Cancellation PolicyCancellations made prior to the deadlines below will receive a refund of the deposit minus a $25 cancellation fee. Cancellations made within the cancellation window will result in the forfeiture of the one-night deposit.Cancellation Deadlines:

• RV Sites: 7 days prior to arrival
  
• Tent Sites: 7 days prior to arrival
  
• Camping Cabins: 14 days prior to arrival
  
• Deluxe Lodges: 14 days prior to arrival
  
• All Other Lodging Types: 14 days prior to arrival
  

All cancellations must be made before 4:00 PM (local campground time). For example, if your arrival date is July 20, you must cancel before 4:00 PM on July 13 for RV and tent sites.
Camping is an outdoor experience, and while we always hope for great weather, conditions are beyond our control. Once your reservation is made, we hold your site exclusively and turn away other guests; therefore, deposits and refunds are handled according to this cancellation policy, regardless of weather conditions.
No Call / No Show: Guests who do not arrive and do not notify the campground will be charged for the full stay.

Tents are allowed in designated tent sites only. No tents are allowed at RV sites or other accommodations. If you would like to set up a tent please contact the front desk about obtaining a tent site.

Please help everyone enjoy their visit by observing the quiet hours from 10pm-7am.

We follow the KOA National Pet Policy. Good behavior is required. Dogs of any breed that are hostile or aggressive will be asked to leave the campground, along with their owners. Bring the leash. Dogs must be kept on leashes no longer than 6 feet when outside their owners' vehicles or rental units. Do not leave a tethered dog unattended. Remember manners. Constant barking bothers other campers. If your pet is too vocal, you'll need to find other accommodations. Service dogs are welcomed although leash and aggressive behavior rules apply. You are required to pick up after your animal friends.

Looking to enhance your camping experience by reserving sites/lodging near friends or family, or prefer a specific campsite or cabin? Lock your site for a $30 one time fee per reservation to make your stay even better.

These vehicles are allowed to travel slowly from your site out to the front of the campground to connect to local trails. Please avoid riding through other guests sites. There is no riding allowed in the campground.

Laundry is open 24 hours and is located at the Main Building. We use a Pay Range credit/debit card system, no quarters required.

Since we truck in every drop of our water, vehicle, Side by Side, or RV washing is not allowed in the campground.

Speed limit is 4.5 MPH. Please help keep your fellow campers safe by maintaining a speed of less than 5 MPH. All vehicles must be driven by licensed drivers at all times within the campground.

We accept inquiries year-round from work campers and seasonal workers. Guests who violate their departure date will have their equipment towed at their expense and incur an additional daily site charge.
