Pool & Hot tub hours should be longer! The patio glider was nice but didn’t glide-needed repair! We rented golf cart had to rent for whole day which we needed for only a few hours. It needed some repair too! Girls in front office could of gave more customer service!

The young woman at check in was very pleasant and helpful. The section we were sent to needs help, tree branches, & very unlevel.

Only half of the site was usable due to mud between the camper and the table area. The store closed early so we couldn't use the pool/spa when we returned (7 pm). Otherwise the campground was clean and well kept.

This campground is in a good location. Located within a short drive to Watkins Glen Gorge, Seneca Lake, & Speedway. We arrived after hours in the dark & were personally escorted to campsite & also had firewood delivered by a wonderful staff member, Brian (?). We stayed in a fifth wheel at one of their full hookup stamped patio sites. Nice and clean, friendly staff. Will be back for sure.

Very nice, love this campground! We were at the back so it was not much traffic and it was great! Beautiful area to with lots to do.

You really need to enforce the leashed dog rule. Sooo many large unleashed dogs. Very disappointed that you don’t appear to actively enforce this. Even after stopping a worker abs mentioning something it was shrugged off. I have people with me that are afraid of dogs do this is an issue.

We felt sites were too close together. We felt like we could almost look into the windows of the camper next to us. The lower premium site area was very nice, but the rest of the campground felt very neglected and rundown for what we had to pay. This was the most expensive koa on our trip.

Campground was very nice and clean. I saw other reviews that stated there were potholes in the lot and a couple other items. Not sure what kind of campgrounds they are used to, but this one is very nice. The only downside was that their dump station was situated in a way that you have to back out of it. I was pulling a car on a dolly and backing that up can be very challenging.

The cabin mattress was terrible. Felt like sleeping on plywood. The bath house was closed for cleaning at 8:00am multiple times. This is when people without bathrooms need one!!! Terrible timing. And they keep one closed while they are cleaning others. Not sure how it’s an issue going to the bathroom while someone is cleaning a shower. Haven’t seen this much in my 16 years of camping.

Still have problems with water laying everywhere. Had a lot of mosquitoes as a result. Large pool of water behind B46. Camp store was poorly stocked. Had no propane tanks or bars of soap. Wifi is still an issue. You need to get this up to the Hammondsport KOA

Awesome area, close to the attractions, unbeatable staff and a very quiet rv park would be the top compliments for the KOA at Watkins Glenn.

Site assigned was very poor-steeply sloped and not at all what one expects at a resort or what was pictured on the website as representative. No guide escort to our site. Trash not picked up at site. We did get assigned a better site upon request.

Pre-registered before arrival and then arrived after hours. Security officer was extremely friendly and very helpful! Bathrooms were clean, but need to be updated. Location was great -- easy access to lots of hiking and falls. Love the variety of arts & crafts, too.

Was harassing by staff for not having parking pass for daughter when the store and pool closed before the posted hours we left camp Saturday nite due to the harassment from ur untrained security staff

Made res. 3/4/21 for 34' 5th wheel. Assigned back-in site that only accommodated a 30' camper. Tried to back in unsuccessfully. Assigned new pull thru site that only accommodated 30' camper. Very cramped but stayed on site. Many open sites throughout the park. Campground not secure - gate was never closed. Nobody led us to our site like other KOA's we've stayed in. Will not stay again!

Beautiful campground. Nice big sites. We really enjoyed the Watkins Glen and Corning areas. It was our first visit. We will be back again.

Very helpful staff. Nice campground. Poor internet. Could not get work done on site had to got to go to office which was poorly equipped to allow work to be done. No phone service therefore no Hotspot. Muddy site with minimal gravel. Well groomed surroundings.

Very nice campground, but as a KOA Resort we expected more. No firewood delivery to campsite (minor but nice at most other KOAs), did not pickup trash, had to take it to dumpster (again, most others pick it up), water slide was open very limited hours, and front entry gates were wide open entire time with no security. It appears they were letting things ride instead of keeping up.

Campground was great but the water drainage came right down onto our patio and both ends of the parking area. We paid for an upgraded site and each ruined a pair of shoes trying to get from truck to rv. There were plenty of other dry sites. I have a video of the water if anyone would like it. Other than that it was a very nice place.

The new RV sites are very nice, but could never get the WiFi to connect and no T-Mobile service. Staff was very accommodating and helped me move to a new site.

We have been going to this KOA for more than 12 years. It's a beautiful place and staff are always so friendly and helpful. We have already booked our site for next year!

The room was dirty and smelled like it was wet . I had to burn a candle to eliminate so of the smell. The air conditioner did not work and it was so dirty that I didn’t want to run it even if it did. Other than that it was a nice place Thank you Jennifer Rossi 570-259-7522

Everything and everyone was wonderful. Loved the flowers hanging when we arrived! The only thing that I didn’t like was the drainage in the showers. The showers didn’t drain well and I found myself standing in an a couple inches of water with hair floating and whatever else was in the drain! Yuck! Toilets didn’t flush easily either.

The floors of our cabin were filthy when we got there. Covered in mud. The toilet in the men’s bathroom still does not flush properly. It was the same last year and hasn’t been fixed. At one point the cleaning staff had both male and female bathrooms closed at the same time. We like staying with you so please fix.

I did have to sweep off patio when we first arrived. There was a lot of wet grass on patio. Would suggest using some type of a blower to get grass off patio after mowing. Very friendly staff and campers!!

A beautiful KOA close to the wine tours, downtown Watkins Glen, hiking, shops, Corning glass museum... A bit on the expensive side, but we will pay for the gated entrance, patio and privacy any day of the week. People who complain only about the price of a campground yet still stay there really need to do some simple research before just booking the site. I've been to many campgrounds, KOA's are not the cheapest, but they are always the nicest.

Nice clean park, lost of different types of sites, plenty of activities for everyone and its only a few minutes from Watkins Glenn state park.
