We loved it with one minor issue, we had a small rain and light snow event and the fact that the majority of our space was bare clay dirt, things got pretty messy. Otherwise, we loved it there and we will be back. If you like to hike or ride mountain bikes, you will love the trail access right from the KOA. Staff was also very friendly and accommodating.

Williams, Circle Pines KOA was the best experience for our family. They accommodated to our needs with a three-year-old with fabulous activities, perfect little cabin, and clean showers and bathrooms. We are already planning our next trip! Make sure to see the local sites and make the most of Northern Arizona.

So much fun at this KOA! They have lots of activities for kids including seasonal stuff (we painted pumpkin masks). They have a little train that they pull around the park with a golf cart which our kids really enjoyed. Also enjoyed movie night! Only downside is they only allow adults in the hot tubs. Would like that decision to be left to the parents. We watch our kids carefully.

Only stayed one night but it was super clean, comfortable and quiet as far as guests. You can hear traffic on I40 but it’s not horrible.

This is by far the nicest KOA we have stayed. There are plenty of amenities for the entire family. The staff is awesome. We especially would like to recognize Eamon. Eamon was extremely helpful and courteous to our family. Eamon had exceeded our expectations and all had done did not go unnoticed. We are looking forward to our next visit. This time we are bringing our friends.

Our favorite KOA! Everyone is so friendly and helpful. The kids got to ride go carts this trip and had a blast! We ate breakfast at the cafe and it was delicious!

Everyone we interacted with was pleasant but Bobbie went above and beyond to make our stay great. We enjoyed numerous GoKart trips, the bounce pad, and the mining station. Great KOA!

My kids got kicked off the jumping pillow because a parent said they were swearing. When I went down there to watch my kids there were several children there under ten not supervised. I think there needs to be some retraining on that whole situation.

The staff here is amazing! We ran into a little issue and they went way out of their way to make sure that we were able to store our camper on site. The guy who helped us move the trailer over to the storage area also helped us immensely with winterizing our coach. Big shout out to all the staff at this location! Thank you very much for helping us!

Staff was able to upgrade us to a 50 amp. There were a lot of amenities however we weren’t able to use any because we were there only overnight.

The amenities at KOA were first class, my only complaint is that the hours of the bear trax cafe and go karts should be shared on the KOA website. We arrived on a Wednesday expecting both to be open but were quite disappointed when we found they were closed until the weekend. Perhaps this was written somewhere else and I missed it but I could not find it anywhere.

I cat say enough good things about this campground. I grew up traveling to different campgrounds all summer and those summers were the best times of my life. This campground brought me right back to my childhood and I was a grateful to be able to share the same fun I had with my kids. We didn’t even have enough time to do everything The staff is so friendly and helpful. Will def be back!

Site was smaller and the grade was not as level as expected. Good location to the Grand Canyon, Flagstaff and the Meteor Crater.

We love Circle Pines and have stayed there for years. We ( and our family) have stayed in every cabin category plus the TP’s. We now have an RV and truthfully, we have noticed the sites are not maintained. Very few are leveled, causing issues. This past weekend, our neighbors axle broke while they were having trouble leveling. The sites need to be maintained. Please help your customers.

My family always enjoys staying at the KOA. The staff is friendly and always willing to help. It’s become a yearly tradition to spend a weekend in the fall there. I can’t wait till next year!

The only complaint I have is that the showers by the pool are disgusting. Took my daughter over there to shower and the showers had black mold in every crease and hair built up in the corners. My husband also used the mens and said the same about those. Other than that. Amazing place to stay, lots of stuff to do.

The wagon was comfortable and clean. The mens' room had only one functioning toilet and shower. The angle of the showers is very uncomfortable because they spray directly into the face and cannot be adjusted.

This is our favorite place to camp with family, however our last 2 stays the women (3 of them) running the checkin and general store are very rude. You ask any question and they respond with a negative tone and poor body language. It’s made us uncomfortable to the point where we are looking for another campground to enjoy with our family. Love the vibe outside of the store and the other workers.

This was the most fun we’ve had at a campground and we’ve been full time RVers for 6 months! If you have kids or even if you don’t, this is definitely the place to be for a fun getaway. All the staff were very nice and professional as well. I hope we can come back soon!

This campground is clean and well lit. The staff was quite friendly and the amenities for families were great. I will not stay here again because of the noise. The tent sites are flat and easy to access they are also quite close to the road/highway and freight trains go by all day and ALL night. The access is easy, location is convenient, the ground is flatish and they take dogs.

We stayed recently for a week over the New Year. Family had a cabin and my wife and I stayed In our motorhome. Circle Pines is a well run resort and everyone was super friendly. We had snow ❄️ galore and the surounding area is awesome. Go enjoy Williams and the Grand Canyon.

We LOVED our experience! Everyone was so friendly and helpful! They take hospitality to the next level. Full hookups in January. We had a 4 and 7 year old with us. There was a barrel train ride twice a day. An awesome pool, the kids loved and a hottub for adults. Multiple dog parks. Great laundry room and clean facilities. We were so excited a about the bear Trax cafe, delicious food and they even deliver. A nice safe dining spot outside with heaters. The food was awesome. There was an air pillow the kids LOVED. A miniature golf 18 hole course. It was an excellent experience for our two dogs and two kids and us. We also saw they had cabins and covered wagons to rent for lodging and in the summer teepees. Super impressed! The kids didn't want to leave.

As our first time using a trailer to camp out IN THE SNOW we knew little on how it works. My husband and I want to shine light on the maintenance manager Greg. He was so very humble kind and extremely helpful. He made sure we were safe upon leaving as well. He guided my husband and was sooo humble about it. Greg we thank you and I personally recommend a visit to Circle pines. Perfect place to experience camping fun especially if you have kiddos to entertain!
