Lucy is the best. I experienced many setbacks and delays, and throughout our communication Lucy was extremely accommodating, caring, and receptive to each new challenge thrown our way. She went above and beyond in terms of customer service - can't wait to return in the future, I know lucy has my back.

I return to the Wendover KOA annually, mostly due to the way the Manager, Lucy, takes care of me. She has the personal touch with her clients. She is also on top of everything concerning the campground.

It was very expensive due to Speed Week and we left a day early. Next year we will probably Boondock on the salt.

The only thing was we needed a 50 amp space And the dogs area needs attention Otherwise it was great Thank you!

Lucy is the best host. I have stayed here many times and it has always been a great experience. You should give that girl a raise, she’s here before I get up and often leaves late in the evening. All the staff are super helpful and quickly attend to our needs.

Lucy @ office is great! Very knowledgeable & professional. Good variety of items at store. Prices reasonable. The picnic tables need to be replaced (getting slivers sitting on) in the area we were. Maybe put a sealant/protector coating on to weather better. Plant a few more trees (mature) for more shade & attractive look. Looking forward to returning!

a very clean Koa in the middle of town( that is fine for this location) we were there for Bonneville speed week and that was only a few minutes away.Walking distance to all the casinos in the town. Next speed week we will probably stay there again!!

Good KOA don’t like the minimum stay requirements of three days. I left after two. This is not the only KOA that does it. It smacks of airb&b garbage and a way to make more money due to an annual event. If your KOA is any good it will be booked rather than forcing the reservations.

Ok, but unfortunate that only had 20 amp even though reservations were made significantly in advance. Needs more trash cans.

We were just stopping through on our way to Reno but this would be a good place to stay for anyone looking to go to casinos in a smaller area. The salt flats nearby are amazing too! Must see! The campground was nice and the pool was good. Restrooms were acceptable. Didn't like that the dumpster was in an area that appeared to be for permanent residents.

It was a very stay. The grounds were in great shape. The movie and popcorn very nice. The help were very helpful. Location was great .

Cable not hooked up. Pool not heated as advertised. Needs a hot tub. When checking in the lady was short and rude. Talke to 4 others and they were treated the same at check in.

We had a great stay at the Wendover KOA as a one night stay heading out to visit Mt. Rushmore. I have a Forest River Pop up Camper and we opted for the water/electric site. It was a nice clean site with everything you will need for a one night stay. Traveling with 2 boys having a pool for them to stretch their legs and burn off some energy was very helpful for a 9hr drive. Overall a great stay.

All dirt sites and very noisy between the planes, trains and automobiles. Tons of flies. We ended up taking some with us. His KOA is behind a hotel/casino and can be hard to find without an app.

Nice level pull-through site. Great water, electric, and sewer hookups. Very quiet and peaceful campground. Only problem was WiFi...it was terrible!

Lucy is an absolute blessing. We left our laptop at our campsite and she went out of her way to mail it safely back to us, that is excellent customer service!!!!

Very nice place to stay, Would like to have the picnic tables on one lot farther away from sewer on lot next to it. Trash dumpster on the way out instead of on entrance would be helpful. Quiet and clean campground!

It had everything we needed. Convenient. Facilities and grounds are clean and well maintained. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Close to food & gas in town, but quiet and peaceful. Very pet friendly.

Very pleasant staff upon arrival. Restrooms clean. Campground feels like it is just in the middle of the dessert. Pet areas were in the baking sun with little to no shade. Areas near each site had no vegitation and all the trees were poorly maintained and some nearly dead. Location was an easy trip to the casinos and life in Wendover. The day we visited the pool water temp was quite cold.

No shade whatsoever, which is odd being that this is the desert. Didn’t use any facilities. Wifi is only good in the office. Pool looked refreshing but we got in too late. Campsites are TIGHT.

Great location and far enough off the interstate so there was no road noise. Walking distance to casinos and restaurants. Quite campground and clean facilities.

Friendly service. The place was clean. The pool was one of the better kept ones that I have been in. I liked the location. I enjoyed being able to walk to the casino area.

Ok to spend a night...we did a little gambling while there. Not much shade there, but was ok for an overnight. very easy to get to from I-80 and far enough away so you don't hear the traffic.
