground from the rest of the family members that were staying there

Enjoyed our stay at your KOA. Campground is well maintained. Staff friendly. Activities throughout the campground. Love the indoor and outdoor pools.. Camp store is nice. Enjoyed the hand dipped ice cream. Overall A ++++ Will definitely stay with you folks again when we get a chance to travel through the area again. Love the location near Watkins Glen......short distance. Thank-you!

The kids had a fantastic time, great amenities. The cleanliness of the cabin could of been better upon arrival. Other than that it was a wonderful stay.

We loved it. Lots of activities for the kids to do. Although, 1 issue was that they had 3 activities closed to us. Zip lining, rock climbing and bumper boats. Wish those were open.. besides that, there was still lots to do

Fourth time we have stayed at this KOA. We love the indoor and outdoor pool plus the sides are very nice. Great place for kids!

Very pleasant. The one negative was the shower curtains in the showers were dirty and could use more frequent changes or maybe switch to a door.

The cabin could’ve been cleaner. There was a lot of cobwebs and the ceiling fan had a thick coating of dust on the fan blades. Staff was always very friendly during our stay.

All was good with the exception of the wifi which was extremely disappointing. Even went to the office and was told that if you 'forget network' and login again, it would be fine. That was just misdirection to get us out of the office and not deal with the issue. I think that since you charge such a high rate, that simple things like wifi should work.

We made last minute plans to stay here after we had to cancel a koa in boston due to the weather. We ended up cutting this trip 3 nights short because the weather was bad at home. We were refunded for the 3 nights we couldn't stay. The staff were so nice to deal with. We had issues getting the cable to work and the store sent someone right over who got it working for us. We will be back next year

Our family was supposed to be together seeing as how all booked our reservations over a year in advance. Well, when I checked in I found out my cabin was given away. We were in a cabin way up by the entrance. We had to walk all the way up to my family’s campsites each day. It was not a fun experience and we’re not returning. Our group of 18 campers will go somewhere else where we can be togeth

Everything was so clean and beautiful! The staff was always nice and helpful. My kids had so much fun with the pool, slide and jumping pillow. It was a great stay and we plan to come back again next year!

I was disappointed in this KOA. I did not feel it was up to par with others. It was over priced. I spent over $100/night (on the lower end) for a campground that was worth about $60. Our friends campsite completely washed out in the rain. No paved roads. The staff member at the water slide was TERRIBLE. Set up is very bizarre and amenities were far away. Several amenities closed with no warnin

The description of what we were going to receive at the cabin we were staying at was misleading. We stayed in K54 and did not have a side deck or a full bath. I brought it up to the front desk and she just argued with me. The cabin was absolutely dirty. The shower was black and maintenance came and cleaned the floor was dirty. Ceiling fan had caked on dust. We stayed just bc of the view and mybday

Campers should be reminded when packing up to leave they should not be parking their vehicles in the road to hookup until they are ready to go. Had to wait 15 minutes on the way out while 2 campers had their trucks in the road while they finished packing their campers. Where is common courtesy or common sense

Beautiful campground. I think we had the best site there. Love waking the grounds & the hiking trail (even though it was a bit muddy from the rain…nothing that can be done about that though). Definitely our favorite place with our RV so far

Dusty, dirty showers, and internet/ WiFi that never stayed connected. Nice people who ran it but they need resources, help and first rate stuff to make it good.

Super Deluxe /c Loft. Website "View floor plan" cabin has 2 beds. Upon arrival discovered there were no mattresses in sleeping loft. When I asked at registration desk I was informed that it was my fault because I registered online instead of over the phone. If I had registered over phone I would have been told to bring air beds. Staff was rude! Website inaccurate! Told has been like this for years

This koa has the potential to be great, it just wasn't. The sunset acres side has huge pull in sites with patios but our site, F184, had poor grading and we had water over our patio for 4 days. Asked to help move some ruts and they promised to help, but skidloader never came to our site although was seen running elsewhere in camp. Pavement to pool and slide would do wonders to improve this koa

Our tent site was too noisy, as it was right next to the highway. It had no electric outlet nor water. There was poor drainage, plus a lot of poison ivy. I'd suggest notifying this up front w/a lower price. There was a nice pool area from a recent upgrade, but overall the KOA needs some investment as it's tired...There was no onsite breakfast for purchase. Nightly movies were a plus.

A beautiful KOA close to the wine tours, downtown Watkins Glen, hiking, shops, Corning glass museum... A bit on the expensive side, but we will pay for the gated entrance, patio and privacy any day of the week. People who complain only about the price of a campground yet still stay there really need to do some simple research before just booking the site. I've been to many campgrounds, KOA's are not the cheapest, but they are always the nicest.

Nice clean park, lost of different types of sites, plenty of activities for everyone and its only a few minutes from Watkins Glenn state park.
