The grounds are very nice with a lot to do. We rented a deluxe cabin which was very nice and clean. The one big downfall that would prevent me from coming again is the placement of the grill/fire pit. It was on such an incline that you could only use it from one side and there were tree roots all around it that made it dangerous. Love to cook on a charcoal grill but it was impossible to do there.

Our stay was what we made of it. There is alot of great things to do and see. The only complaint is with the price of the camping there was alot that was listed for activities but most wasn't open due to lack of staff im guessing which should cause a discount in price. Otherwise fun was had.

We have stayed at a number of KOAs. They were okay but seemed to not pay attention to the details. Many of their hanging plants around the park were dead, no one took us to our site, our site had a patio that was covered with dirt. We cleaned it so we didn't track the dirt into our trailer. The facilities such as the pools were well cared for. Staff shortage??

No trash pickup at site. Very little planned activities and no communication on the ones they did have. Indoor pool closed on the day it rained. No bumper boats as advertised. No bait for fishing. Mini golf course covered with debris every time. Water hook up leaked. Workers fixed somewhat. Way too expensive. We've been camping for over 40 years in a motorhome. Poorly run especially for a KOA!

A very nice KOA. Our spot was an easy walk to the restroom/shower area. The shop at the office didn't have much for sale. We needed a bit of milk, but they don't sell. The trip to Corning and the trip to Watkins Glen was along a decent highway. (The Corning Glass musem and the glen at. Watkins Glen should both be on everybody's bucket list)

Our campsite was not long enough for our camper. The back of our camper was in the bushes making it very difficult to hook water up. Since our site was on a hillside, our ‘patio’ turned into a puddle when it rained. The bathhouse was not very well maintained. The activities for the kids was great - water slide, indoor pool, and putt putt made it fun! Camp store was fully stocked.

Very nice camp ground. Would be great of the food truck was open more or the store had more items. We loved our site and thought the park was very clean.

Nice KOA in general. We were in the pull through section and sites were a bit close together. Fire rings too close to the neighboring site so did not feel comfortable using it. Would stay here again.

We had a enjoyable time. The staff was friendly each time that we saw someone and that was often. There was plenty of things to keep us busy. My son loved the pool. We had a good time and would recommend . �����������������

Our family stayed in a 2 room cabin. We were very impressed in how clean our cabin was and were happy that it included A/C, TV, a mini fridge, and free WIFI. We had no problem at all connecting to the WIFI and were very pleased with this! My kids loved the waterslide, jumping pillow and pad, both indoor and outdoor pools, the playground and basketball court. They were never bored! Two thumbs up!

Something needs to be done about the camp’s extremely poor free WiFi internet system! It is a joke - the camp is relatively expensive and the provided WiFi really sucks. The provided WiFi needs to be brought up to a much higher standard ASAP!!

Between two pools, giant water slide, bounce pillows, beautiful accommodations, the creek, and several activities, there's something for everyone! We had a great stay!

Love KOA's. However, this cabin needed another bench and hooks. Maybe even a shelf. Others that I have been to had plenty of hooks to hang coats and towels. A shelf for bed items and benches. Never a lack for belongings. This had 3 hooks for a 4 person room. And 1 bench! Otherwise, loved it.

Campsites were clean and well maintained (grass mowed, firepits clean, patios swept, recent gravel added to roads). LOTS of activities for children and some for adults, too. Bath/shower houses could use some updating but were in working order. Putt-putt course could use a re-fresh. Walking trail needs some maintenance. Staff is super friendly and attentive! Will be here again next year.

We enjoyed our stay every much. Somethings that were available for teenagers pre COVID-19 weren’t Available like the climbing wall and zip line. Our family had sites at the end of the circle across from the food truck and some other guests used our sites to get to the truck or the field. Other than that the campground is very clean and inviting. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

overall this is a great location and the site is generally kept well and the people are friendly. only complaint was site 184 was flooded and my brother in law had to negotiate pretty hard to be moved which is was. when we asked a maintenance person about it his behavior was unacceptable, basically said they couldn't do anything about the rain, only to find out the site had been flooded out consis

We booked side by side sites with family. Unfortunately, our site was covered in water, mud & it smelled like sewage. Numerous people at surrounding sites told us the site was like that for at least a week. We were able to move to a new site which was nice, but we were not next to our family. We eat together so being moved made it difficult. Also, the campstore was pretty empty & had long lines

You have so much to do here (and at no additional fee!) I liked seeing signs of construction and more improvements in the making. I loved the extra clean and updated bathrooms, the hanging flower arrangements, creekside walking path, and places to gather. Kids loved jumping pillow, water slide, and pools.

This is a top rated KOA for a reason— it is at the very top. Cindy, who I talked to several times, was wonderful to work with as were all others there. The place was beautiful and it a place to have the family stay and have fun. It is also very near Corning snd Watkins Glen so there is plenty to keep you interested. We will be back.

Expensive Sites had huge divers from rain! Tried to repeatedly call office re: constant barking dog over a two day period… no response and no call back as message promised.

Very nice campground, but play area is in wrong location. All outdoor activities are in Section C where smaller rigs using only water and electric (no sewer) are situated. Constant noise from screaming kids, bounce pads, generators, golf carts, and other traffic sounds can be heard throughout the day until 9 pm. Otherwise, it's well maintained and close to Watkins Glen State Park.

We love W Glen KOA. We love the ability to ride our bikes through the camp grounds. We love the two swimming pools. One request: could you open the rock climbing wall next year? Please keep the fishing too. My son loves the bouncy pad too!

Rented sites for us and for friends. Friends had hard time checking in. Bathrooms did not flush properly. No pressure and had to flush repeatedly while holding handle. Activities pool and slide very far away with ugly view of road and sewer treatment. Picnic tables were all rotted. Camp store very poor selection. Train goes by often and is very loud. Raceway loud too.

Stayed on Site F205, very nice and easy pull through for a 5th wheel camper. WiFi a little weak, but overall had a great time!

We had a wonderful time at the campground. The stafff was very nice and helpful. The only issue is the price. It is very expensive to rent a cabin. Overall, we had a good experience.

Our site was very nice, but most of the workers weren’t friendly. The WiFi is almost none existent. It was a nice place to experience but I wouldn’t plan to go back again.

A beautiful KOA close to the wine tours, downtown Watkins Glen, hiking, shops, Corning glass museum... A bit on the expensive side, but we will pay for the gated entrance, patio and privacy any day of the week. People who complain only about the price of a campground yet still stay there really need to do some simple research before just booking the site. I've been to many campgrounds, KOA's are not the cheapest, but they are always the nicest.

Nice clean park, lost of different types of sites, plenty of activities for everyone and its only a few minutes from Watkins Glenn state park.
