Our site was a muddy mess both before and especially after some rain. Some small hand dug trenches were ineffective at keeping our patio and everything on it covered in mud after a short rain shower. This is the second year in a row we were disappointed in our site.

Had great amenities, will be changing our site as we stayed in a pull thru however it was a smaller site vehicle had to be moved from where it would normally stay in front. We had a corner spot but it was right by the entrance and roads therefore not to safe for our little toddler. They have so many activities, it was Christmas in July so we did a little craft. They had movies every night too.

No phone service; spotty, slow WiFi; in a spot that rainwater never drained, then flooded during rainstorm-several inches on our patio. Unfortunate that a lot of the attractions in what was Seneca Thrills no longer available; area around pool, bounce pads, pond are not attractive. Stopped coming a few years ago for most of the reasons above, but nothing has improved. Prefer sister site in Bath.

Staff very helpful and friendly. Good activities for kids. The bathroom in the middle of the campground did not have full functioning toilets/ urinals on the men's side, and broken floor tiles. firewood was pricey, no closing hours for food truck, some highway noise, some train noise, some raceway noise but not much at night, trailer sites are not level and very close to each other.

The staff was very nice. The pump out station was convenient. The shower house seemed clean. A few downsides were the hi way noise, the race track noise. And the camp sites are pretty close to each other.

Half of the park was not open, After a storm power was out for 4-5 hrs when power came on at 11;30 at night no one was there to turn off an alarm which was next to our camp sight until 7;oo am the next day. You would think that some one would have at least checked the camp ground to make sure that every one was ok when the power came on, on one even answered the phone. we were put next to the dump

It is a great place! They have lots to do at the campground for the whole family. The staff is very helpful and friendly. We will be back to this campground.

They need to take the amenities off their website that are no longer there. Example: bumper boats, rock climbing, zip line. Children on the jumping pillow throwing rocks at my grandchildren & nothing was done about it.

Our site was flooded (c36) and could only use a portion of the site as a result. It also had a real bad smell.. Neighbors water connection constantly leaked which didn't help the flooded site any. Brad D

Get rid of that crappy wood you sell in the Camp store. I Bought one bundle and all it did was smolder and smoke. Pine wood for $7 plus...? What a waste of money.

You need to get WI-FI THUR OUT THE HOLE PARK. LIKE F-181. Have reported this, and called in on it , AND STILL .No WI-FI . NEEDS TO BE ADDRESSED!!! Lost stars and low recommendation, Also, needs to get Zip line going and Bumped Boats going.Lost Stars. Prices to high for things not running. You asked, that's the facts.

Was. It very pleased from the minute we arrived. Upon check in we were given a map to tell us where our cabin was. The woman behind the desk was not very friendly and it almost seemed like we were bothering her. We drove around for a bit until we found other employees who guided us to the cabin. Cabin was ok. Bathroom could of been cleaner. Have more but run out of room to write.

Disappointed this stay. No assistance from staff getting to site. Site was muddy and slipped in mud. Had to buy new shoes. Campground was very traffic busy and noisy. Have enjoyed this campground in the past, not our best visit this time. Going to try Watkins Glen state park campground next year.

We had grandchildren with us and they really enjoyed the indoor pool. It was a chilly week. All the areas were clean and inviting. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. If I had any suggestions it would be to blow the mini golf green areas off But nature on the greens did not stop us from having fun on them. �Nice job and thank you KOA of Watkins Glen.

Staff was good. Park was great for activities. My only complaint was the closeness of the sights. Our sight was pretty small for a 30 ft camper. The next sight was 15 ft away with the sewer hookup closer yet.

Our stay in the C section that is directly across from the jumping pillow was extremely wet and muddy. It had rained quite a bit before we arrived, and the sites were a mess. It took a lot of complaining to get the site fixed, finally after four days. I feel I should have been offered a discount or an apology, but didn’t receive it. I was disappointed because we enjoy this campground!

Class A on the side of a hill, with big ruts. Site not level. Rained, trees and limbs fell on coach. Mud from uphill covered everything outside. Dumpster hard to get to. Won’t be back.

We were only staying two nights. We got to our site at 4pm and someone hadn’t left. The solution was to stay in a site for one night then when the other site was clear relocate. This completely ruined our plans to enjoy Watkins Glen for the day. We waited until the other camper left around 11am to switch locations. The facility was nice and clean. We would not recommend this KOA.

This was our first experience in our rv. KOA staff was very welcoming and patient answers our questions We thank you that you allow 3 dogs and will look to use another KOA and Watkins KOA again

Great place for a family with children. However, it wasnt the right fit for us. The lot was not level which we are used to making adjustments for at various locations. There was barely any water pressure at our site almost nonexistent at times. It was loud being backed up to the golf course, entrance, and busy road. The WiFi was unavailable most of our stay. For the $, it was not worth the stay.

WOW! An indoor pool and hot tub?! That was very unexpected! Nice location in respect to downtown. Very clean. Lots to do for families and children

We enjoyed our stay. Did take a little time to orient ourselves to the campground. The public shower stalls on the campground were not as clearly marked as we would like. The Internet was slow and had no mobile cell service while on the campgrounds. Overall staff was very pleasant and helpful. We liked the facilities.

We enjoyed our stay given the close location to Watkins Glen state park. The amenities were nice and the pool was clean. We had a late checkout and the website clearly said $5 per hour after noon however when I went to checkout, I was charged $20 and there was no written policy. The lady who was "the lead" that day was rude and did not honor the $5 checkout fee as stated on the website.

We had a good time. Wish the indoor pool hot tub area would open earlier then 10 like 8am would be nice for us old foggies . Need to have a sign in the bathhouse to tell people to hold on to the handle when flushing the toilet! I was tired of seeing people poop!

We've stayed at this facility many times- this was by far our worst experience. Major storm on our 1st night blew out power- not controllable I get that. the aftermath is controllable- we had about 1/2 inch of mud on our doorstep and patio- I had to borrow a shovel to clean my own area. My spot had to have at least 2 inches of water outside our door for several hours after the storm.

Your campground is beautiful! All of the flowers and gardens spoke to my heart and made me feel more like home. The only negative I have is the flooding of our site. We had a couple of inches of water under the camper and on the patio after a thunderstorm and had to wade through water to get into the camper when we returned. There was a drain in the road near us that eventually took the water.

We had a great time. Clean, well kept park with lots to do. We are looking forward to returning and bringing our grandsons! Lots for the kids to do.

A lot of the activities were closed. No zip line, no bumper boats, and no rock wall. We also had to call the facility to let them know about a bad connection they had on our neighbor's hose. It would randomly spray water all over our patio. When we talk to the staff they said that it was our issue. The maintenance guy did come out and it was not our issue. Ultimately it did not get fixed.

Overall an excellent facility clean and well maintained with lot of activities. It was great for a large group like ours. Staff was extremely polite and helpful. The only thing was that the cabins and camper spaces were too close to each other leaving less space for activities like biking etc.

The lady checking me in was rude. I was checking in at 2:58 and she said I wasn’t supposed to check in until 3- how ridiculous. I slipped and fell on the slippery steps going down to the pool. Several dogs were off leash- 1 kept coming on our porch and looked aggressive. The entire campground was so muddy. Cars were getting stuck. The showers didn’t drain well- which was gross. This campground give zero importance on the human experience. Our site was #81, the whole row of tent sites is literally off the highway. Sure trees around, but there is a direct view to the road and vice versa - not to mention the road noise. I requested to change site, I was given #89-which was worse. You share this site with site #88.Its between bathroom and path, so zero privacy at all. Worst.

A beautiful KOA close to the wine tours, downtown Watkins Glen, hiking, shops, Corning glass museum... A bit on the expensive side, but we will pay for the gated entrance, patio and privacy any day of the week. People who complain only about the price of a campground yet still stay there really need to do some simple research before just booking the site. I've been to many campgrounds, KOA's are not the cheapest, but they are always the nicest.

Nice clean park, lost of different types of sites, plenty of activities for everyone and its only a few minutes from Watkins Glenn state park.
