We had a very large group of family and friends spend six nights at this particular KOA. We had an absolutely wonderful time. We went into the Grand Canyon twice and into Flagstaff once and Williams at least three times. The Bearizona trip was probably the best one of all. The KOA was even kind enough to have one night provide 6 inches of snow. The indoor pool and hot tub was a lifesaver.

Brice and Tiffany treated us like family they were great help to us. The power kept going out at our site and it is very rocky in only that sight kept stepping on rocks almost twisting ankle the campground is in a great location so I would recommend it and we may come back again some day.

Our visit to the Grand Canyon was awesome and it showed and rained while visiting. Just beautiful. Our site was great and easy access to all the amenities that was available at the time. The stage was very friendly and accommodating . Can't wait to go again!

Had electrical problems with my fifth wheel Greg came and checked the electrical outlet for me it was okay. Then he share a lot of knowledge with me on how my electrical system works, then he brought me a battery charger to run my power ( a big hand to Greg he saved our stay)

Nice big campground convenient to everything to do in Williams. Amenities are great, staff is more than friendly and quite helpful My only complaint was the price which I thought a little bit high.

We loved the park for nearness to things we wanted to see! Amazing employees... Made us feel like they knew us for years? Only downfall was the truck and train noise. But the price you pay for being near the highway! We will return!

Although there seems to be a lot at this location I was very surprised it is not wheelchair friendly at all. The bathrooms/showers are too small, the sites/paths weren't level and/or paved, no accommodations were made around the pool, playground, etc.

Get place. Would recommend that you lower the cost for smaller units at the end of the day. There were still a number of the learners sites the following morning. The spa pumps were not working the lights behind the laundry mat were out very dangerous with steps back there the showers & restrooms were great I was disappointed that I could not get propane. The attendant said he had other duties

We had a wonderful time camping with our daughter, son-in-law and 2 granddaughters. We stayed with them a couple of nights (space #99) and in a cabin for a few nights just for some separation. Everything was clean and well maintained - girls enjoyed bounce pillow, barrel train, golf and playgrounds. And just the beauty of your campground (especially on Tuesday with the snow!) was great!

Our stay was great! Everything and everyone was perfect. Enjoyed the little train for the kiddies; it put a smile on our faces! The only recommendation/suggestion is to have a hose with water at the dump site to rinse after dumping.

Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Place was awesome with lots to do. I only wish the go carts were open but now we’ll have to come back.

Staying here was amazing! The staff were wonderful and the camp ground was spacious and well kept. My family had a blast here. I will certainly return here again with my family. Thank you KOA !!!

Very nice Campgrouds. Every was very friendly and helpful. Cleanest bathrooms and showers I have ever seen. Will go back again someday.

Beautiful site in the pine trees. Friendly staff. Wi Fi would not work. On the last night there was 2 or 3 campers that came in together and they had a dog that would not stop yapping and had very loud music playing for hours, although this is no fault of the campsite it was extremely annoying ( i am sure I will not be the only one that compalins about this). They should of got a warning,

Arrived while it was snowing. Great staff guided us to our space. One of the best places we have stayed. Close to Flagstaff, Williams and Grand Canyon. We liked the area so much we extended our stay by 4 additional days!!

Everything was top notch. I was especially clean. I saw one of you guys in the carts stop at a camp site where something opened up a trash bag and he didn’t hesitate to clean it up. Very nice. Excellent camp ground.

Fantastic staff, nice facility. I'd imagine it's dry 99% of the time, being in Arizona, but when it gets wet, the sites get really muddy.

Grounds are kept clean and beautiful. The shade trees kept it comfortable and loved to sit outside in the Pines.

5 night stay on way back to Missouri. Site 105. They had been digging at the site previously and was rough and not very level. The main problem with this campground is with rain or snow it is one big mud mess. The roads and most of the sites I saw have little to no rock on them. The condition of the roads and most sites is just unacceptable during wet weather. Won’t be back!!

A bit snowy the first day- so some amenities weren’t available. 2nd day it cleared for our visit to the Grand Canyon �. The only drawback is how expensive it is.

We thought our site would have sewer as was described on the web site, but overall for our 1st time camping with our trailer was a great experience. Everyone was helpful and friendly!!!

Extremely welcoming, quick efficient check in. Everyone from checkin to guide to site and parking was easy with courteous assistance. The price is high though compared to site location of 60, I expected to pay that for sites on hill back row with chairs, fire pit etc. Fabulous employee engagement as well as willingness to extend 1 day due to snow for both campers we came in.

We stayed recently for a week over the New Year. Family had a cabin and my wife and I stayed In our motorhome. Circle Pines is a well run resort and everyone was super friendly. We had snow ❄️ galore and the surounding area is awesome. Go enjoy Williams and the Grand Canyon.

We LOVED our experience! Everyone was so friendly and helpful! They take hospitality to the next level. Full hookups in January. We had a 4 and 7 year old with us. There was a barrel train ride twice a day. An awesome pool, the kids loved and a hottub for adults. Multiple dog parks. Great laundry room and clean facilities. We were so excited a about the bear Trax cafe, delicious food and they even deliver. A nice safe dining spot outside with heaters. The food was awesome. There was an air pillow the kids LOVED. A miniature golf 18 hole course. It was an excellent experience for our two dogs and two kids and us. We also saw they had cabins and covered wagons to rent for lodging and in the summer teepees. Super impressed! The kids didn't want to leave.

As our first time using a trailer to camp out IN THE SNOW we knew little on how it works. My husband and I want to shine light on the maintenance manager Greg. He was so very humble kind and extremely helpful. He made sure we were safe upon leaving as well. He guided my husband and was sooo humble about it. Greg we thank you and I personally recommend a visit to Circle pines. Perfect place to experience camping fun especially if you have kiddos to entertain!
