Email said check in was at 2 but reality it was 3 pm for a cabin corporate should fix that.

Loved my site. Other KOA's give you a complimentary bundle of wood at check in which this one does not. I thought the waterslide should have been open longer. Overall I cant complain.

We stayed on site A136. My daughter and her family stayed in a one room cabin. We understood no bathroom. We were very disappointed that the TV did not work. They should have told us this before our 5 hour trip. The bathroom showers were dirty. The golf cart i rented was very dirty. No one told us to take our garbage to dumpsters. I would not pay over $100. a night to stay again.

Love this campground. Super friendly and relaxing. There is a ton to do with a family, or like us, it is just a couple.

We stayed in cabin K48 which had an ant problem. We killed probably 2 dozen ants during our stay. My husband said he saw one with poison on it, which was concerning given we had a toddler and a baby with us. Other than that, we had a great time on the water slide/jump pillow, and were appreciative of the laundry room - although several machines were out of order.

Shaded sites were too small for bigger campers. My site said 40ft but with slides open we had no space for fire ring or picnic table. Site was only to sleep. Very disappointing.

All of the facilities were fantastic/very clean. The sight we were in was pretty close to the other sights, but that's obviously sight dependent.

The indoor bathrooms needed more frequent cleaning due to heavy use. The outdoor bathrooms also needed more attention due to heavy rain. We knew our stay was a little pricey due to the amenities for the children, so we expected a little more attention to restrooms which wasn’t there.

Our trip was great. Staff was so friendly and attentive. They worked hard all weekend to try and prevent flooding at sites due to a tremendous amount of rainfall.

The campground was clean and the employees were very friendly. My only complaint is when I tried to reserve a golf cart by phone in May, the lady told me that it was first come first serve once I arrived. Upon check-in I was told I needed to reserve one by phone. This is conflicting information. I was not able to get a golf cart for the duration of our stay. Nothing was done to accommodate us. :(

Great staff, location and things to do in the park. It had rained a lot and there was standing water over most of my site. I understand that the rain was unusual so that aside I would definitely recommend the park.

Beautiful area and lots of activities but sadly the bathrooms were disgusting and flushing wasn't working, Internet is the worst I've experienced and the store didn't have a lot and when we needed to most it wasn't open. Please consider an ATM in front of the store as well. Lastly, please level out the sites that flood most.

Overall, stay was good. However, there was water from previous people left in Keurig machine, the inside of the air conditioner was growing fuzzy mold so we could not use it, there was a burn mark on the wall behind the stovetop, and a pair of someone's socks left on the top bunk.

staff was friendly and helpful, store was fairly well stocked, and some of the amenities were nice. However, our site along with others, were basically swamps. I understand there was significant rain recently, but it does not take much to put down some stone or gravel so we are not wading through ankle deep mud at our site. Some of the amenities had obviously not been cleaned in quite some time.

The staff was pretty helpful, but the campgrounds and our campsite was very sub-par. Our site was incredibly small, unprotected from cars, noisy golf carts, and headlights while trying to enjoy our fire.The site flooded and was very muddy, despite gravel that was brought in. The park itself is designed poorly with too many small sites packed too tightly together. We could not wait to check out.

Lady working at the front desk needs to quit if she doesn't like the job. WiFi needs work and so does to campground.

Was a very wet weekend to begin with, but they would not put stone down to help out the sites we were in. (C36,C37). Asked them twice to bring stone down and also an email was sent to management and owners. The campground is great for the kids and will be staying again. But would like better customer service

They are so friendly from check in to check out! Doing the facilities Manager is absolutely wonderful so helpful! Chucky was so gracious and helpful when we had to move our camper this is a top notch campgeound!

Trashy campground in a beautiful area. Huge disappointment. Campsite was a back in located on a dead end road with a 6% incline on slippery rocks. Our trailer slid even with our F250 in 4WD. Employee/company vehicles were parked in front of the site adding to the difficulty. No escort offered. Dirty laundry, 3 washers broken. I fell near the pond. Reported to front desk - they didn’t care.

The bathrooms were dirty and half the time there was no toilet paper. Our cabin wasn’t graded correctly and because of the rain our site was a mud pit the whole week. The bumper boats and zip line was closed and no staff member had a reason why. The wifi was not very good and never had good connectivity. Very disappointed as I’ve been to other KOA’s that were amazing!!!

You have no drainage for your sites, not even one permanent ditch!!!! We were miserable on the site because it was a hole-pocked, mud-filled swamp. It's nice that you'll dump ugly gravel here or there upon request but it's pathetic there are no actual strategies beyond, "oh well, we can't control the weather." I've camped in the rain many, many times you have NO excuse!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Although it rained nearly every day, we enjoyed our stay. The employees who work for your organization are VERY friendly and accomodating. We were a bit disappointed that some amenities were not open for our child, but the weather affected this as well. We will be back!

We very much appreciate that we were able to check in an hour early. Our site was very unlevel and very muddy. It was so muddy we couldn’t eat outside on our site.

Campground was wonderful, but the bathrooms were a disaster! We asked the ladies at the store about when they cleaned them, and they said often, how about changing the dirty, slimy shower curtains, and maybe cleaning the walls and floors and even toilets? This was the most disgusting bathrooms I have even seen, you do need to get someone who knows how to clean a bathroom.

This is a great place if you have kids. There are tons of things to do and they will be busy, happy and tired at the end of the day. We actually do not have kids, but we found this to be a pretty quiet place and enjoyed our stay.

Staff was friendly. The sites were flooded from rain —- need to fortify sites with gravel so you don’t have to step in puddles getting out of your camper

Thank you for having the dumpster emptied after the weekend. The toilets in the activities pavilion did not flush properly and were backed up. Thank you for the security person who walked around to remind campers of quiet time and have the kids leave the pirate ship when it got dark. It was much appreciated!

Very convenient for visiting the Watkins Glen area! It is well worth the extra charge to get a site with a patio in the Sunset Acres section, for the extra space and generally nicer sites. Nice place for adults and kids with lots of activities.

Power was 105-107 Volts, food trailer was not open for three days, Wireless,was,terrible; in 8 years this is the first KOA where you were not escorted to your site. Campground map is very outdated.

Bathrooms were disgusting and barely flushed. Sites are too close together and neighbors were loud and vulgar. The staff were very friendly and nice which was a plus. It was disappointing that several amenities(zip line, second water slide, bumper boats) were not available especially for the amount of money paid to stay. Most likely will not be returning.

While it had some eye catching activies, (water slide, new outdoor pool, zip line) There were a lot of older items sitting around (barrels, old movie screen, retired netting in woods) Seems around the nice things, clutterness seem to be prevalent. Another poor unfortunate item - no hot water in showers in morning. Maintenance stated, "that's a re-occurring issue." FIX IT.

The bathrooms by the rec hall were not very clean so it was better to use the ones by the store. Our site was flooded out most of our stay and we had ponds. Sites on top of each other. .Was disappointed because we made reservations with friends 3 months ago. We got an email confirmation that we would be very close to them and we were as far from each other as was possible.

A beautiful KOA close to the wine tours, downtown Watkins Glen, hiking, shops, Corning glass museum... A bit on the expensive side, but we will pay for the gated entrance, patio and privacy any day of the week. People who complain only about the price of a campground yet still stay there really need to do some simple research before just booking the site. I've been to many campgrounds, KOA's are not the cheapest, but they are always the nicest.

Nice clean park, lost of different types of sites, plenty of activities for everyone and its only a few minutes from Watkins Glenn state park.
