We liked the location and amenities in the cabin. The only issue we had was the water in the shower wouldn't stay the correct temperature. It would be hot/warm for a couple minutes then go cold, then after playing with the knob for a little bit, it would go back to hot/warm for a couple minutes, then go back to cold. We let the office know so hopefully that will be fixed.

We have camped several times in past at Watkins. The was our first time using public bathrooms because we elected a cabin no bathrooms. Bathrooms - showers did not get cleaned at all during our Wednesday to Friday stay. We did not shower second day due to this.

Kids couldn't get enough of the pool and waterslide--I would have liked some shade at both. More chairs would be nice for parents to get comfortable while their kids do the waterslide. Didn't love that I could hear the speedway and I was relieved that we didn't get stuck in a cabin near the highway. Cabin was good, but they were really right on top of each other. More tree canopy would be nice.

I thought your facility was beautiful. I love the pools and my son love the waterslide. You do a very poor job and upkeep of the cabin. The bed was broken futon and I told them and they didn’t fix it. The tiles were loose in the bathroom. The fire alarm was hanging. There was burns on the stove. I feel they need to take better care of the cabins because they charge a lot of money for them.

The bathrooms/shower areas were repulsive. Our cabin needed to be swept out before we could bring anything in and the card to open the door only worked half of the time.

The worker's were very nice and helpful. The campground was to cramped together. Everyone was right on top of each other. Our camp stunk of cigarettes when it clearly states no smoking right on the door. There was no shaded spots at the pool ( no umbrellas ) and why are dogs allowed in only the cabins without bathrooms? The campground offers alot of entertainment onsite but the sites are to small.

I booked a deluxe cabin with bath, but I got the camping cabin without bathing when I checked in. The reservation summary and check in information are totally different. I didn’t know why. Also the price is higher than what I expected. The slides were opened late than what they posted.

Took my 4 young grandchildren and we were busy every minute. Had a lot of activities they could participate in. Some had to be canceled because of no help, but that seems to be the problem all around. Grounds were clean and safe. Cabin was great. Will be reserving again. Thank you

Love the Kampground and cabin! Just an amazing place to camp and play. I would just make the dog park better because it was very muddy! I still rate this place a 10 and 100% coming back next summer! Staff was so great and friendly!

The cabin could’ve been cleaner. There was a lot of cobwebs and the ceiling fan had a thick coating of dust on the fan blades. Staff was always very friendly during our stay.

Our family was supposed to be together seeing as how all booked our reservations over a year in advance. Well, when I checked in I found out my cabin was given away. We were in a cabin way up by the entrance. We had to walk all the way up to my family’s campsites each day. It was not a fun experience and we’re not returning. Everything was so clean and beautiful! The staff was always nice and helpful. My kids had so much fun with the pool, slide and jumping pillow. It was a great stay and we plan to come back again next year!

The description of what we were going to receive at the cabin we were staying at was misleading. We stayed in K54 and did not have a side deck or a full bath. I brought it up to the front desk and she just argued with me. The cabin was absolutely dirty. The shower was black and maintenance came and cleaned the floor was dirty. Ceiling fan had caked on dust. We stayed just bc of the view and mybday

Super Deluxe /c Loft. Website "View floor plan" cabin has 2 beds. Upon arrival discovered there were no mattresses in sleeping loft. When I asked at registration desk I was informed that it was my fault because I registered online instead of over the phone. If I had registered over phone I would have been told to bring air beds. Staff was rude! Website inaccurate! Told has been like this for years

It was great. We stayed in a deluxe cabin. I expected thin camping mattresses and was pleasantly surprised. The bed was so soft and comfortable. The amenities were great and well maintained. Staff was great and friendly. The setup of the cabin was great but the placement of the fire pit and the stationary bench was practically inaccessible for our family with small kids on the ledge but the cabin next to us had a movable fire pit and standing grill. Not having bumper boats and zip line was disappointing. Overall the experience was great but it was hard to have fires and grill.

The cabin was awesome!! Our stay was good although many of the activities for the kids like the rock wall the zip line and a few others we came for were not open. A small miscommunication on some of the amenities but other than that we had a good time. We will definitely be back next year hopefully for a longer stay!!

We found the furniture to be very uncomfortable. The kitchen chairs took up too much room for such a small area and we very uncomfortable. The futon was whipped. When sitting on it the back was tilted so much you couldn’t sit up like a normal couch.

This was the second time I had rented a cabin. This time around the only complaints, was the mattress in the cabin had no support. It was like sleeping on the wooden slots. The other thing was the hot tub was closed. Everyone was very nice and the bathrooms and cabin very clean.

We felt like we way overpaid for this three day stay. The cabin was not comfortable (the bunk bed room and loft was tiny) smelled musty and shower was stained and did not warm up at all. So many things were closed due to staffing. The water slide was poorly supervised and is a terrible accident waiting to happen. There is no shade or comfortable seating at water slide and no shade at the pool.

The bathroom was filthy and smelled like urine, there were no blinds in the cabin only see through curtains so we all had to wake up as soon as the sun came up and in the middle of the night our carbon monoxide detector/smoke detector was going off for no reason when I called the office I was told to unplug it! It was hard wired so I did not do that we just had to deal with it until it went off.

The campground was very nice and the staff were friendly. I would rate the cleaning of my cabin a 5 out of 10. I also had a problem with my entry card so I tried to call the office but the phone went to voice mail. Because I did not have a vehicle, I had to walk to the office. There were five staff there and I was told the wrong end date was in the computer (like I had checked out).

Very disappointing. Had to call security for rude & noisy neighbors two nights between midnight and 4:30 AM. Even after security confronted them, they continued to be loud. The restrooms & showers were always nasty, with clogged toilets that were never serviced. Stopping trash pick-up was not mentioned in any emails or when we checked in. Sites should automatically be renewed like they used to be

We absolutely loved everything about the campsite. I would definitely come back. Everything was wonderful except one thing. The wifi was an issue. Unfortunately I couldn’t even use it in the cabin. At night it was also an issue for us to listen to music. The staff were also very helpful and friendly. Would rate it a 5 if it wasn’t for the wifi

Very nice camp site. Beautiful area. People were very nice and helpful. Several activities closed do to covid. Cabins were fine. One issue we had was no running water for 40 minutes.

The campground is nice except the bathrooms are not kept very clean. The toilets don't flush well and soap and toilet paper are not stocked.

A beautiful KOA close to the wine tours, downtown Watkins Glen, hiking, shops, Corning glass museum... A bit on the expensive side, but we will pay for the gated entrance, patio and privacy any day of the week. People who complain only about the price of a campground yet still stay there really need to do some simple research before just booking the site. I've been to many campgrounds, KOA's are not the cheapest, but they are always the nicest.

Nice clean park, lost of different types of sites, plenty of activities for everyone and its only a few minutes from Watkins Glenn state park.
