We were very disappointed to arise at 3:AM (we operate on eastern time) to prepare for our days journey only to find the water was not flowing in the park. We had planned to shower and do laundry in our rig. Thus we had to pack up and depart to get to another campground to handle our affairs. The pool was too cool and the was only one of 2 hot tubs functioning. The tub that was working was foamy.

It was just overnight, very comfortable KOA, very friendly and busy staf both office a d ground crew.

There’s so much to do and the entire place is amazing, including most of the staff. Two sad points - the person parking vehicles put the next spot right next to our fire ring so we couldn’t have a fire. Second, the woman at the cafe mocked my 12 year old daughter when she ordered. She didn’t know we saw. It was rude and hurt her feelings. For this reason alone we wouldn’t recommend this lo

We stayed in the covered wagons when it got really cold at night. The heaters can't keep up with those temperatures. We called ahead and asked about advice we needed prior to staying and the front desk person told us to bring blankets, which we did. We wanted to thank her for that advice. We wouldn't of been able to sleep in there if we didn't have those blankets.

Amazing stay with amazing people! Wonderful staff that are like family. Super accommodating and amenities for the kiddos are great too! Already booked our next stay and we just checked out today. :)

This stay was much more enjoyable as the site we were placed in was easier to access and the hung-ups were closer.

We had 5 people so we rented a Conestoga wagon. We loved it. It was close to the bathrooms. I was disappointed that the handicapped shower was not working. Lots of things for the kids to do.

Employees were very helpful and kind and kept the place very tidy. They were so nice to give the kids train rides pretty much anytime. Our daughter loved the jumping pillow and go carts. Our only complaint is the road noise and trains frequently going by but that can’t really be helped because of the location. Thanks for a great family vacation!

The staff were all extremely and helpful!! The grounds were kept very clean and the sites were so nice with the pines and trees. We will definitely be back when we are in the area!! We highly recommend this KOA!!

Best KOA we have stayed at and we have been on a 66day motorhome trip across the USA staying in only KOAs. There is so much to do here! We extended our stay we enjoyed it so much! Nicely kept koa facilities. Indoor pool with two hot tubs, a cafe, store with gelato! They even delivered us firewood! The dog park was nicely kept. Lots of fun go karts, trainrides, minigolf and great playground!

Clean campground, friendly staff at check-in, great location. Stayed in a camping cabin and it was as expected. Mattress was great. The cabin was next to national forest land with an access gate, which was great for my dogs. The bathrooms were less than desirable - the larger bathroom water temp in the shower was way too hot and nearly burned me.

Had an enjoyable 3 night stay. Always glad to come back to Williams, and the circle pines KOA. We had a spot in the north end of the camp, and we’re not bothered by I-40 traffic noise in the least.

Its a great campground in the woods.Very helpful stuff we were have problems with are sink leaking and they help us out very helpful in getting up to the Grand Canyon would definitely come back Thank You all for the help.

Very relaxing as usual. My kids really enjoyed all of the activities from Go Carts, jumping pillow, mini golf, and the halloween activities.

We were given an extra long site so we did not have to unhook the RV, service like that is exceptional. The campground has wonderful amenities especially the large leash free dog run. Employees are terrific we will definitely stay there again.

sight 38 was good on my way to arizona. sight 47 the sewer line is too high i stayed on the way back. everything else was Great. pad sights are level enough that you dont have to block up your wheels. like i had to do in arizona.

Camp ground is nice. Neat amenities. Speed limit of 5 is not enforced. Camp sites are on top of each other. Kept burning trash or something in maintenance area and then denied it when asked how long we will have smoke blowing into our camp, couldn’t be outside with the kids.

I really enjoyed my stay. Would prefer if the activities and office were open longer especially during a sold out stay, but overall really enjoyed my stay.

There was a lot to do-we had fun with the golf, go karts, jump pillow, and dog parks. It was a clean place and the pool was great. The only downfall was how close the sites are to each other. Our neighbors were noisy and had a smoky fire all the time which went right into our trailer. A little more space would have been great.

Husband and myself are taking in 48 states in our R-Pod and have stayed in many campgrounds, National, State, and private and this KOA in Williams is one of the top campgrounds we have stayed at. Very organized ,clean, and lots to entertain everyone of all ages. Great place for family. Will tell all my RV friends and family. Thelma Wilfong

Very enjoyable stay in the covered wagon. We enjoyed a campfire and use of the grill. Shopped in the store and the staff were very friendly and welcoming, and the store was very well stocked with a variety of necessities and fun items.

This KOA is AMAZING. Lots to do for kids and adults. Mitzi at registration was so welcoming, funny and accommodating. We needed to change sites (our fault in booking)and she made it happen. She is definitely an asset. Highly recommend as a destination not just a stop over.

Lovely place to stay. Next time we would like the outer ring so it would less noise, but that is not your fault we had noisy neighbors who had family on both sides of us knocking on our camper and walking through our camp site. I think they might have wanted us to trade spots with them but when we answered the door they weren’t there and they never asked. We were already all set up.

We stayed recently for a week over the New Year. Family had a cabin and my wife and I stayed In our motorhome. Circle Pines is a well run resort and everyone was super friendly. We had snow ❄️ galore and the surounding area is awesome. Go enjoy Williams and the Grand Canyon.

We LOVED our experience! Everyone was so friendly and helpful! They take hospitality to the next level. Full hookups in January. We had a 4 and 7 year old with us. There was a barrel train ride twice a day. An awesome pool, the kids loved and a hottub for adults. Multiple dog parks. Great laundry room and clean facilities. We were so excited a about the bear Trax cafe, delicious food and they even deliver. A nice safe dining spot outside with heaters. The food was awesome. There was an air pillow the kids LOVED. A miniature golf 18 hole course. It was an excellent experience for our two dogs and two kids and us. We also saw they had cabins and covered wagons to rent for lodging and in the summer teepees. Super impressed! The kids didn't want to leave.

As our first time using a trailer to camp out IN THE SNOW we knew little on how it works. My husband and I want to shine light on the maintenance manager Greg. He was so very humble kind and extremely helpful. He made sure we were safe upon leaving as well. He guided my husband and was sooo humble about it. Greg we thank you and I personally recommend a visit to Circle pines. Perfect place to experience camping fun especially if you have kiddos to entertain!
