Camp store didn’t have a lot of normal basic essentials but overall our stay was very relaxing and everyone was so friendly

Great campsite, super clean facilities and a staff that was genuinely happy to help you any way they could! Located right in the middle of a great wine cluster of vineyards. We can't wait to be back for some more Lake Erie smelt delivered right to our site.

Staff was friendly and helpful, campground was in great condition, new bathhouses. Pools were small and unheated, nice playground area. Also had a fishing pond and small creek nearby. Only real compliant is the highway noise as it is located adjacent to the I-90 interstate. Nice little campground for a few days stay.

Saturday night, very full. I found that it was quite rowdy. Between youth on pedal cars, MANY vehicles driving entirely too fast, and the dumpsters overstuffed and smelly. Disappointed that the office and cafe close at 9 pm on such a busy night. We arrived from a long day driving, staying overnight without disconnecting the trailer. Staff friendly. Would visit again during the week.

Last minute decision to camp, very glad we did! Nice, clean Campground, nice bathhouse, delivery of food, and wood at site, awesome. Great location on Lake Erie, easy off/on from interstate. Would have enjoyed staying longer but our trip did not allow. So glad I joined the KOA family, well worth the money.

We have stayed in this park last fall in a 5th wheel and enjoyed it. This time we stayed in one of the cabins facing the stream that flows through the edge of the campground. It was very quiet except for the traffic on I-90 until around 10:15 to 11:00 PM when some extremely loud machinery began running. It was so loud I could hear it with ear plugs. Slept well on the firm mattress. Spider bite

The campground is right next to the throughway. Heard the trucks all night. It was fine for a one night stay.

We stay here 1 or 2 times a year {except last year due to covid } and have a fabulous time . The improvements to the second bath / shower house are beautiful . They are always doing something to improve the property . The staff is always friendly and ready to heip you with whatever you need . We very highly recommend Westfield NY KOA .

Friendly staff, clean campground, well maintained, nice clean bath house. Would have been rated higher if it wasn’t for the thruway noise - not much you can do other than build a wall. On-site food truck is a nice idea but too expensive!

It was just the place we needed to R & R from a long trip; Dennis & Lisa made us feel so welcome and their accommodations were superb! Our plan is to visit them again and take in the wine country of Lake Erie.

Friendly people, everything was great until the last day of our stay. There was a planned power outage by the power Company that we were not told about after checking all fuses and breakers twice we went to office and found out I'm handicap and getting on my knees to check out the fuses and breakers was not fun needed help to stand we feel we should have been alerted as we were at the office

It was a wonderful stay! Great welcome desk and area to get supplies we all seem to forget no matter how much we plan. Brand new super clean showers. Laundry facilities were awesome, very happy! Will be back soon!

The people were nice, the grounds were nice but definitely in a spot too small for us. Getting in was easy but there was no pulling out of that spot. Had to back out. For the price that should be an easy thing to do. Way to expensive

This was one of the nicest KOA campgrounds we’ve stayed at: sites were not on top of each other, it wasn’t a huge campground with people stacked in, and the person who greeted us was friendly and helpful.

Campsite was nice, bathrooms clean. They did put us right by others when KOA was relatively empty. Very close to the highway, lots of road noise.

We stayed over night, but the hosts were amazing! Took us to our site, bought us literature of the area and made local recommendations. The food truck food was good. Definitely one of our most pleasant stays on this trip! Highly recommended

Great campground! Right off the highway for a quick overnight stay. Bathrooms are the best I have ever seen in a campground. Large grassy lots, beautiful area.
