Friendly front desk when I checked in, returned to camp shortly after to discover they never gave me a key to the cabin even though I asked. Front desk had closed before 9pm, left message for security & waited. Guard was nice to let me in although door locked when I returned his master key. Very frustrating first night and front desk didn't seem concerned when I explained the following morning.

A lot of the amenities were closed. No rock climbing no free fall no ziplines. The indoor pool was closed one day because of a chemical issue. None of those things affected my ability to enjoy my stay. Everyone was very nice and seemed excited to have me as a guest. One recommendation would be to have the cell companies come around and help with the lack of service. I got no service from att.

Enjoy our stay, however, plumbing was a problem., the sight for a Chateau does not work., we are low to the ground and sewer is up hill.

We have been coming to this KOA during Nascar weekend for over 25 years and have moved our site "up to better sites" not to mention more expensive. This year was the absolute worst for using our cell phones and the internet for my computer was almost impossible. After looking at the receipt for next year I find it hard to believe that we are being charged $20.00 to save the site we want.

Watkins Glen KOA is our favorite campground. We have been camping here for many years and they never disappoint!!!

Love the cabin, wish they were a bit cleaner. The floor was dirty. Not sure if it was mopped. The futon had crumbs, definitely was not cleaned before we arrived.

Place is a little run down. Dead plant at cabin, also issue with bathroom not flushing. No plunger in the bathroom. Didn't have cookies in the room or offer at the office to us yet some got them.

A comfortable stay, loved the patio and general location. WiFi was non-existent despite what the staff said.

The facilities were excellent My children loved playing on the slide and the bouncy pillows. The only negative I could say is that there was no service for if you filled your black tank. Most places that don't have full hookups have the ability to empty your camper if need be. Otherwise I would recommend this campground to anyone with kids overall rating of the campsite would be a 9 out of 10 We h

The park is wonderful for kids, lots of activities and things to keep busy! We stayed in a deluxe cabin and kitchen supplies (silverware) could have been cleaner upon arrival and better stocked with kitchen necessities (scissors, pizza cutter, a grater), but nothing we couldn’t make do without. The layout of the cabin, airflow and size of site was wonderful. Exterior outlet was especially handy!

Our cabin was not cleaned prior to our arrival. We stayed in one of the deluxe cabins, and while it was a great space and we loved the more secluded outdoor area, it was 100% not worth what we paid and we wouldn't stay again. The bathrooms near the store were not cleaned all weekend and many of the toilets were clogged/out of order. They were not prepared for a busy holiday weekend.

No bumper boats, no zip line and no climbing wall. Quiet and peaceful campground. Good chicken BBQ.

We enjoyed our stay and the deluxe cabin was great unfortunately the listed amenities that were “included” in the cost of the stay were not all available for use and not due to covid safety measures with nothing stating that they would not be available on the website we found it a bit unreasonable to be charged full price for our stay as well as being charged for full day when check in was 3pm

Spaces are to close to each other, playgrounds are old and boring.... rock wall, zip line and bumper boats were down....

The staff were friendly and we loved our campsite and deluxe cabin rented for a week. The bathrooms were clean enough however the ones at the office were better! The extras were a bit of a let down as the rockwall and bumper boats advertised were not open/operational. The grounds could be better manicured as well. We would consider staying again if we wanted to be in the Finger Lakes.

Love the trees and forest setting. Do not like having to haul my trash a long distance to dumpsters; Very inconvenient. Recommend site trash pick up.

Easy check-in. Not enough activities for the children, all KOA's have a swim pool but many extra activities for the kids. Our neighbors sewer was right next to our picnic table no matter where you place it. Need to clean out the little decorative ponds to eliminate the annoying mosquitos.

The camp site was a bit small and could use some sort of dividers between camp sites. Neighbors were a bit loud at times and water cut off one night. However the staff is nice, friendly, and helpful.

We had a great time even with some of the attractions not being open due to Covid which I can't blame them for. We had stopped going there when it was opened to the public as we didn't feel it was safe having non campers there. Thankfully that is not the case any longer. One thing is the sites where we stayed are much tighter now & the cable in that area didn't work & one night no water anywhere!

Overcrowded. Sites too close. Campers bathroom poor toilets. Septic smell one night over entire campground. Septic alarm on all night one night. Good for small children. I will not be staying in any KOA. They are all squeezed in. Not a camping experience for just adults.

The toilets were always clogged and low water pressure. This was a problem since we were staying in a cabin without a bathroom...we had to walk all the way over to the bathroom and find it clogged....so then had to walk farther, over to the other end of the campground. Everything else was great. The staff were very friendly and helpful

Smoke filled crammed great for a racecar fan not for someone wanting to relax and enjoy themselves just load drunks fires so bad you couldn't use your air-conditioning smoke was severe

Need more activities for children. Mattresses and grills at cabins need to be replaced. Roads needs to need stone as very dusty when vehicles drive around and past your site. Staff were friendly and helpful.

A beautiful KOA close to the wine tours, downtown Watkins Glen, hiking, shops, Corning glass museum... A bit on the expensive side, but we will pay for the gated entrance, patio and privacy any day of the week. People who complain only about the price of a campground yet still stay there really need to do some simple research before just booking the site. I've been to many campgrounds, KOA's are not the cheapest, but they are always the nicest.

Nice clean park, lost of different types of sites, plenty of activities for everyone and its only a few minutes from Watkins Glenn state park.
