Facility was very clean and nice. Only improvement that would be nice would be a water hose you could actually hook to to be able to flush your holding tank.

Our stay was great other than the quiet hours did NOT apply to those camped right outside the office on the South side! Loud talking, Music and laughter Both nights past 1:00am! Why have campground quit hours if it's not going to be enforced.

We arrived late and found our camp site # taped to the door. Made it easy to get to our camping site after a long drive. Good stay. Very quiet location. We’ve stayed here before and we will be back! Thank you

Bleak and dreary campground. No green anywhere. WiFi only at the office. Come on! Hookups were great.

Nice campground, great to have laundry service and multiple showers available as we have a teardrop style camper with no bathroom.

Staff and amenities were top notch - very responsive, and helpful. Pool, bathrooms and showers were a little old, but clean and functional. The only drawback is that it is in West Wendover NV. Hate to rate something low based on location, but the campground is essentially a gravel lot with some trees and spaces marked out. If you have to be in West Wendover it is as good a place as you can get

You need to upgrade your wifi. And tell your staff to not just pass it off as, "Oh, you're too far away and it won't work for you." That's what Lori told me when I complained.

The actual campground is fine, and the staff is great. The location is right next to the casinos, so if you’re coming for that reason, it’s perfect. If you’re not, it’s a little bright at night.

We did not know there was No cable available. There was a hook up for cable so I connected everything up, went inside to program the TVs and found there wasn't cable. Called "front desk" and she replied that they haven't had cable for a couple of months. I asked why I wasn't told and she was snippy enough to suggest that I should have read their map and saw there were no channels available.

Lucy and family and staff are always Kind and Friendly, Helpful and Welcoming. We always stay at the KOA during the Bonneville Speedweek. One suggestion is to have wider shower curtains so the water doesn't splash all over the floor and bench outside the shower.

We stayed for one night on our way home to Ca. Office person was wonderful. Very helpful. Most important, facility was very clean. Points off only because of the location. It’s great if you want to walk to casinos, but very hot and dry with sparse trees. Our picnic table needed to be replaced. Otherwise, ok.

There was a large event going on in the area, therefore the park was very full. One gentleman decided to rev the engine many times of his racing car (during the day) and it was loud. Other than that, it was a good stay.

If your RV only uses 30 amps this park is on a par with most desert area type parks. But with only a few 50 amp slots and no generator use allowed when the temps rise to 95+ this park falls short. Location is easy access and staff is friendly.

Lucy is the best. I experienced many setbacks and delays, and throughout our communication Lucy was extremely accommodating, caring, and receptive to each new challenge thrown our way. She went above and beyond in terms of customer service - can't wait to return in the future, I know lucy has my back.

I return to the Wendover KOA annually, mostly due to the way the Manager, Lucy, takes care of me. She has the personal touch with her clients. She is also on top of everything concerning the campground.

We stayed in a tent site, no problems or issues. We were only there to sleep and we slept fine, no noise or other disturbances. We plan on coming back next year.

It was very expensive due to Speed Week and we left a day early. Next year we will probably Boondock on the salt.

once again the sharp rocks are very hard on my feet (nephropathy) & the tent pad has a pretty good incline, but Lucy was the best & I'll be back next year

Lucy is the best host. I have stayed here many times and it has always been a great experience. You should give that girl a raise, she’s here before I get up and often leaves late in the evening. All the staff are super helpful and quickly attend to our needs.

Lucy @ office is great! Very knowledgeable & professional. Good variety of items at store. Prices reasonable. The picnic tables need to be replaced (getting slivers sitting on) in the area we were. Maybe put a sealant/protector coating on to weather better. Plant a few more trees (mature) for more shade & attractive look. Looking forward to returning!

a very clean Koa in the middle of town( that is fine for this location) we were there for Bonneville speed week and that was only a few minutes away.Walking distance to all the casinos in the town. Next speed week we will probably stay there again!!
