Very nice amenities included, indoor pool was very nice. Fairly expensive to stay here compared to other KOA's in the region. Disappointed they did away with the trash pick up at your site, had to go find an inconveniently located dumpster. This is not a COVID issue, every other KOA we stayed at this summer continued this service.

Everyone was super friendly and helpful! The grounds were clean and easy to navigate. I felt safe with my two little ones running about! Definitely making a switch from state campgrounds to strictly KOA from now on it. This was my first experience with KOA - and there is no going back to the old ways now!

Poor internet connection, level premium sites were not level at all, many areas of the campground had poor drainage during heavy rain. Cable lost channels several times. Staff was not responsive to campers complaints!

The front desk lady was incredibly nice at check-in and answered whatever questions I had. Some of the employees riding around on the golf carts always made sure to smile and wave. We stayed in B51 and had a lake in our site due to rain. My husband had to build a trench to drain the water. The campground definitely could use a few updates. All in all a decent place to stay. We'll book a patio site

Staff was great and friendly. The setup of the cabin was great but the placement of the fire pit and the stationary bench was practically inaccessible for our family with small kids on the ledge but the cabin next to us had a movable fire pit and standing grill. Not having bumper boats and zip line was disappointing. Overall the experience was great but it was hard to have fires and grill.

First experience at a KOA and it was great except for bathrooms in indoor pool area. Could be cleaned more often.

Staff was very was not very helpful. We requested 2 sites close to each other when booking and were told we had them. We we arrived they placed us on opposite ends of the D section. When I questioned the locations I was told I should have secured the location with a$20 holding free, I was never told this at booking. There were 2 spots next to me that remained unfilled all week. Very disappointed!

Lovely location and nice layout. Minor issues below. WiFi was inconsistent at best and we had to keep forgetting the network. 30 amp circuit at our site kept tripping our Hughes Powerwatch due to high or low voltage spikes.

Great location. Staff was so nice! Easy in and easy out. Great amenities. People complain about wifi, I get it. But relax. It’s wifi. You’re here tj have fun. If you want wifi stay home. Water slide was my sons favorite. I would definitely return again!

Very clean facility. We stayed in a deluxe cabin and it was very clean and nice. Ac worked well for the hot summer days. Also staff was very nice.

The cabin was awesome!! Our stay was good although many of the activities for the kids like the rock wall the zip line and a few others we came for were not open. A small miscommunication on some of the amenities but other than that we had a good time. We will definitely be back next year hopefully for a longer stay!!

Sites are average and while there are a lot of amenities offered- many were below standard. Indoor pool smells of mildew, hot tub out of order, laundry facilities very limited, and no internet to help plan a visit to the area. No internet/phone service. When we reported it to the office we were given an 800 number to call- but we had no phone service. For $90 a night we expected more.

We found the furniture to be very uncomfortable. The kitchen chairs took up too much room for such a small area and we very uncomfortable. The futon was whipped. When sitting on it the back was tilted so much you couldn’t sit up like a normal couch.

Overall our stay was nice. I have two concerns, dogs on leashes was not being enforced and the water slide was not properly monitored. The staff monitoring the large water slide was not taking their job seriously. Many kids began going head first, backs and stomachs, twisting and turning, running and jumping down the slide which was extremely dangerous.

This was the second time I had rented a cabin. This time around the only complaints, was the mattress in the cabin had no support. It was like sleeping on the wooden slots. The other thing was the hot tub was closed. Everyone was very nice and the bathrooms and cabin very clean.

Lovely location and cheerful staff but not on a par with other KOAs. Didn't make use of pool or waterslide, but in terms of a comfortable stay, lacking. Facilities are old and shabby. Understaffed--no garbage pickup, firewood delivery, or escort to site. Laundry was 3x more expensive than elsewhere, half the machines broken since early July. Next time will look for another Watkins Glen site.

The campground is fine and in a good location. But it wasn't very attractive, especially compared to the online description. The water slide was super sketchy and not monitored. The zipline also looked like it wasn't well-maintained. We ended up leaving a night early because of incoming rain and there wasn't anything appealing about staying longer. Just out of date overall.

We felt like we way overpaid for this three day stay. The cabin was not comfortable (the bunk bed room and loft was tiny) smelled musty and shower was stained and did not warm up at all. So many things were closed due to staffing. The water slide was poorly supervised and is a terrible accident waiting to happen. There is no shade or comfortable seating at water slide and no shade at the pool.

I feel that the charge nightly was a little high based on just having a table and a concrete pad. The Wi-Fi barely worked. And often times didn’t work at all. The staff was very very nice. But I’ve been at nicer parks for less nightly fee.

Our stay was excellent. The grounds and bathrooms were clean. Our site was great. Loved the concrete pad and fire ring. The office staff was courteous and helpful. Would definitely stay there again!

Overall it's a nice campground with pleasant staff - liked our campsite with a gazebo. A few drawbacks: the sewer connection does not have a threaded fitting that would fit my adaptor - you need a weighted bean bag type device to keep it from leaning to one side and potentially spilling; the cable connection did not work at all - I could not get any channels with my Wineguard 360 antenna either.

We very much enjoyed our stay. We had a nice patio site that included what appeared to be a new 2 person glider. Met many nice people, staff was very friendly and the smoked wings from the food truck were very good. The only issue we had was with the cable TV, the picture did not come in clear it was very snowy and hard to see.

We asked for quiet site and we’re placed between highway / train tracks and Gaga ball pit. We asked the first day to be moved but we’re told nothing was available. We were there 2 nights and ALL sites around us and several cabins were vacant. Will never stay at KOA again. This one or any other one. I had noise coming from both sides all night and day. Amenities not as advertised. Sites too close together. Neighbors sewer right next to our patio. Definitely not worth the price or the 6 hour drive we made to get there.

We had a fantastic visit. Twice I went to the ladies room and they were being cleaned. I was so happy to see this. The staff was very friendly. We loved our site F211. Also, we loved seeing the staff cleaning the fire pits when campers departed the site. Loved the gym and pool. Overall, excellent experience. We will be back.

I liked the full through sites, recommendations, front entrance needs to be reconstructed to improve access in and out, also recommend moving the LP station away from office entrance so not to clog up incoming and out going traffic.

A beautiful KOA close to the wine tours, downtown Watkins Glen, hiking, shops, Corning glass museum... A bit on the expensive side, but we will pay for the gated entrance, patio and privacy any day of the week. People who complain only about the price of a campground yet still stay there really need to do some simple research before just booking the site. I've been to many campgrounds, KOA's are not the cheapest, but they are always the nicest.

Nice clean park, lost of different types of sites, plenty of activities for everyone and its only a few minutes from Watkins Glenn state park.
