The bathroom was filthy and smelled like urine, there were no blinds in the cabin only see through curtains so we all had to wake up as soon as the sun came up and in the middle of the night our carbon monoxide detector/smoke detector was going off for no reason when I called the office I was told to unplug it! It was hard wired so I did not do that we just had to deal with it until it went off.

Loved the pools, water slide, pond, and all the friendly folks (employees and fellow campers)! My only complaint is that I didn’t get an itemized receipt that showed my deposit and the additional $70 required at check-in.

Everything was clean and open and really enjoyed all the amenities being free of charge this year! In the past we have been charged for the slide etc….

I hope it was site specific but our stay was very poor. We were stuck in a very small site pinned between tenters and cabins. People next door were up until 3am partying . Site was also all mud. Road noise was bad too. We won't be coming back unless assured a site in the back quieter park. Noisiest place we've ever stayed in and we've stayed in alot of KOAs.

Very nice cg. Well-run and organized. At $90 per nite, it is too expensive for regular rving. When comparable KOAs are much less in price, an RVer has to have a good reason to go there.

Loved the indoor, outdoor pools , mini golfs, bounce pad and waterside. Disappointed that climb wall, bumper boats and zip line were closed. Bathrooms had major flushing issue . They were clean , so were showers. Need to pay more attention to pool area garbage and landscaping. Prices are high but I would go back.

I have stayed here for the past 12 years and never had any issues however this year the water pressure was horrible. Couldn’t shower in my camper it was so bad. Also another guest allowed his dog, a boxer to go in the outdoor pool. The prices are astronomical therefore I can’t see going back.

Staff was great and the campground was clean with well groomed sties. I look forward to returning for race weekend next year.

The campground was very nice and the staff were friendly. I would rate the cleaning of my cabin a 5 out of 10. I also had a problem with my entry card so I tried to call the office but the phone went to voice mail. Because I did not have a vehicle, I had to walk to the office. There were five staff there and I was told the wrong end date was in the computer (like I had checked out).

Had a great stay. Wish the sites weren't so close together and that there were more premium patios with gazebos in Sunset area. Also, the dog play area could be upgraded - double the size, use chain link for fence instead of wooden boards, and get ride of the broken agility equipment.

Everything was great as usual…..grandkids had a great time with the amenities offered. We were as usual in our regular 30 year site B59 and our grandkids were in a cabin this year. Only negative….the massive mosquito breeding pond we had between our sites B59 and B58. We realize there was quite a bit of rain prior to our visit, but the water never receded the whole week we were there.

Big, clean site. Very quiet. With some activities closed due to COVID, the campground included activities that you would normally have to pay for. The water slide was a huge hit!!

Very busy and active campground. So many activities for families to participate in. Also only a few miles from Watkins Glen. Did enjoy our stay there. Prices much higher than we normally pay but probably because of the amenities (which we didn’t need) and area. Thank you!

The wifi is still not great. I don’t think it’s right that the prices have to be raised for special events. Especially for the ones that have been going there for years. You don’t receive anything extra for the days the prices are raised. Everything is the same as the lower priced days. We could not get the cable to work and still paid for it. We did enjoy the outdoor pool one day.

The park is nice but the fence pulling into sites HAS TO GO!!! When you come around into your site & you have a fence on both sides, you cannot swing a 40+ foot RV into the pull through site. We had to go around to back our rig into a pull through site and you have trees & brush trying to miss the trees/bushes backing into a pull through site. Otherwise the park is nice.

Loved the campground and it being so close to all the attractions. The only drawback was the lack of shade in the pull through sites. Other than that, we had a great week

We had a blast doing all the water activities. The staff was fantastic. The only problem we had was our cable connection, other than that it was a fantastic stay.

We stay race weekend. First your prices are getting outrageous and your services are pretty much nonexistent. We don't care about zip lines and waterslides but would like a decent picnic table and flowers on our premium site. Oh and gatbage pick up.

Very disappointing. Had to call security for rude & noisy neighbors two nights between midnight and 4:30 AM. Even after security confronted them, they continued to be loud. The restrooms & showers were always nasty, with clogged toilets that were never serviced. Stopping trash pick-up was not mentioned in any emails or when we checked in. Sites should automatically be renewed like they used to be

Nice rv park. Quiet and great sites. Even though we didn't use them, there were great pools, water slide and extras for kids.

Wifi was terrible and the pool was so far removed from most campsites. Staff were very short during check-in and failed to mention any amenities. Quite a poor experience for as pricey as it was. Disappointing.

Great staff. They acted as though they were a PART of the campground. It wasn't a job to them. Who ever hired the staff, you have an excellent eye for spotting GREAT individuals !

We love this campground however during our 2 stays this summer it appeared to go down hill. The gazebo had green mold which I cleaned myself with Fantasik. The concrete under the table also had a collection of dirt that wouldn’t blow off with a blower and was slippery when it rained. There was also a bird nest directly above the table. Not a very inticing place to eat meals. no garbage PU

I reconsidered returning for my 14th consecutive year here after the past 2 year of disappointment. This stay was refreshing to say the least. ALL of the maintenance issues were resolved, and, the wifi was excellent. The past 2 years i had to go into Watkins Glen to get decent wifi. Now it was gvreat, right inside my motorhome. Tey installed a new system this past year. I booked for 2022

Very lovely campground. Well maintained pool(s). ONLY terrible issue is cell service. Absolutely horrendous and recommend a cell tower upgrade ASAP

It was our first time staying and had a great time. Staff was polite and park is very well kept and very quiet at the correct times. When we get to that part of NY again will definitely have no issues booking a site here again. Very Pleasurable experience.

We absolutely loved everything about the campsite. I would definitely come back. Everything was wonderful except one thing. The wifi was an issue. Unfortunately I couldn’t even use it in the cabin. At night it was also an issue for us to listen to music. The staff were also very helpful and friendly. Would rate it a 5 if it wasn’t for the wifi

Very nice camp site. Beautiful area. People were very nice and helpful. Several activities closed do to covid. Cabins were fine. One issue we had was no running water for 40 minutes.

First of all, the staff gave us a wrong direction and didn't guide us to the site which led to some delay. Our site had little to no cell signal coverage (AT&T). The site's WiFi was weak too during few days on the weekend. Also, our site didn't have enough water pressure. We had to fill up our water tank and use our pump as backup.

The staff were tremendous but the site you gave us was terrible. It was possibly the worst KOA I have ever stayed at. I know it was race weekend but that site should not be considered a site. It was a mud hole. I will repeat, the staff could not have been nicer and accommodated are every need. Kudos to them, 10 STARS

A beautiful KOA close to the wine tours, downtown Watkins Glen, hiking, shops, Corning glass museum... A bit on the expensive side, but we will pay for the gated entrance, patio and privacy any day of the week. People who complain only about the price of a campground yet still stay there really need to do some simple research before just booking the site. I've been to many campgrounds, KOA's are not the cheapest, but they are always the nicest.

Nice clean park, lost of different types of sites, plenty of activities for everyone and its only a few minutes from Watkins Glenn state park.
