Westfield / Lake Erie KOA Journey General Information

Store Hours may vary to accommodate our fluctuating busy schedule.

• July and August  store hours will run from 9am to 8pm as well for Holiday weekends
  
• There is a phone located directly outside the office door for your convenience, to reach the person on call, for all your needs outside store hours.

Check-in is at 1pm. Check-out is at 12 noon. We encourage these times to be respected to maintain a smooth transition for all of our guests. We cannot guarantee site availability before 1pm. There is a night registration box located outside the office door for late arrivals, in which a site map with your name and directions to your site will be clearly marked. Late arrivals must register in the office after 9am the following day.

Firewood is available for purchase inside the store and will be delivered to your site by our staff.
All Firewood must be purchased before the end of store hours

The New York State Firewood Regulation Untreated firewood may not be imported into NY
from any other state or country. Untreated firewood grown in NY may not be transported more
than 50 miles (linear distance) from its source or origin unless it has been heat-treated to 71° C
(160° F) for 75 minutes.

Memorial Day weekend throughout Labor Day weekend, swimming pools are open from 10 am until Dusk or until the office closes. 
A sign-in slip is required for each individual and must be signed by an adult before entering the swimming pool area. Sign-in slips are available in the store/office.
There is NO Lifeguard on duty, so adult supervision is MANDATORY, unless over the age of 18.
(Swimming pools will be closed at our discretion for weather or other adverse conditions.)

All visitors must first register in the office before entering the grounds. There is an additional charge of $5 per extra vehicle, $7 per adult, and $5 per child for a daily visit.

Quiet hours are from 10 pm until 8 am. Radio, TV volume, and other disturbing noises must be muted during these hours.

Our laundry and restroom facilities are accessible for people with disabilities & are open 24 hours for your convenience!

We are a pet-friendly park! Pets must be leashed and supervised at all times. Cleaning up after your pet is mandatory in every area of the park, including around the pond and tree line areas. Pets are NOT permitted inside any building or restroom. Pets are NOT permitted in the playground area.

Our pond is a catch-and-release pond and is available for all registered campers to fish free of charge. No license is required to fish on our grounds.

The Westfield Lake Erie KOA has been a beloved family-owned campground for 44 years. Since April 1st, 1980, when Donald & Doris Hanes purchased the campground, it has remained in the Hanes family. Their youngest son, Dennis Hanes, took over the business and has been running the park with great dedication. The Hanes family's commitment to the campground has made it a cherished destination for campers of all ages!
