Site was nice, gravel roads were not. Too much dust every time a vehicle or golf cart went by. Expect better for the cost.

So glad to see the indoor pool open for all of October. Gave us something to do with the kids on the rainy days. They did give us a site that was a little small/awkward shape but it worked.

Was disappointed that they did not have guide in golf cart to camp site. Appears to be understaffed , called many times days before arriving to extend my stay but no answer.

We purposely arranged to stay at Watkins Glen for the use of the indoor pool and hot tub during our stay. Both the pool and hot tub were down during our stay. The only good thing was the cable.

We had an absolutely wonderful site. The staff were very acomadating and knowledgeable. We had a great stay and will go back again.

A great place, with very friendly and accommodating staff! I was escorted to our clean, level site that had great utilities. A bunch of great activities for the kids and a spotless INDOOR pool and clean shower house! I have been here a few times, and will be back.

Unfortunately pool was 65F our first day. Our young children were SO excited for the pool. Office staff said it would be mid-80s by next day, but it was still too cold for children to swim. When we voiced our concerns with Matt, he basically dismissed us saying he "only heats the pool as a courtesy and doesn't have to heat it at all". Outrageous. We've never encountered an employee so dismissive.

the site wasn't level - when we leveled the motor home, one of the wheels was several inches off the ground. Very happy the internet was stronger this year!

Friendly staff and park was clean. Biggest complaint is that sites are right on top of each other.

Very courteous staff and well maintained rv sites. Concrete pad was much larger than expected and perfect for cooking out. Muddy near hookups but spreading a little gravel in that area can be a quick fix. Overall a very nice experience!!

Campground is located too close to the main road (lots of road noise during the day) night time not so much. Camp store should be stocked up better than it was.

No internet is a deal breaker for us. Our site was next to the office… not far away or in the woods. We called the internet provider on day 2. They couldn’t get us on, escalated us to level 2. On day 4 we heard from level 2 technician but we were away from campground. Called in evening-no response. We left on day 6.

The sites had standing water and mud. The dog park was a soggy mess. The staff was not friendly nor were they helpful. We called for days trying to change our reservation plus left phone messages. They don't answer the phone. They say use the website to make reservations however to change or cancel one needs to call. We won't stay there again.

It is our second year staying at this campsite. We got a much better site this year and more accommodations were open. We missed the free bundle of wood benefit this year (KOA should really consider keeping this benefit since the camp sites are so costly). We couldn't watch our local NFL game but cable TV did not allow us to. It is a nice campground and we are already booked for 2022.

Bathrooms were surface cleaned only while areas on doors and doorways were neglected cleaning. Waste basket in the shower I used wasn't emptied once in the 4 days I was there.

Liked the campground very much. Our site in Sunset acres was very spacious. That being said, it rained a few times while we were there and the amount of puddles and mud was excessive. The roads and sites need stone. Some sites were walking out of their campers into huge mud puddles. Our utilities were surrounded by water. Also, trees on the roadway should be cut back some, especially for big rigs.

This our 4th trip to the Watkins Glen KOA and we absolutely love it. every year we see more improvements and the facilities are always in great shape! We will be there again next September!

We arrived and had to park our camper in mud that was several inches deep. Our septic connection was 3"-4" under water as well as out fire ring. I had to dig several trenches to drain off the water. I asked if gravel could be brought out to our site so I could set up our site without slopping through mud. They said there was nothing they could do. Campground this size should be more prepared.

We found the campground exceptionally clean and easily accessed. WiFi was good; many unexpected amenities were Included—fitness center, indoor and outdoor pools, playgrounds and other activities for children (movies, zip line, jump pads). However, many were closed during our stay. Water pressure could have been better; drainage was not good at our site. Overall very nice.

Muddy camp site, water was draining into our pad and parking area. Should have moved. Way too many campers as the sites in my opinion were closer than most places. Everything was closed at 6. This was the most expensive campground we have stayed at and not worth the 105 per day fee.

Disappointed in the camping site we were provided. Standing water from poor drainage on 50% of the site meant having to navigate around what we called our ‘fishing pond’. When I asked for another site, I was told ‘we’re sold out’. No other accommodations like a discounted rate, free night, etc. very disappointed.

Very nice campground...friendly staff....but our space was across from a row of cabins when we were there and the cabin dwellers on the nites we were there were very disrespectful of the QUIET TIME hours!! Even in the pouring rain they were outside whooping and hollering till like 2am!!!!

A beautiful KOA close to the wine tours, downtown Watkins Glen, hiking, shops, Corning glass museum... A bit on the expensive side, but we will pay for the gated entrance, patio and privacy any day of the week. People who complain only about the price of a campground yet still stay there really need to do some simple research before just booking the site. I've been to many campgrounds, KOA's are not the cheapest, but they are always the nicest.

Nice clean park, lost of different types of sites, plenty of activities for everyone and its only a few minutes from Watkins Glenn state park.
