Our stay was wonderful except for one very major issue. They have gazebo sites that they say are BIG RIG FRIENDLY. Which is true. You just can’t get a big rig out. The road leading from this area has a very tight right then left turn that our 45ft RV would never make. The RV park was sold out but luckily there was one pull thru that we were able to use but was stressed about it our entire st

Stony sites without grass! Hard for tent camping! Spiders in the toilet compartments of the men’s room. Shower heads need teflon tape to stop spraying. You should consider providing garbage bags to campers.

Fire pits too close, sites too close together. Cost of golf cart rental too high. Pools were very nice. Mini golf was a big disappointment.

Everything was just lovely except the bathroom. It was lovely too, well appointed and modern, but the lack of ventilation was not ok. It also needs to be cleaned more frequently.

We stayed four nights and it was perfect ! The staff was so kind and helpful, even suggesting a great out of the way place to hike.

We had fun.It was nice not having to pay for the water slide.But I did miss the bumper boats and the zip line.We have visited your campground many times.The golf cart was fun.I’m glad we were able to check in early.

Overall our stay was great! It would have been nice to have the climbing wall and zip line open. We thought these would be open when we booked our stay.

We enjoyed our stay, along with my brother at the joining site. Both sites were a little uneven, and we couldn't quite get our motorhome level. But the amenities were great and we used the pool a lot due to the heat. Also there were a couple of loud families in the Kabins near us after hours (like 1 am). Who enforces quiet times? Restrooms were clean and convenient.

If there was a 4.5 I'd give it that rating. on the plus side, I found the staff friendly and helpful. The pool and giant slide and movie nights were a big hit with the children. The store prices were very reasonable. Things that could be improved, cutting some swales into the hills to improve drainage, Fix the keystone on the projector, prep the sites better before arrival, very dusty roads.

Site B62. We were not happy with the site at all. Because the site was so small, we had no place to park our truck. The site was so close to the neighboring site that we were literally sitting next to our neighbor's sewer connection when we used our fire pit. This site is also immediately next to the dump station and that wasn't pleasant. The pool was nice but the area around it was not at all.

On arrival, another camper was in our assigned site. Staff sorted it out, but root cause was failure of management to escort campers to assigned sites - first KOA I've been to that didn't. Office and store closed at 5 p.m. - even on weekend...earliest I've experienced. Public toilets were terrible...commodes were stopped up each time I visited. Great potential, but management is weak link.

Had a site next to the hghway and it was very noisy. Unfortunately some irresponsible parents allowed their children to run wild around midnight waking me up. We were in D 12 by the mni golf course and they were running through it. Overall the stay was ok. I will choose another site the next time we stay. We now see the need for the sewer hose holder as the dump on our site was high.

The place is beautiful - we've been many times. However, this time we constantly had people walking through our site to use the bathroom. We stayed in Sunset Acres and every unit there had a bathroom, so I found this more irritating. Maybe a walkway at the end of the loop for people to use instead of walking through sites would be beneficial. Too bad people aren't more considerate.

You really should remove from your website the amenities that you are not currently offering. The mini golf course really needs to have the debris blown of the course. On a positive note, the KOA people were very friendly and helpful.

We were very disappointed that many of the attractions advertised on your website were unavailable. It was not noted anywhere that the bumper boats, zip line, or rock climbing wall were not in use. We were not notified upon booking or check in. This aside, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful and the facilities were clean.

This was our 5th stay at WGKOA...always based around a race weekend. The grounds looked really good as always. The showers were clean and functioning well (water temps, air fans). The toilets were really bad: weak flush that backed up. The only urinal on my end was out of order. Cabin was clean, AC worked, Wifi was as good as possible. Staff customer service was "over and above". Thnx!

Way to many people squeezed in between RV, cabins and campers. The mens bathroom near camp site E89 was disgusting with clogged toilets every day. You can really do better than that by having it cleaned every couple hours. Very disappointing

I loved how clean everything was and I loved all of the amenities that came with the place! Also, the staff were incredibly nice! I accidentally left cash on the counter, didn't notice it for 3 hours, came back, and they had saved it for me! That level of compassion sometimes can be hard to find. I'll be coming back every year!

This was too expensive to stay here, I could’ve stayed in a 5 star hotel. We initially had a non-sewer site which was on the higher end that we ever spent and asked to be put on a waiting list for a sewer site, we were accommodated and not explained cost difference until check-in that our cost would go from $75 to $132 a night! The WiFi never worked. We were promised multiple times during our one week stay that it would be fixed. It took 4 voice mail messages before I was able to speak to someone. The experience was very frustrating . . . it didn't make for the vacation that I had hoped for! You can do better KOA.

Nice amenities like the pool and water slide. We did not have kids but lots of things for young kids to do. Campsites in the premium section are all gravel but the concrete patios, fireplaces, and outdoor furniture are top notch! Someone has a green thumb because the campground has beautiful flower arrangements and landscaping throughout.

National camping Organization Chapter with 26 attending members myself staying for 6 nights none of us will every come again no hot water wifi or tv told at last minute not renting pavilion 1 mens toilet not working management had no clue on what to do and didn't seem to care. Have held 3 rallies here 99,03 & 12 never a problem always willing to help. WORST KOA in USA

Our Second time there. The grandkids loved the waterslide, jumping pad and pools. Its nice to have an indoor pool for when weather is bad. The Campground is clean, and quiet…staff is friendly, we are coming back!

I have a couple of suggestions. First buy a power washer and clean each employees golf cart at the end of each day. Presentation is 100% looking at all the campers. Their golf clubs look like they are falling apart. The employees need to slow down and patrol all the campers who are using golf carts because the roads are dusty. This is a fantastic camp ground and we will be back again.

Watkins Glen KOA was pretty good. Site was clean and nice with patio, and close to Watkins Glen and attractions. Disappointed with the Wi-Fi band width. Could not get to internet except at 2:30am when no one else is on.

A beautiful KOA close to the wine tours, downtown Watkins Glen, hiking, shops, Corning glass museum... A bit on the expensive side, but we will pay for the gated entrance, patio and privacy any day of the week. People who complain only about the price of a campground yet still stay there really need to do some simple research before just booking the site. I've been to many campgrounds, KOA's are not the cheapest, but they are always the nicest.

Nice clean park, lost of different types of sites, plenty of activities for everyone and its only a few minutes from Watkins Glenn state park.
