Stayed just 1 night, clean, quiet, friendly, an enjoyable relaxing atmosphere. Plan to return for a longer stay

We didn’t use the pools or slide. However, the camp grounds were clean and well maintained. The laundromat was also clean and the machines functioned. Would have liked more reliable and stable WiFi though. Cannot complain about the location nor the ample nearby wineries/breweries!

We enjoyed our stay very much. We were in the Sunset Acres and found it to be very quiet although we could hear practice sessions going on at the racetrack which we thought was cool. Staff in the office was friendly and helpful with area recommendations. Our spot which was F81 was clean and level and easy to get in and out of.

Wifi and cellular signal are very poor in the campground. Other than that the stay was good.

There is only one good thing about this KOA, its between corning and watkins Glenn.. This koa was horrible... we will never return.

Stayed in a deluxe cabin, the temperature control on the shower didn't work, the temperature just rotated between extremely hot and ice cold without touching the handle. The first night there was no water pressure to even take a shower. Very disappointed in that. The floors of the cabin look clean, but after walking on it your feet or socks are black with dirt. Cabin location was great though.

Great atmosphere and liked our location but the water pressure was not ideal. Not to mention there was no pressure for the toilets to flush and they were absolutely disgusting. For the amount we paid per night at a KOA these things should work and be clean. Still had fun regardless.

Wish the indoor pool was open 24 hours and the water slide had extended hours. Overall a wonderful vacation

It was a great place to stay. Disappointed that some of the activities weren't available but all around we had a blast.

Overall a good stay, we were confused on when things like the water slide and zip were going to be open there was no real schedule

Sites were nice and well kept, especially considering the heavy rains prior to our stay. Staff was helpful and courteous. Some things were not open, like the zipline. And, the biggest problem was very poor wifi service. While I saw many of what I believe were wifi routers, obviously a substantial investment was made, the connectivity from either of the wifi connections were very poor at best

This was our first, and most likely our last KOA stay. The site was way over priced for the amenities. The employees took up all the parking near the laundry, the pools/slides/pillows were not monitored. If they were even open at all! The site flooded with even the smallest amount of rain. We stayed in the lowest point of the park. Staff was not helpful at all! Overall not happy!

We liked the location and amenities in the cabin. The only issue we had was the water in the shower wouldn't stay the correct temperature. It would be hot/warm for a couple minutes then go cold, then after playing with the knob for a little bit, it would go back to hot/warm for a couple minutes, then go back to cold. We let the office know so hopefully that will be fixed.

My only concern was that there were absolutely NO showers- NONE for the indoor pool!? Signs posted requesting you shower before entering the pool, but no showers to do so. Even asked an employee - was told no shower facilities in the building. Aren’t we in a pandemic?! Shouldn’t basic health & hygiene be a practice, a priority?! Ewwwww…..

We have camped several times in past at Watkins. The was our first time using public bathrooms because we elected a cabin no bathrooms. Bathrooms - showers did not get cleaned at all during our Wednesday to Friday stay. We did not shower second day due to this.

Nice campground, great if you have children, but the cable and Wi-Fi are terrible. We were camping with three other parties and no one was happy with the Wi-Fi. For the price ( One of the most expensive KOA‘s we’ve stayed at ) The Wi-Fi and cable should be improved.

Great amenities for kids. My kids loved the jumping pillows and the giant slide. The pools were great too. Our spot was not shaded or private so we would get a different site next time.

I have been coming to this KOA for years. I understand there has been lots of rain but you could add was gravel in the dog park because it was so muddy it wasn't enjoyable. Then for the entire stay I asked for dog bags at the park to be fill. They never got filled. Being a responsible dog owner I carry bags luckily but had go clean others dogs Poop.

Spot not level. Pool dirty and smelled like a pond by end of week. bathrooms are pretty, but I believe that not having a working exhaust fan is a health code violation. it was always 100 and humid. Activities were lacking and staff were not knowledgeable about anything available

Roads need maintenance, the area outside around inside pool , needs cleaned up . Bathrooms need attention, especially one at other end.

+our site, very private and quiet. -bathrooms were disgusting. We stayed 4 nights and my husband and I drove home 2X to shower. -I was going to buy ice cream, the lady scooping had ice cream all over her arm in the container. -serious lack of quality family programs. A couple items each day. A theme or variety would have been nice. -The rebar around fire place tripping hazard Out of space

It was very nice. The park has lots to do! You will likely want a golf cart to get around in because the campground is very large!

Kids couldn't get enough of the pool and waterslide--I would have liked some shade at both. More chairs would be nice for parents to get comfortable while their kids do the waterslide. Didn't love that I could hear the speedway and I was relieved that we didn't get stuck in a cabin near the highway. Cabin was good, but they were really right on top of each other. More tree canopy would be nice.

I thought your facility was beautiful. I love the pools and my son love the waterslide. You do a very poor job and upkeep of the cabin. The bed was broken futon and I told them and they didn’t fix it. The tiles were loose in the bathroom. The fire alarm was hanging. There was burns on the stove. I feel they need to take better care of the cabins because they charge a lot of money for them.

Loved it. Site had a tree that was in the way but everything else was great. More activities should have been open I.e. bumper boats. Covid is not a real reason for them to be closed. I hate BS reasons. Start selling beer at the site and it would be perfect

The bathrooms/shower areas were repulsive. Our cabin needed to be swept out before we could bring anything in and the card to open the door only worked half of the time.

Upon check in we found that our sites backed onto the road. We went back to the office and the only sites available were just across the street from our original sites. We checked the sites and they were unlevel, tree limbs hanging down but all they had. The whole campground is not in good condition, there were only 3 washers working, and in general very disappointed. We won't be going back .

We enjoyed our time at Watkins Glen. We had clearly the least site in the class we were in and had to bypass mud puddles in and out of our toad. The park was nice but could be run better. Still great marks we would stay here again

Enjoyed all the activities there. Slide is great, pools are great! Nice sites for pop ups good tree coverage during the day! Definitely coming back.

The worker's were very nice and helpful. The campground was to cramped together. Everyone was right on top of each other. Our camp stunk of cigarettes when it clearly states no smoking right on the door. There was no shaded spots at the pool ( no umbrellas ) and why are dogs allowed in only the cabins without bathrooms? The campground offers alot of entertainment onsite but the sites are to small.

I booked a deluxe cabin with bath, but I got the camping cabin without bathing when I checked in. The reservation summary and check in information are totally different. I didn’t know why. Also the price is higher than what I expected. The slides were opened late than what they posted.

We enjoyed our stay at the camp sight; it is clean and well maintained. The staff are friendly and helpful. Also, there are many events and activities for families. I recommend this KOA location.

Took my 4 young grandchildren and we were busy every minute. Had a lot of activities they could participate in. Some had to be canceled because of no help, but that seems to be the problem all around. Grounds were clean and safe. Cabin was great. Will be reserving again. Thank you

A beautiful KOA close to the wine tours, downtown Watkins Glen, hiking, shops, Corning glass museum... A bit on the expensive side, but we will pay for the gated entrance, patio and privacy any day of the week. People who complain only about the price of a campground yet still stay there really need to do some simple research before just booking the site. I've been to many campgrounds, KOA's are not the cheapest, but they are always the nicest.

Nice clean park, lost of different types of sites, plenty of activities for everyone and its only a few minutes from Watkins Glenn state park.
