We've been camping here twice a year for ten years. Staff is friendly and helpful and camp ground is very well maintained. Will be back again in September.

Overall our stay wasn't bad but we had a few problems with the campsite. The view was beautiful looking into the woods. The trees overhead were being eaten by caterpillars and constantly dropping and staining our camper which we had to clean everyday. The wifi did not work. We realize there was an issue on your end but it would have been nice to be notified before we arrived. Not worth the price

The family loved everything about KOA. Pool was refreshing on a hot day, golf carts to rent and take a cruise on. The lot we stayed on was perfect. All in all it was a perfect stay.

The bathrooms were terrible in the sense that toilets didn't flush properly. The shower area was dirty. Cobwebs in the corner. Paper and other debris on the floor. YUK! Employees and maintenance personnel were all very wonderful !!

Very nice patios and the lots are reasonably spread out, long, and fairly level for the larger rigs. The crush and run roads get dusty with traffic and are sharp with oil to bind the stone. No concrete pad sites but the stamped concrete patios, fireplaces, furniture, and live flowers are second to none! Great landscaping throughout and nice amenities to keep the kids happy.

Great KOA for families. Having an indoor pool is a game changer when there is inclement weather. Lots of outdoor activities to keep the kids busy. It's also a great location-close to the Corning Glass museum.

While all the staff were so friendly an awesome, the resort itself was pretty disappointing. The sites were packed entirely too close together, leaving zero room for privacy. It was so noisy that we barely got any sleep, which was especially frustrating having a toddler. Also, many of the advertised attractions(that led us to book here in the first place) were not even open or running.

Restroom is dirty, tent ground is too wet due to rain .. the way going to bathroom is too muddy you should put dirt or more stones in walking area

Poor/patchy internet, lots of things for kids to do, we are not kids. Staff and cleaning bathrooms somewhat overwhelmed by July 4 crowd

The kids liked the pools and fishing. Our site was level, big and patio was nice. We were facing toward the sun all day as if the site should have been facing the opposite way. That’s our only complaint, but we would just pick a different site next time.

The employees at the KOA went above and beyond to ensure that our stay wasn't ruined by a few setbacks at arrival. Our trip turned out so well that we prebooked to stay again the same time next year.

Everything was great, but AT&T cell reception was poor and worst of all was useless internet unless you signed on before 6 AM.

Had a GREAT time as usual!! We can't wait to return next year!! The only complaint we had as a group, would be the condition of bathrooms not being stocked with toilet paper and not kept as clean. It was a holiday weekend but maybe more attention could be made to restroom maintenance during these busy times.

Family friendly campground. Very weak WIFI, not enough gravel on economy site. Heavy rain caused flooding, muddy area in front of camper. Asked office about getting more gravel. No response.

I have stayed at several KOA's and this was the worst ran. The bathrooms had dirty showers, sink tops, urinals, and floors. The zipline and bumper boats were closed for no apparent reason. There was plenty of staff because every time I was in the store there was 4 or 5 of them standing around talking to each other. The activities were ran haphazardly. Worst KOA I have came across.

When booking, the site said some deluxe cabins have this and some have that, I just wish we would’ve known specifically what our # cabin had/didn’t have, not even a mug with the coffee maker. The beds are uncomfortable for adults. Otherwise the staff was great & cabin as clean. I was glad when security came by when older kids were throwing huge rocks on the playground my 5yr old was playing on

Great activity calendar for the kids. Older sites are nice, but will upgrade to premium/deluxe sites next time. Quiet and relaxing. Hoping pads will be upgraded to concrete in the future.

The WG/Corning KOA is a well equipped and clean campground. Our kids really enjoyed the indoor and outdoor pools and the water slide. Overall the facilities were clean and well maintained, though the sites were a little tight even for our little Jayco.

I was disappointed with the lack of supervision at the jump pads and water slide. There were several issues with some pretty horrible children and their parents. Otherwise, we loved the kampgrounds and all the fun activities.

My family and I have never stayed at a KOA before, nor have we done much camping. This KOA was so much fun! Lots of activities for the kids and so well organized. Love the fact that there is an indoor pool option! We stayed in a cabin with a bathroom with a shower and a kitchen and it was perfect! Cindy in reservations was extremely helpful!

Cabins were nice. The staff was very friendly. Pool was great to have. We enjoyed the tie dye shirts events. The bathrooms and showers were a little dirty. But that may have been because of the holiday crowd. The women's restroom ran out of toilet paper. Overall we liked the resort. Just wish the bathrooms/showers were a little cleaner. We stayed at other koas that had cleaner bathrooms/showers.

Meh. Site was cramped, most of the cabins had noisy groups, loud music, and our site backed up to 3 of them. Couldn't get the RV level on the gravel pad, so we went with tilted to the right as the least-bad option. Showers were OK, but the curtains were moldy and gross. Outdoor swimming pool was good and the big water slide was awesome. Road noise nearby.

Horrible unsanitary conditions. The KOA and Owners should be ashamed of themselves. Never Again!! People need to stay away from this campground. Employees were grumpy except for Brian… He should be the owner!!

Spacious site.. with all the rain, there was plenty to do. wished the food cart was open at all during our mon-sat check out stay as well as the army truck. Otherwise It was enjoyable. Would come back again.. Thank you!

We rented a smaller cabin. Everything was clean and nice. Only thing was there was no outlets for charging devices or any other way to cook besides the charcoal grill. But staff were very friendly and loved our stay!

It is a great KOA! If the weather during our stay would’ve been better, Watkins Glen KOA had many amenities we would have utilized more. Excellent proximity to the town and the vineyards. Thank you for having a great campground! Special thanks to Cindy who assisted when our stopover campground fell through. :-)

We were there just a couple of nights but loved the accommodations. Loved the flowers and plants at each site and glide rocker. Was very hot while we were there so we even ventured into the pool. Very nice!!

the employees are incredible. every single one went out of their way to be friendly, kind and helpful. they volunteered assistance without even being asked. the grounds were well kept (please take a leaf blower to the mini golf on a more regular basis). but the wi-fi absolutely sucked. horrible internet access.

A beautiful KOA close to the wine tours, downtown Watkins Glen, hiking, shops, Corning glass museum... A bit on the expensive side, but we will pay for the gated entrance, patio and privacy any day of the week. People who complain only about the price of a campground yet still stay there really need to do some simple research before just booking the site. I've been to many campgrounds, KOA's are not the cheapest, but they are always the nicest.

Nice clean park, lost of different types of sites, plenty of activities for everyone and its only a few minutes from Watkins Glenn state park.
