We had a wonderful vacation. Staying at your KOA topped it off. Great location for what we planed to do with our grandchildren. Close by for things to see and do with them and fun things for them to do at this KOA campsite. The bathrooms and showers were very clean and your campsites were very clean and kept up. The staff was very helpful and professional. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!

Had a wonderful time a Williams Koa. Great campgrounds. And if you have kids. They would this place. Love how they show you to your space. Check was very fast. One tip want to add who staying here. Bring extra leveling blocks. Our site was not leveled. Had to put 4 blocks on one side and 4 in front. This was not a problem just want to give heads up.

We stay with KOA every trip across country to and from PA to CA and back again at least once a year. Using I 40 as our route. Feel comfortable and safe after a days travel.

Our family had a great time at Circle Pines. My sons loves the jumping pillow and the mini golf. Everything was in great condition. We would have loved to ride the go carts but they were not open yet.

The staff was very nice & knowledgeable. We ordered dinner from the Cafe, it was fast & yummy. Park was clean & very organized. Swiming pool & showers we're nice too.

Great spot. We enjoyed walking in the woods, playing mini golf and having a great breakfast at Bear Tracks. If the sites weren’t so close together it would strong 5.

Beyond the location being a fantastic start off point for the Grand Canyon, Flagstaff, Williams, and other locations, the amenities at the site were fantastic, as well. The kids loved the pool and the big bouncy pillow thing. I enjoyed having easy access to the showers. We were showed directly to our site by, William, one of the camp hosts, who was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

We love staying at this KOA! They have friendly staff, lots to do at the park, and it’s very well maintained. Plus there’s lots to do in downtown Williams.

I did not have a reservation, but the employees were very accommodating. I had a tent site with electricity and was able to rent a heater. I was escorted to my site and the employee backed me in. Really appreciate that.

This KOA is well maintained and surrounded by beautiful trees. It is in a great location. Friendly staff. Will definitely stay there again.

We’re first time RVers and we had a great time at Circle Pines KOA. The staff was wonderful - very helpful and friendly. The facilities were super clean and it was nice to have a store available. Our dog also enjoyed the dog park. Would definitely recommend!

there is a lot for families to do and it is a great location as it pertains to Flagstaff, Williams (Catch the train to Grand Canyon), Bearizona and a few great hiking trails. We had loads of fun! Very family and pet friendly!

I we first arrived we had spot 49, it was muddy and it looked has some vehicle had got stuck, I call to see if we could move and they said it was pretty full but there were going to sent a crew out to see what they could do but it was so muddy they only pushed the mud around, I went to the office and express how this was not Acceptable so she finally changed to spot48 and shortened our stay 2 days

You need to asphalt the sites. Many sites were very muddy and not useable as an RV would have gotten stuck.

I wish the site was more specific about the go karts. There was nothing on there about them being closed and my kids were very excited to be able to drive them but aren't open until Memorial weekend, even though the weather was perfect for them to be used. Also, wish it were easier to be able to select your sites (i.e needing some next to each other when with groups, or by playgrounds).

aside from the staff in registration and the site guide this park LEAVES EVERYTHING TO BE DESIRED!! WHAT A DISGUSTING, FILTHY, JUNKY, YOU NAME IT PARK.. YOU SHOULD BE EMBARRASSED AT YOUR NIGHTLY RATE FOR A SPACE THAT WAS SO FAR OFF LEVEL IT WAS BEYOND RIDICULOUS!!! SHAME ON YOU.. YOUR KIND OF PARK IS THE EXACT REASON I LET MY KOA MEMBERSHIP LAPSE! EACH PARK WAS WORSE THAN THE LAST!!!!

We have stayed at this KOA in the past and always enjoy the beautiful pine trees and the other amenities for the kids. This time we arrived after they had had a snowstorm and the roads were really wet and muddy. I can appreciate the challenge they have trying to keep the area dry and clear. However, if they are going to continue to stay open year-round they need to figure out how to handle the mud

We stayed recently for a week over the New Year. Family had a cabin and my wife and I stayed In our motorhome. Circle Pines is a well run resort and everyone was super friendly. We had snow ❄️ galore and the surounding area is awesome. Go enjoy Williams and the Grand Canyon.

We LOVED our experience! Everyone was so friendly and helpful! They take hospitality to the next level. Full hookups in January. We had a 4 and 7 year old with us. There was a barrel train ride twice a day. An awesome pool, the kids loved and a hottub for adults. Multiple dog parks. Great laundry room and clean facilities. We were so excited a about the bear Trax cafe, delicious food and they even deliver. A nice safe dining spot outside with heaters. The food was awesome. There was an air pillow the kids LOVED. A miniature golf 18 hole course. It was an excellent experience for our two dogs and two kids and us. We also saw they had cabins and covered wagons to rent for lodging and in the summer teepees. Super impressed! The kids didn't want to leave.

As our first time using a trailer to camp out IN THE SNOW we knew little on how it works. My husband and I want to shine light on the maintenance manager Greg. He was so very humble kind and extremely helpful. He made sure we were safe upon leaving as well. He guided my husband and was sooo humble about it. Greg we thank you and I personally recommend a visit to Circle pines. Perfect place to experience camping fun especially if you have kiddos to entertain!
