Very convenient location,well thought out grounds. Staff very nice. cabin (k9) in need of an extreme cleaning. Running finger along ledges, and top of shower stall, my finger was black and covered in what is likely years of dirt. Air vents useless with the amount of dust there as well. We showered in our friends camper instead of the cabin due to this. We won’t be back for a cabin stay.

We stayed at your KOA throughout the years. The grounds were very well kept. I think your biggest down fall or problem that you need to address is your wifi, no service, hard to get on get kicked off doesn’t seam to work takes extremely long-this is an item I think that would cost you some money but if people were able to use would be very beneficial. We look forward to returning in the futur

Everything was fine except it rained and our entire site (C16) got flooded with INCHES of water. The water was up to our steps on the camper. Luckily, my husband is handy and isn’t afraid to get dirty so he went out and dug a diversion for the water and it went down so we could get out of the camper. This site definitely needs some water drainage attention. Other than that, our stay was fine.

Felt like the step child, sent down the hill where only the bad kids go. However, I will say the bathrooms were very nice.

I will never be back to this campground. Nothing is maintained. The staff are rude and lazy. The neighbor next to us played loud music all day/night. I will drive a longer trip to other campgrounds as this one is a dump

The chunky lady at the desk is rude. The staff does a lot of riding around and sitting in the back of the campground and chatting to each other. The one worker needs hygiene lessons. My family and I will not be returning to this campground.

3 night stay to explore the area waterfalls and wineries. Very well kept and neat. Had a little difficulty getting WiFi, but not a big worry as we were there to disconnect.

We actually had to stay in the RV when at the site due to dirt and debris being kicked up by the dump trucks coming through all day! Site 205 not good! We left 2 days earlier than planned. Would have been nice to been told ahead of time.

Everything was great except for the Wi Fi. In this day and age we expect more….at times it was unusable.

Unfortunately we arrived shortly after they closed and unlike all the other KOA’s we stayed at across the country there was no packet or info left for us. We tried calling but couldn’t get anyone. We tried calling the next day to see if we misunderstood what we were to do but never received a call back (and have left additional message and have not received any call back). Paid for nothing!

Lovely relaxing time. Next visit would get a more treed site that is not out in the open with park traffic and maintenance vehicles going by going by often. I'd recommend having shuttles run to and from the major attractions locally.

It was a fantastic KOA. We stayed here before and will again. Always use KOA’s when RVING.

Overall, a very nice campground and friendly, helpful staff. However, even though we booked our stay 2 months in advance, we were put on one of the worst sites in the campground - no shade, sloped site, right beside the entry/exit road with no barrier so no privacy or relief from the sounds of big rigs coming and going. Also, very poor Wifi. Will return, but will reserve by phone to select a site.

The bathrooms snd showers were so incredibly dirty. When I brought it to the attention of the office staff I was told “we gave over 600 campers, what do you expect “. Most campers were in motor homes and even using the bathroom let alone the showers.

Just a quick overnight stay but we were wishing we had the grandkids with us! So much to do including a beautiful little creek and hiking path. A beautifully maintained indoor pool. Lot's of activities including a Halloween costume parade and live entertainment. Had a little problem with our water connection and maintenance was at our site before we got back. We'll definitely return.

It was the BEST weekend trip ever!!! Everyone at the Watkins Glen KOA is outstanding in customer service, friendliness, and just down right amazing! The chicken BBQ was super tasty - wish we had bought more dinners to have leftovers! Watkins Glen KOA is one of our favorite spots to camp - only wish the camping season was longer! Already made 4 reservations to go back!

Our Family always enjoys the Halloween weekend at the Watkins Glen KOA! There are always many children’s activities planned for the special weekend. Friendly Helpful staff. We will be returning next year!

The activities were great and the campground offers a lot of amenities. Sites are very close together and the showers could be nicer, but you can't beat the location!

The employees were very helpful and friendly around the campground. Front desk was so-so. Absolutely loved that there were wifi repeaters all over the place making a great signal. Only place I have ever seen that and loved it.

Reservations were mixed up, ended up in a tent site for an extremely high rate, had kids walking thru my site the entire stay. The playground was still being used after dark so rules were not enforced. My site was not clean when I arrived and got worse with the traveling kids. Not a pleasant stay at all.

Staff very courteous and helpful. Only negative comment I have is that the site had very little stone and was fairly muddy even thought it was a premium site. I found that not typical of a KOA.

E 100, e 98 area is all mud, no stone. Those sites on that area are not worth what they charge. Most other sites are stone with concrete pads which we live and prefer. LOVE LOVE LOVE THE INDOOR POOL and activities they have are a blast

First off, the people here are very helpful and friendly. That being said, not happy with this KOA. Definitely catered to the high end big-rig clients. In pop-up land, poorly graded sites flooded in rain. The KOA Resort level shower building was ordinary compared to 2 KOA Holiday levels we stayed at. Nice to get back & soak in the hot tub after hiking - but you CAN'T! - it closes at 5PM! What?

I would like to see the time period to reserve for the next year for the same cabin be extended until the end of your weekend stay. This would give the people who return year after year a comfortable time period to reserve without having the possibility of losing the places that we stay in year after year.

While I realize that the area had received a lot of rain, better drainage at our site would have helped.

A beautiful KOA close to the wine tours, downtown Watkins Glen, hiking, shops, Corning glass museum... A bit on the expensive side, but we will pay for the gated entrance, patio and privacy any day of the week. People who complain only about the price of a campground yet still stay there really need to do some simple research before just booking the site. I've been to many campgrounds, KOA's are not the cheapest, but they are always the nicest.

Nice clean park, lost of different types of sites, plenty of activities for everyone and its only a few minutes from Watkins Glenn state park.
