Deluxe Cabin # K-93 was spot on! Not as private as # K-53 (I miss the woods in back off the deck) but as a result of the screw up for not moving it to the correct NASCAR weekend, # K-93 was a good second choice. Many thanks to Cindy for her effort in reserving the secondary Deluxe Cabin! At least I got to make new friends.

There has to be a better way ( like a waiting list) (for race weekend) to get into a larger cabin, I started out on a waiting list about 5 yrs ago and since then the list has disappeared. Front desk told me I have to keep calling back to see if any open.

Stayed a night on a urine stained mattress from a previous tenant. They switched our cabin but did not offer any reimbursement/credit. Didn’t ask if all was ok after. Rented a golf cart. Golf cart given to us was nowhere to be found. Gave us a different one, which was terrible. Swam at the indoor pool until closing. Instead of saying they were closing, they just turned the lights off on us.

The TV only worked at night. During the day it had no signal. I asked the desk 3x for someone to come look at it. No one ever showed up. There is zero WiFi. I think we were able to get on 1x for about 10 min. The place needs some maintenance. Many places need repair or at least cleaned up a bit. Mini golf is really in disarray. Cabins were not very clean. Spider webs in the bathroom/bedroom.

Our stay was awful. The bathrooms and showers were filthy, and the toilets didn't flush. 3 out of the 6 washers available in the laundry room were broken. Activities listed on the web site were not available: bumper boats, rope course, rock wall and zip lining. It was truly the worst KOA experience we ever had, and I would be very hesitant in recommending it to anyone.

We had an amazing time. The cabin was nice and suited our needs. Campers and staff alike were very friendly. The endless activities kept my children (teens) occupied and entertained. Overall great place and would stay again.

All around great stay! Could have more food options and WiFi and internet service not good. But it was nice to be away from the world. Will be back again

Need first aid. We had an injury in pool. Asked at front desk for first aid.."sorry no". Asked for ice pack and was told "sorry no." Also was given wrong information regarding golf cart rental. Was told first come first serve over phone. That was not the case when we arrived. I was told by check-in was an error. Which left us with no hope of golf cart first day. All else was great!

There was so much to do at the campground. Cabins were clean and beds comfortable. Only issue was no tv as the internet was not strong enough because of the location. But outdoor movie in the woods made up for it.

Staff is amazing! We loved the water slide, trampolines, mini golf and deluxe cabin. Location is perfect and everything was clean and comfortable.

We loved our cabin, it was very clean. The activities available/planned were great. Very good park for kids. This time we only went to the indoor pool and enjoyed it, clean and enjoyable. Having golf carts for rent is appreciated. Only con- We couldn't stand the wristbands, we don't want to wear them the whole weekend.

The grounds are very nice with a lot to do. We rented a deluxe cabin which was very nice and clean. The one big downfall that would prevent me from coming again is the placement of the grill/fire pit. It was on such an incline that you could only use it from one side and there were tree roots all around it that made it dangerous. Love to cook on a charcoal grill but it was impossible to do there.

We had a enjoyable time. The staff was friendly each time that we saw someone and that was often. There was plenty of things to keep us busy. My son loved the pool. We had a good time and would recommend . �����������������

Our family stayed in a 2 room cabin. We were very impressed in how clean our cabin was and were happy that it included A/C, TV, a mini fridge, and free WIFI. We had no problem at all connecting to the WIFI and were very pleased with this! My kids loved the waterslide, jumping pillow and pad, both indoor and outdoor pools, the playground and basketball court. They were never bored! Two thumbs up!

Love KOA's. However, this cabin needed another bench and hooks. Maybe even a shelf. Others that I have been to had plenty of hooks to hang coats and towels. A shelf for bed items and benches. Never a lack for belongings. This had 3 hooks for a 4 person room. And 1 bench! Otherwise, loved it.

You have so much to do here (and at no additional fee!) I liked seeing signs of construction and more improvements in the making. I loved the extra clean and updated bathrooms, the hanging flower arrangements, creekside walking path, and places to gather. Kids loved jumping pillow, water slide, and pools.

Rented sites for us and for friends. Friends had hard time checking in. Bathrooms did not flush properly. No pressure and had to flush repeatedly while holding handle. Activities pool and slide very far away with ugly view of road and sewer treatment. Picnic tables were all rotted. Camp store very poor selection. Train goes by often and is very loud. Raceway loud too.

We had a wonderful time at the campground. The stafff was very nice and helpful. The only issue is the price. It is very expensive to rent a cabin. Overall, we had a good experience.

Was. It very pleased from the minute we arrived. Upon check in we were given a map to tell us where our cabin was. The woman behind the desk was not very friendly and it almost seemed like we were bothering her. We drove around for a bit until we found other employees who guided us to the cabin. Cabin was ok. Bathroom could of been cleaner. Have more but run out of room to write.

We had a good time. Wish the indoor pool hot tub area would open earlier then 10 like 8am would be nice for us old foggies . Need to have a sign in the bathhouse to tell people to hold on to the handle when flushing the toilet! I was tired of seeing people poop!

Overall an excellent facility clean and well maintained with lot of activities. It was great for a large group like ours. Staff was extremely polite and helpful. The only thing was that the cabins and camper spaces were too close to each other leaving less space for activities like biking etc.

The lady checking me in was rude. I was checking in at 2:58 and she said I wasn’t supposed to check in until 3- how ridiculous. I slipped and fell on the slippery steps going down to the pool. Several dogs were off leash- 1 kept coming on our porch and looked aggressive. The entire campground was so muddy. Cars were getting stuck. The showers didn’t drain well- which was gross. We stayed in cabin K48 which had an ant problem. We killed probably 2 dozen ants during our stay. My husband said he saw one with poison on it, which was concerning given we had a toddler and a baby with us. Other than that, we had a great time on the water slide/jump pillow, and were appreciative of the laundry room - although several machines were out of order.

All of the facilities were fantastic/very clean. The sight we were in was pretty close to the other sights, but that's obviously sight dependent.

Overall, stay was good. However, there was water from previous people left in Keurig machine, the inside of the air conditioner was growing fuzzy mold so we could not use it, there was a burn mark on the wall behind the stovetop, and a pair of someone's socks left on the top bunk.

The bathrooms were dirty and half the time there was no toilet paper. Our cabin wasn’t graded correctly and because of the rain our site was a mud pit the whole week. The bumper boats and zip line was closed and no staff member had a reason why. The wifi was not very good and never had good connectivity. Very disappointed as I’ve been to other KOA’s that were amazing!!!

The bathrooms by the rec hall were not very clean so it was better to use the ones by the store. Our site was flooded out most of our stay and we had ponds. Sites on top of each other. .Was disappointed because we made reservations with friends 3 months ago. We got an email confirmation that we would be very close to them and we were as far from each other as was possible.

A beautiful KOA close to the wine tours, downtown Watkins Glen, hiking, shops, Corning glass museum... A bit on the expensive side, but we will pay for the gated entrance, patio and privacy any day of the week. People who complain only about the price of a campground yet still stay there really need to do some simple research before just booking the site. I've been to many campgrounds, KOA's are not the cheapest, but they are always the nicest.

Nice clean park, lost of different types of sites, plenty of activities for everyone and its only a few minutes from Watkins Glenn state park.
