Campground Reviews

The employees are very friendly and accommodating. The park was nice, but the spaces are very close together. Wish there was a little more room in between.

Nice place and we would definitely return. Recommended it to the kids/grandkids. Only improvement would be to put some gravel down. We had mud everywhere from the snowmelt. Gravel would have helped. Otherwise, this KOA is a winner!

Great place the kids loved it

Arrived on a Monday RV full hook up. CAFE IS ONLY OPEN THURS-SUN. So that was a bummer. We thought the kitchen would be open. Nobody delivers food to this place. We then were guided to a spot In the park that was a full on Mudpit. It just snowed the week Prior I guess. However there were dry UNUSED spots ALL AROUND US. The spot given to us was the wettest spot In The camp. Thanks for that.

The campground is very nice, however, Campsites need to have gravel or cement pads for inclement weather. Our site was very muddy.

We liked our spot along the perimeter. Nice view of forest. Great dog parks. Recommend more gravel at sites to cut down on mud when snows or rains. Men’s bathroom lacked consistent hot water, jacuzzi, to the right, jets did not work. The area entering the bathroom and laundry area very dangerous with snow that turned to ice.

Lots of activities. Decent site size but not very level. Also like the double sewer drains. Need some kind of road cover as the snow makes it very very muddy. Nice store and cafe. Bring a heated hose with you firing the cold months.

One of the best KOAs we had the pleasure of visiting. Looking forward to our next visit. Lots of amenities and most of which was open despite the off season and unexpected snowfall. Accommodated a late check out and was able to extend due to the weather last minute. Thank you!

Enjoyed the snow!

Top notch KOA! I’ve camped here many times in an RV and loved it. Stayed in a deluxe cabin for the first time on this trip and it was above and beyond any expectations I had. My two preschool aged boys absolutely loved it too. So many great things to do at the KOA and nearby. We had so much fun, I booked our next stay as soon as we got home! I highly recommend Circle Pines KOA!

The staff was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Propane was no issue even in the snow, as we were headed back one evening, we called to let the staff know we might be a little late. They said they would make sure we were taken care of. The only issue we had was the slant of the space made it difficult to set up the waste hose, and leveling. Kudos to the park staff! We'll be back.

Adorable park! Great staff! Beautifully stocked store with camping items/decor not seen at other places. We had winter stay, but would love to come back to enjoy spring/summer activities park has. Only reason 4 instead of 5 stars, could use some extra gravel for roads/spots on east side. The frequent snow and shade of pines keeps ground wet longer and was difficult to maneuver in. LOVE it overall

We’ve stayed at the Williams KOA many times and just love it!!! It’s such a beautiful park with all the pine trees and it’s so well kept up. The staff are all so friendly. Can’t wait to visit again!

A really awsome and beautiful rv park to stay at. The whole staff is amazingly friendly and helpful. A nice break from the flat desert scenery. Trees, mountains and wildlife.

It was great!! Thank you to everyone there. We will be back with our Grandkids next April or maybe this year again.

Great location and beautiful setting in the pine trees. Very friendly helpful staff, great wifi, very clean bathrooms and showers. The only thing we didn't like was the roads were muddy due to melting snow. Really need more gravel on the roads and sites, we tracked mud everywhere we went.

nice place to stay. enjoyed it. a lot of truck traffic on the highway, noise all night, but can't do anything about that.

Absolutely beautiful campsite/location. Friendliest staff so far on our KOA journey to Tennessee. Our 140lb dog was welcomed with open arms.

Stayed for two nights only but able to see that this KOA was probably the best we have stayed at yet, and we have been all over the country. Well maintained and absolutely beautiful. Due to the weather, the area was muddy from snow melt. I would recommend some improvements to the main access ways throughout the park...like some stone on the drive ways. Other than that...a beautiful park!
Mar 05, 2022
Old dirty unmaintained campground. Muddy mess because no stone roads or sites. Moldy pool room with no working spas and pool. Arrived to a dirty site with dog hair, peanut sheep and poop on it, besides walking through mud to get into our rig. Out of 40+ rv parks on this trip this was the worse and we have stayed at many KOAs. I want to be compensated for having to get my truck and trailer washed.

We stayed recently for a week over the New Year. Family had a cabin and my wife and I stayed In our motorhome. Circle Pines is a well run resort and everyone was super friendly. We had snow ❄️ galore and the surounding area is awesome. Go enjoy Williams and the Grand Canyon.

We LOVED our experience! Everyone was so friendly and helpful! They take hospitality to the next level. Full hookups in January. We had a 4 and 7 year old with us. There was a barrel train ride twice a day. An awesome pool, the kids loved and a hottub for adults. Multiple dog parks. Great laundry room and clean facilities. We were so excited a about the bear Trax cafe, delicious food and they even deliver. A nice safe dining spot outside with heaters. The food was awesome. There was an air pillow the kids LOVED. A miniature golf 18 hole course. It was an excellent experience for our two dogs and two kids and us. We also saw they had cabins and covered wagons to rent for lodging and in the summer teepees. Super impressed! The kids didn't want to leave.

As our first time using a trailer to camp out IN THE SNOW we knew little on how it works. My husband and I want to shine light on the maintenance manager Greg. He was so very humble kind and extremely helpful. He made sure we were safe upon leaving as well. He guided my husband and was sooo humble about it. Greg we thank you and I personally recommend a visit to Circle pines. Perfect place to experience camping fun especially if you have kiddos to entertain!
