Our stay was awful. The bathrooms and showers were filthy, and the toilets didn't flush. 3 out of the 6 washers available in the laundry room were broken. Activities listed on the web site were not available: bumper boats, rope course, rock wall and zip lining. It was truly the worst KOA experience we ever had, and I would be very hesitant in recommending it to anyone.

The campground is very nice but the site we had, F178 is not suitable for a towable especially when the ground is wet! The approach backing up is up a step incline and from the passenger side so it is blind to the driver! We could not get in in 2 wheel drive due to the loose gravel and wet mud. Not suitable for a 34' 5th wheel! Once in the site was excellent!

Very disappointed with the site we were given (C25). It was like being in a junk yard with equipment all around us and continuous noise from the road, water slide and jumping platforms. Also, the site was extremely narrow. The staff seemed indifferent when I asked to change sites. It was a busy weekend but I did see other sites open. I would not recommend anyone go there.

We had an amazing time. The cabin was nice and suited our needs. Campers and staff alike were very friendly. The endless activities kept my children (teens) occupied and entertained. Overall great place and would stay again.

beautiful place, our lot was great. The water pressure wasn't very good. We caught a lot of sea weed in the fishing pond. There wasn't night crawlers to be bought. I was told your supplier wasn't keeping up with the demand. The staff at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. Indoor pool was nice. We like the Watkins Glen area, nice stay.

Everyone there was very nice. The site we had though, was not the best. A third of the site was under water, so we could not set up everything. I understand about the weather, but should have better drainage.

We had so much fun!! Our only complaint was the traffic in & out was alot but we understand it probably had to do with the race this week

Lots to do! Certain parts of camp ground could be cleaner or kept up with. But still great spot.

Our son asked to be switched to the vacant site next to us. We were told it was booked for one day that overlapped the end of our one day stay, so they could not make it happen in the computer. So he was refused, even though he assured them he would move before the day the next booked. activities the children looked forward to were not held until the last 2 days. The director was great though.

To many barking dogs, people not picking up after their dogs. I was having my breakfast and the site next to me was empty and the site across the road from us walked her dogs over to the empty lot and let them go to the bathroom right in front of us and did not pick up. Very rude. Cars traveling down the roads to fast while children were out.

We were not told that there would be no movies, no rides on the truck, no activities for our grandchildren due to staff shortages and other area's such down (no cafe, no climbing wall, no bumper boats). Found out after setting up and were told we would not receive a discount or refund if we left early even though our grandkids were talking about it at the counter and no one said anything. Poor.

Was very disappointed on the site received for the money paid. No grass/all stone, small (sites were pretty much on top of one another), and the fire pit ring was pathetic (unusable and un-safe). Paying a little bit more than the economy rate expected more. Came to Watkins Glen to visit/sightsee the area; did not use/want extra camp amenities. Overpriced. The people were very nice.

The lack of wifi service can be challenging. The campground is well maintained and staff is courteous. We loved our site!!!

Need first aid. We had an injury in pool. Asked at front desk for first aid.."sorry no". Asked for ice pack and was told "sorry no." Also was given wrong information regarding golf cart rental. Was told first come first serve over phone. That was not the case when we arrived. I was told by check-in was an error. Which left us with no hope of golf cart first day. All else was great!

Overall we really enjoyed the campground. The sites are very pretty. One of the things we had issues with was when we moved in was a small lake to deal with but we were able to get it to dry out fairly quickly. We were sad that the zipline and rockwall were not open but loved the slides and pools. We will definitely stay here again.

Well enough spaced lots Just a very busy, loud campground. Road in front and behind us. We were looking for quieter sites. We got them in mind for next time! The bathrooms were gross. Clogged toilets, out of TP. One bathroom for most campers. Learned quickly to walk down to pool bathrooms when they were open. They were less messy. Our dog loved the hiking trail and creek behind the campground.

For the price, one of the nicer KOAs. We enjoyed both the outdoor and indoor pools and spa. Clean and well maintained grounds and friendly staff. Great access to the wineries.

Nice place . WiFi not so great and lovely flower basket on site lamppost flowers were dead - removed when my wife complained . IMHO it would be better not to have them then leave them there dead. Otherwise nice place no site escort for those who want it

There was so much to do at the campground. Cabins were clean and beds comfortable. Only issue was no tv as the internet was not strong enough because of the location. But outdoor movie in the woods made up for it.

It was a nice resort with great amenities. During our stay some of those amenities were closed. A lot of the sites are small and tight unless you upgrade to patio sites. One thing you might need to change is where you cut the trees stumps. There were a lot of tree stumps that were not cut all the way down and could be a hazard to pulling trailers in and out of the sites.

The site we stayed on C32 was so narrow we could not use an awning. That should be mentioned to the camper. Also the picnic table had not been pressure washed in a long time. But, luckily I keep covers for the seat and a table cloth for just this reason. We did enjoy our stay and would camp again, just not in this site. The staff and the grounds were clean and very nice. It was a nice time.

Everything was great! The only thing I would recommend is improving the WiFi by maybe upgrading it or adding some repeaters throughout the campground. I manage an Airbnb and I had to walk up to the office to connect and receive messages bc cell service doesn’t work well in the area either. We loved our patio with the light and the built-in firepit. That made everything convenient!

Staff is amazing! We loved the water slide, trampolines, mini golf and deluxe cabin. Location is perfect and everything was clean and comfortable.

We enjoyed our stay, the staff was friendly the areas were nice. but our site had a mud problem and the the site was hard to keep clean. other than that we would stay there again, just pick a different site.

We loved our cabin, it was very clean. The activities available/planned were great. Very good park for kids. This time we only went to the indoor pool and enjoyed it, clean and enjoyable. Having golf carts for rent is appreciated. Only con- We couldn't stand the wristbands, we don't want to wear them the whole weekend.

A beautiful KOA close to the wine tours, downtown Watkins Glen, hiking, shops, Corning glass museum... A bit on the expensive side, but we will pay for the gated entrance, patio and privacy any day of the week. People who complain only about the price of a campground yet still stay there really need to do some simple research before just booking the site. I've been to many campgrounds, KOA's are not the cheapest, but they are always the nicest.

Nice clean park, lost of different types of sites, plenty of activities for everyone and its only a few minutes from Watkins Glenn state park.
