Our &90 some dollars a night spot has neighbors so close that their sewage hookup was literally within 3-4 feet of our patio(concrete slab). The sites were small and we were very close to our neighbor. They had pines yes dropping day over the camper. My last complaint was that on a rainy day I tried to do laundry and a staff and family members had all the washer-Dryers and electrical hook ups mon

We showed up on a holiday weekend fall festival. Although we did not avail our self’s with any of the festivities we still were required to pay for them. I signed up for the KOA app to find safe friendly camping. This was that just a little pricey

Very friendly accommodating staff and well maintained campground. We were in the sunset acres part of the campground, and it was a relaxing stay.

Beautiful campground, with many fun activities for the family, however, your internet is horrible. We were unable to stream anything, often times couldn’t check our email & couldn’t access many websites.The cable was mediocre. The site itself was very nice. It would be nice if your sewer pipes were threaded, so you could screw the adapter fitting in, rather than relying on a rock to hold in pl

Everything was perfect except for no cell signal and internet kept dropping out. The site was excellent and the Campground was a 5 star..

There is zero cell phone service, WiFi is 50/50, camped in the beginning of October during the week and the pool closed at 6 because the store closed. Seemed a bit over priced since all amenities were closed except the indoor pool and put-put. On a positive note, the facility, from what we did see seemed to be clean and maintained.

Site was nice, gravel roads were not. Too much dust every time a vehicle or golf cart went by. Expect better for the cost.

So glad to see the indoor pool open for all of October. Gave us something to do with the kids on the rainy days. They did give us a site that was a little small/awkward shape but it worked.

Pros - good location Cons - Wi-Fi is terrible; picnic tables bad shape, very muddy to garbage dumpsters; would not allow cabin check-in early (yes, I understand check-in time clearly) but when not in use night prior, I don't understand why there is no concession and it was basic cabin); email to call and pre-register - called several times and left message. Was not able to pre-register.

Was disappointed that they did not have guide in golf cart to camp site. Appears to be understaffed , called many times days before arriving to extend my stay but no answer.

We purposely arranged to stay at Watkins Glen for the use of the indoor pool and hot tub during our stay. Both the pool and hot tub were down during our stay. The only good thing was the cable.

Loved our cabin! Except for the couch was too low and was difficult to get up from it. Loved the location in the campground. Why would the bathrooms be closed for cleaning in the morning during a popular time on the weekends? Was not impressed with Watkins Glen State park. Most likely won't be back. Very confusing about how to get there with parking and the shuttle.

A great place, with very friendly and accommodating staff! I was escorted to our clean, level site that had great utilities. A bunch of great activities for the kids and a spotless INDOOR pool and clean shower house! I have been here a few times, and will be back.

Unfortunately pool was 65F our first day. Our young children were SO excited for the pool. Office staff said it would be mid-80s by next day, but it was still too cold for children to swim. When we voiced our concerns with Matt, he basically dismissed us saying he "only heats the pool as a courtesy and doesn't have to heat it at all". Outrageous. We've never encountered an employee so dismissive.

the site wasn't level - when we leveled the motor home, one of the wheels was several inches off the ground. Very happy the internet was stronger this year!

Friendly staff and park was clean. Biggest complaint is that sites are right on top of each other.

The staff and location was great. Our deluxe cabin smelled rather musty and the walls above the shower were dotted with black mold along with the mattress in the pullout couch. We had my sister staying with us and she booked another cabin due to the mold on the mattress. Their were also old, dirty sheets on the pullout couch that we had to remove, so she did not feel comfortable sleeping there.

Very courteous staff and well maintained rv sites. Concrete pad was much larger than expected and perfect for cooking out. Muddy near hookups but spreading a little gravel in that area can be a quick fix. Overall a very nice experience!!

Campground is located too close to the main road (lots of road noise during the day) night time not so much. Camp store should be stocked up better than it was.

No internet is a deal breaker for us. Our site was next to the office… not far away or in the woods. We called the internet provider on day 2. They couldn’t get us on, escalated us to level 2. On day 4 we heard from level 2 technician but we were away from campground. Called in evening-no response. We left on day 6.

A beautiful KOA close to the wine tours, downtown Watkins Glen, hiking, shops, Corning glass museum... A bit on the expensive side, but we will pay for the gated entrance, patio and privacy any day of the week. People who complain only about the price of a campground yet still stay there really need to do some simple research before just booking the site. I've been to many campgrounds, KOA's are not the cheapest, but they are always the nicest.

Nice clean park, lost of different types of sites, plenty of activities for everyone and its only a few minutes from Watkins Glenn state park.
