The campground is nice except the bathrooms are not kept very clean. The toilets don't flush well and soap and toilet paper are not stocked.

Our stay was arriving Thursday leaving Tuesday. The campground was packed but not noisy. We were unable to connect to the internet until Monday. I know the campground upgraded their system but paying premium rates on an upscale site for NASCAR weekend we should be able to access the internet. I even went to the office on Friday night to try to connect and was unable to connect even there.

speeding cars/trucks on Grand Prix road. Huge dust cloud from all moving vehicles . EVERY thing covered with stone dust. Including all the food and utensils. Bees stung 2 in our party from old rotten trunk in the site. Small sites and too close together. Never again.

I was in site C17, my cable jack was rotted out so I had no cable. My patio was not very clean when I got there, with leaves, dirt, and mud, neighbor had same issue. There are lots of cleanly details missed at the KOA, you can tell maintanence hasn’t been done. The free drop, zip line, and bumper boats aren’t in operation, like website/map says it is. Maybe remove the stumps near the driveway on the curves, managed to catch one on the way out and bent my axle.Camping is over for the year do to lack of available replacement axles. We will be back next year, lets see if this advise is taken seriously. The Shoffs

Deluxe Cabin # K-93 was spot on! Not as private as # K-53 (I miss the woods in back off the deck) but as a result of the screw up for not moving it to the correct NASCAR weekend, # K-93 was a good second choice. Many thanks to Cindy for her effort in reserving the secondary Deluxe Cabin! At least I got to make new friends.

There has to be a better way ( like a waiting list) (for race weekend) to get into a larger cabin, I started out on a waiting list about 5 yrs ago and since then the list has disappeared. Front desk told me I have to keep calling back to see if any open.

For updated internet…. NOTHING worked Tv cable you don’t get all the channels that are promised Cost go up per night and then you pay $5/child each night. Only thing included is 2 adults!! Amount you pay a night, isn’t worth what they advertise

Customer service has GREATLY improved over the last couple years. The price is getting difficult for my group to want to continue to pay $450 for a long weekend... Internet is still nearly non-existent.

Just wished i could have used our gulf cart. I have arthritis in both knees. My grandsons keep me busy. They loved the water slide!

Very clean campground and lots of activities! Internet didn’t work and there wasn’t much cell service, however it was still a lot of fun.

Stayed a night on a urine stained mattress from a previous tenant. They switched our cabin but did not offer any reimbursement/credit. Didn’t ask if all was ok after. Rented a golf cart. Golf cart given to us was nowhere to be found. Gave us a different one, which was terrible. Swam at the indoor pool until closing. Instead of saying they were closing, they just turned the lights off on us.

I enjoyed my stay here. Nice sites with full hookups and plenty of room between sites. friendly staff, and very clean bathrooms. Plenty to do for families such as mini golf,swimming pool, and a water slide. Very convenient location to Watkins Glen State park and Watkins Glen speedway.

Although I didn't spend much time in the campground, I found the staff to be welcoming, considerate and helpful. Access to the areas I wanted to visit (waterfalls mainly) was quick and easy. I would definitely stay there again.

The TV only worked at night. During the day it had no signal. I asked the desk 3x for someone to come look at it. No one ever showed up. There is zero WiFi. I think we were able to get on 1x for about 10 min. The place needs some maintenance. Many places need repair or at least cleaned up a bit. Mini golf is really in disarray. Cabins were not very clean. Spider webs in the bathroom/bedroom.

We havent been here in about 2 years, but we usually visit from North Carolina each fall. This time we were not so happy , with our site, (which we were charged a $20. select my site fee?)and found the bathhouses and bathrooms dirty several times during our stay. In general it seemed to us that this KOA has gone down hill since we were there last. Dont know if we will continue our yearly stay

This was our first time here and we were very pleased! Our site was spacious and the campground was well maintained. Everyone was very friendly. We liked how quite it was and how close it was to Seneca lake.

This was our second stay at the Watkins Glen KOA. It is a large campground with a lot to do for the little ones. As senior citizens we don't have little ones and can't evaluate those facilities. We were in the back of the campground where it is quieter and more peaceful. Just great for us! There was no cellphone service (T-MObile and Sprint) but the wifi was very good - I got 60Mbps.

Horrible service horrible site if any one is going camping at this KOA please do not let them give you site B11.You could not sit outside the site was just rocks, mud and puddles of water. No one was willing to do anything after paying over $85.A night they told us we should of spent more money and got a better site. In my opinion that was not the right response.Only KOA we have given a bad review

The facilities were very clean, the sites were spacious and there were plenty of amenities. It was also a perfect location for exploring the surrounding area. We enjoyed our visit.

It was our first time here at the KOA and we are pretty local, my kids are already begging to go back! Great time had by all. Staff was pleasant and everything was very clean.

A beautiful KOA close to the wine tours, downtown Watkins Glen, hiking, shops, Corning glass museum... A bit on the expensive side, but we will pay for the gated entrance, patio and privacy any day of the week. People who complain only about the price of a campground yet still stay there really need to do some simple research before just booking the site. I've been to many campgrounds, KOA's are not the cheapest, but they are always the nicest.

Nice clean park, lost of different types of sites, plenty of activities for everyone and its only a few minutes from Watkins Glenn state park.
