Campground was clean. Staff was friendly. Easy check in and out and hook ups. Not all the amenities were open and both hot tubs needed repair. Highway noise and train whistle took away from the experience of camping in the woods.

We enjoyed are stayed. Our favorite KOA so far. The pine trees are beautiful. The spots are very clean well maintained. Friendly staff. Kids loves the jumping pillow and playground. Great dog run. The drive to Grand Canyon was easy.

Only stayed one night because we had reservations at the Grand Canyon set for the following night. Wish we could have stayed much longer. Great campground!

Great KOA. clean, beautiful surroundings, large park, affordable, friendly staff, bathroom/shower facilities and close to Williams and Grand Canyon. We want to go back and stay longer!

Stayed 3 nights. Many features. Cafe, pool, two dog parks. Clean restrooms and showers. Signage is excellent. Close to Williams, Bearizona, Grand Canyon.

Beautiful, clean campground. There were so many staff members everywhere and it was clear by how clean the camp was. Tons for kids to do and the scenery was great. Excellent location too!

Family loved the site, we will be back for sure. We loved the shade and the atmosphere, everything was a close walk even across the campsite. Make sure you bring some levelers as some sites have a slight slope but that is just the way the landscape is. We wish we were able to try the restaurant this trip, but will try it next time.

Absolutely no wifi for the 4 days we were there. Should not be offering “free wifi” when there is none. Prices are too high even with KOA membership. Looked like a good place if you are traveling with kids.

This is why I love KOA. We have a DRV 40' 5th wheel with a Freedom Hauler on the back. We were able to maneuver to or sit quite easily. William or site guide was very helpful and very professional. Our site 129 was long enough for our whole rig. We really enjoyed visiting the grand canyon form Williams KOA.

Wish we could have stayed longer. Kids enjoyed the amenities. Liked the indoor heated pool, would've been better if pool water would be warmer.

The staff is awesome! Couldn’t be nicer and very efficient. Laundry room very clean. New equipment. Sites pretty tight. Your neighbor’s campfire is only feet from your rig. Sites not very level. Some better than others. Lots of noise from Highway( you can see it) and loud train with horn.

We had a great time! Met other family members there. From around the state. The best family place around. The kiddos in the family, had the best time with all of the activities and playgrounds. The cafe, serves really good home cooked food! We will all be back. Thanks for a great time!

Campground is not paved and basically dirt. Very dusty, and can’t imagine the quagmire should it rain or snow. Not worth the price.

Your website said you had go karts, a big reason we stayed there just to learn they were not running. That should have been on your website. I probably wouldn't have drove all the way from Tucson with my 5th wheel had I known that, many more places I could have stayed closer.

It was our first camping trip in a rented Class B camper van. The entire process was made super easy with any questions answered by the camp staff. Every employee was efficient, friendly, helpful. The amenities were enjoyed by our 8-yr. old granddaughter and the showers and restrooms were immaculate. The cafe gave us a great alternative to cooking breakfast one day. Love it! Hope to return.

Sites 102 and 103 need to be releveled. Water has washed gullies and it is difficult to level an RV. Otherwise, great place to camp.

This KOA was very clean, the staff was friendly and made for a pleasant stay, close to Route 66 and the Grand Canyon would definitely stay there again.

Well maintained a park, friendly staff, good food at the cafe! Amenities were very nice. The park was well staffed, there was always someone around doing maintenance and cleaning up.

The front desk lady knew nothing of the area. The escort to the campsite had to ask us where it was. Why don’t you have your escorts have maps of the sites on their golf carts. Place was loud near road and train whistle going all night. Not impressed and will never stay here again.

We stayed recently for a week over the New Year. Family had a cabin and my wife and I stayed In our motorhome. Circle Pines is a well run resort and everyone was super friendly. We had snow ❄️ galore and the surounding area is awesome. Go enjoy Williams and the Grand Canyon.

We LOVED our experience! Everyone was so friendly and helpful! They take hospitality to the next level. Full hookups in January. We had a 4 and 7 year old with us. There was a barrel train ride twice a day. An awesome pool, the kids loved and a hottub for adults. Multiple dog parks. Great laundry room and clean facilities. We were so excited a about the bear Trax cafe, delicious food and they even deliver. A nice safe dining spot outside with heaters. The food was awesome. There was an air pillow the kids LOVED. A miniature golf 18 hole course. It was an excellent experience for our two dogs and two kids and us. We also saw they had cabins and covered wagons to rent for lodging and in the summer teepees. Super impressed! The kids didn't want to leave.

As our first time using a trailer to camp out IN THE SNOW we knew little on how it works. My husband and I want to shine light on the maintenance manager Greg. He was so very humble kind and extremely helpful. He made sure we were safe upon leaving as well. He guided my husband and was sooo humble about it. Greg we thank you and I personally recommend a visit to Circle pines. Perfect place to experience camping fun especially if you have kiddos to entertain!
