Nice, large campground. Lots are fairly spacious and well cared for. Staff is nice. KOA is in a nice location. Only problem we had was when it rained - our lot was on a slope and it was difficult to walk from the truck to camper without getting our feet wet.

Campground was very nice. We enjoyed our campsite along with the campground. The staff was very friendly and efficient. We had an issue with our TV Cable and it was repaired very quickly. The maintenance staff was very helpful which we greatly appreciated. The campground was very clean. There was plenty for young children to do and they really liked the Pirate ship playground.

It was a great time, even in the week of rain. The children had plenty to do the entire trip. Don’t be like me and wait until the last day to go on the water slide, it’s a blast.

The gym facilities were dirty and so was the indoor pool. There was not and ac or fan in the gym. Also wifi service was promoted but we could not do any business while there because it kept losing connection and it was a poor connection to even connect. Att coverage is not available also(not koa responsible).

It was very good! Maybe better drainage for rain run off. Was hoping Zip line and slide was open for the kids and wish I could bring my own golfcart. Overall love it there and will return next year.

A fabulous 4 days! We had originally planned to be there for The Fingerlakes Wine fest. Due to Covid, winefest was cancelled. My husband and I decided to still keep our reservations at the KOA. We had a marvelous time! Felt extremely safe with the new security detail continuing to walk..yes we saw him walking..the whole campground. He was definitely a welcomed presence to keeping the noise low!

Camping since 1989 - The cost to stay is $$$ compared to like minded camp grounds $, and the adder cost of $20 to reserve a spot is not well received. The pull through sites 130’s is tight pulling in or out with the wooden fence posts with 39’ 5er. Did not use any of the koa amenities. Staff was nice, and security was good. Stone roadways are old school & recommend asphalt the campground.

Not happy about the pool. Sitting in the Jacuzzi after a long day of driving, I was drinking a beverage in a can and someone came on over a loud speaker and yelled "NO BEVERAGES IN THE POOL." Pretty ridiculous! Of all the hotels and campgrounds I've stayed in, I have never been yelled at for a having a drink in a pool or spa. I could completely understand if it was glass.

Our site was under water because of heavy rains earlier, they knew the site was muddy and under water, why not fix before we showed, we asked for another site, they said no, so they fixed ours..several sites near ours never had anyone take them...very disappointed, former Koa members..never again

The hot tube was a little questionable on cleanliness. It did need to be vacuumed. But I still felt ok using it.

It is so close to everything. We had a wonderful time.L65 Cabin perfect for 4 people. Has a stove, refrigerator, microwave, pots, pans, silverware, linens, keurig. We booked it again for next year's wine festival. Such a great time!

Excellent park. Our site had drainage issues. The premium site was far from premium. I am aware that you can't control the weather but the pad was all mud for 2 mornings. Had to hose and sweep the mud off. The adjoining site had koa workers come in and dig a trench for the water to have a place to go. Please correct this issue.

The staff is amazing as always. We had an issue with the people next to us and security handled it perfectly. The toilets were not flushing well all weekend. Not sure what that was about but in the 13 years of going that was the only time it happened. We will be back!

We just had a few issues. One main one being that when we turned on the stove all the smoke alarms went off without even cooking anything. Also one very small garbage can for six people in a cabin is not enough. I would suggest putting the gear garbage cans on the property. Also the slide was not open very long. We were not able to use all the amenities because the hours were so Random.

Cindy was extremely friendly when we called for early check in. Caleb was extremely rude to our children while on the water slide and closed the slide 15 minutes early with no good explanation. Activities for kids were decent. Grounds could be better…piles of brush and random pallets etc were in plain sight. Wifi was horrible.

Our stay was nice. Pull through site was level. Upon our arrival, our dog promptly found the human pile of food left in the grass on our site.

The water slide, and pools were great as well as the store in the shop. Prices were decent. But it felt as if we were camping with our neighbors the camp sites are too close. We could hear everything our neighbors were saying even when they were in their cabin. Also not much room for a toddler to play without being in the neighbors area.

Great stay as always! Super friendly staff and lots of stuff to do. Our site was muddy from the rain and they immediately fixed it for us, which they didn’t need to do because weather happens. Has always been my favorite KOA to stay at!

There was a lot of rain there, site c36 had standing water on it, was mud getting to camper. Asked for some gravel or something to get in and out of camper to prevent tracking mud in camper and car. Got no response from them. If they are going to use them sites spread some gravel or concrete a patio!

We unfortunately had poor luck with our stay. Our campsite was wet the entire time. We were unable to even walk around the site without the risk of slipping in the mud. We had our 20 month old with us who was unable to play or move around due to the muddy conditions. We requested to change sites but there were none available. May have been a much different experience if it wasn't for the weather.

Next to a highway and a working train rail. Not as well kept as I’d expect for a resort. I would put it at holiday standards.

We stayed for 3 nights to explore the region. The staff was very friendly and kept the facility fairly clean. The amenities for kids were great! They didn’t want to leave the water slide or jump pillows the entire time. We had very heavy rains which did expose a few weak spots in the camp regarding runoff into sites. Overall it was a fun time for the family.

Online reservations wasn’t as easy as it should have been,website is not as user friendly as it should be ..campground was clean the bathroom building in the middle of the park was not however, Toilets did not want a flush. Our cabin door had to be slammed in order to be shut, the TV did not work we could not get cable.

Office staff were nice but campground bad.  Spot noisy, next to kids water park/slide. Kids running around unmonitored made driving a challenge. Train track & main road right next to us so noisy. Spot not level & ground was rivers of mud after rain. Very little grass & trees not trimmed. Fire pit small ring with no grill. No sewer. Laundry machines okay but $3 to wash and $.25/5-min. Pricey

Cabin needs a good, thorough cleaning. It was not as clean as other KOA Cabins. Bathrooms were beyond disgusting. We have reservations again for late August, hoping this message gets to the right people so there isn't poop on the toilets and tons of hair in the showers again. Will demand a full refund if so. With COVID-19 still around, this KOA needs to take cleanliness more serious.

Campground needs some TLC. The grounds aren’t as well kept as expected and many of the amenities weren’t open during our stay. Staff was very nice. Not what we expected from a “holiday”

The Campground was clean and well managed. The area around the outdoor pool and water slide could use some improvements. Overall we were very pleased with our stay.

I give this campground an eh. It was not cheap which was fine. But if you are paying for bumper boats, climbing wall, zip line, activities, army truck rides- and they aren’t available, the price should be lowered. The grounds looked like they could use some attention, especially the mini golf. This was not a five star campground unfortunately.

A beautiful KOA close to the wine tours, downtown Watkins Glen, hiking, shops, Corning glass museum... A bit on the expensive side, but we will pay for the gated entrance, patio and privacy any day of the week. People who complain only about the price of a campground yet still stay there really need to do some simple research before just booking the site. I've been to many campgrounds, KOA's are not the cheapest, but they are always the nicest.

Nice clean park, lost of different types of sites, plenty of activities for everyone and its only a few minutes from Watkins Glenn state park.
