Not happy about the pool. Sitting in the Jacuzzi after a long day of driving, I was drinking a beverage in a can and someone came on over a loud speaker and yelled "NO BEVERAGES IN THE POOL." Pretty ridiculous! Of all the hotels and campgrounds I've stayed in, I have never been yelled at for a having a drink in a pool or spa. I could completely understand if it was glass.

Our site was under water because of heavy rains earlier, they knew the site was muddy and under water, why not fix before we showed, we asked for another site, they said no, so they fixed ours..several sites near ours never had anyone take them...very disappointed, former Koa members..never again

The hot tube was a little questionable on cleanliness. It did need to be vacuumed. But I still felt ok using it.

Excellent park. Our site had drainage issues. The premium site was far from premium. I am aware that you can't control the weather but the pad was all mud for 2 mornings. Had to hose and sweep the mud off. The adjoining site had koa workers come in and dig a trench for the water to have a place to go. Please correct this issue.

Cindy was extremely friendly when we called for early check in. Caleb was extremely rude to our children while on the water slide and closed the slide 15 minutes early with no good explanation. Activities for kids were decent. Grounds could be better…piles of brush and random pallets etc were in plain sight. Wifi was horrible.

Our stay was nice. Pull through site was level. Upon our arrival, our dog promptly found the human pile of food left in the grass on our site.

Great stay as always! Super friendly staff and lots of stuff to do. Our site was muddy from the rain and they immediately fixed it for us, which they didn’t need to do because weather happens. Has always been my favorite KOA to stay at!

There was a lot of rain there, site c36 had standing water on it, was mud getting to camper. Asked for some gravel or something to get in and out of camper to prevent tracking mud in camper and car. Got no response from them. If they are going to use them sites spread some gravel or concrete a patio!

Had a great time. Camp sites were well maintained. Facilities onsite were clean and the pools and slide was fun!

We unfortunately had poor luck with our stay. Our campsite was wet the entire time. We were unable to even walk around the site without the risk of slipping in the mud. We had our 20 month old with us who was unable to play or move around due to the muddy conditions. We requested to change sites but there were none available. May have been a much different experience if it wasn't for the weather.

Everyone was so helpful! There was a little confusion when we first got there (I mean, it happens) and the desk staff took care of it in a friendly professional way. Our stay was so nice!

Next to a highway and a working train rail. Not as well kept as I’d expect for a resort. I would put it at holiday standards.

We stayed for 3 nights to explore the region. The staff was very friendly and kept the facility fairly clean. The amenities for kids were great! They didn’t want to leave the water slide or jump pillows the entire time. We had very heavy rains which did expose a few weak spots in the camp regarding runoff into sites. Overall it was a fun time for the family.

Office staff were nice but campground bad.  Spot noisy, next to kids water park/slide. Kids running around unmonitored made driving a challenge. Train track & main road right next to us so noisy. Spot not level & ground was rivers of mud after rain. Very little grass & trees not trimmed. Fire pit small ring with no grill. No sewer. Laundry machines okay but $3 to wash and $.25/5-min. Pricey

Campground needs some TLC. The grounds aren’t as well kept as expected and many of the amenities weren’t open during our stay. Staff was very nice. Not what we expected from a “holiday”

The Campground was clean and well managed. The area around the outdoor pool and water slide could use some improvements. Overall we were very pleased with our stay.

We've been camping here twice a year for ten years. Staff is friendly and helpful and camp ground is very well maintained. Will be back again in September.

Overall our stay wasn't bad but we had a few problems with the campsite. The view was beautiful looking into the woods. The trees overhead were being eaten by caterpillars and constantly dropping and staining our camper which we had to clean everyday. The wifi did not work. We realize there was an issue on your end but it would have been nice to be notified before we arrived. Not worth the price

The family loved everything about KOA. Pool was refreshing on a hot day, golf carts to rent and take a cruise on. The lot we stayed on was perfect. All in all it was a perfect stay.

The bathrooms were terrible in the sense that toilets didn't flush properly. The shower area was dirty. Cobwebs in the corner. Paper and other debris on the floor. YUK! Employees and maintenance personnel were all very wonderful !!

Very nice patios and the lots are reasonably spread out, long, and fairly level for the larger rigs. The crush and run roads get dusty with traffic and are sharp with oil to bind the stone. No concrete pad sites but the stamped concrete patios, fireplaces, furniture, and live flowers are second to none! Great landscaping throughout and nice amenities to keep the kids happy.

Great KOA for families. Having an indoor pool is a game changer when there is inclement weather. Lots of outdoor activities to keep the kids busy. It's also a great location-close to the Corning Glass museum.

The kids liked the pools and fishing. Our site was level, big and patio was nice. We were facing toward the sun all day as if the site should have been facing the opposite way. That’s our only complaint, but we would just pick a different site next time.

The employees at the KOA went above and beyond to ensure that our stay wasn't ruined by a few setbacks at arrival. Our trip turned out so well that we prebooked to stay again the same time next year.

Everything was great, but AT&T cell reception was poor and worst of all was useless internet unless you signed on before 6 AM.

Family friendly campground. Very weak WIFI, not enough gravel on economy site. Heavy rain caused flooding, muddy area in front of camper. Asked office about getting more gravel. No response.

Great activity calendar for the kids. Older sites are nice, but will upgrade to premium/deluxe sites next time. Quiet and relaxing. Hoping pads will be upgraded to concrete in the future.

The WG/Corning KOA is a well equipped and clean campground. Our kids really enjoyed the indoor and outdoor pools and the water slide. Overall the facilities were clean and well maintained, though the sites were a little tight even for our little Jayco.

I was disappointed with the lack of supervision at the jump pads and water slide. There were several issues with some pretty horrible children and their parents. Otherwise, we loved the kampgrounds and all the fun activities.

Meh. Site was cramped, most of the cabins had noisy groups, loud music, and our site backed up to 3 of them. Couldn't get the RV level on the gravel pad, so we went with tilted to the right as the least-bad option. Showers were OK, but the curtains were moldy and gross. Outdoor swimming pool was good and the big water slide was awesome. Road noise nearby.

A beautiful KOA close to the wine tours, downtown Watkins Glen, hiking, shops, Corning glass museum... A bit on the expensive side, but we will pay for the gated entrance, patio and privacy any day of the week. People who complain only about the price of a campground yet still stay there really need to do some simple research before just booking the site. I've been to many campgrounds, KOA's are not the cheapest, but they are always the nicest.

Nice clean park, lost of different types of sites, plenty of activities for everyone and its only a few minutes from Watkins Glenn state park.
