The cabin was quite drafty, thankfully two heaters were provided so we were warm. The bathroom wasn’t as nice as other KOAs. The water in the potty was frozen and I couldn’t get a bathroom door to close.

Very friendly staff and facility. Laundry room was excellent! Leveling at our site was a bit of a challenge but worked. No issue w/ utilities. Easy access to Grand Canyon and the town of Williams which was really cool w/ Route 66 memorabilia. We would stay here again!

We LOVED it! First timers at KOA, everyone was so helpful and what an amazing resort! The kids both human and fluffies, loved all the parks and fun things to do! The pool, the air pillow, the multiple puppy parks were awesome! The food at the cafe was awesome and how great that you offer delivery as well. We were happily greeted by your friendly associate “Jan” who accommodated us and answered all our questions. She arranged for an escort to our site. We didn’t get his name but he was also very friendly and helpful. Our stay at this clean and we’ll manicured campground was very pleasant. We definitely have plans to return.

Our late check in instructions were easy to follow. The property and restrooms were very clean. We were provided beans bags to play cornhole. Everyone was very kind and helpful with propane refill, purchases in the store and checking out.

It was perfect, our cabin was clean, comfortable, with plenty of supplies---shampoo, coffee, etc. I loved all of the dog parks and being able to let the dogs off leash. Beautiful setting in the pines, I thought everything about the park, cabin, and experience was great!!!

Arrived at the property and it was very clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Made you feel like family. We will certainly be coming back during spring and early summer. Kids were raving about it the whole time and can wait to ride the go carts. All in all, well worth the money spent. Thank you for making our family's outing successful and many fond memories made. Great campground. Nice store, little cafe to order food from. Giant jumper, bikes hiking trails, very nice. Quiet and close to Williams! Will stay again.

Stayed in a cabin. Clean, warm, comfortable. Close to highway, great for 1 night or gor a long stay. Lots of onsite activities.

Very enjoyable and relaxing. Would recommend if park is empty as it was, offer KOA members possible upgrade from there current spot. Maybe entice them to get the bigger site in future.

Nice campground. Appreciated being led directly to campsite. Great water pressure in shower. Recommend making shower heads higher on wall, but other than that, good experience. Noticed they had indoor pool. Didn't use, but would be great if planned for it, I think. Lots of activities for kids (Pillow Jumper, go carts, mini-golf, swings, etc.). I would gladly stop again.

We were spoiled by this camp. Wonderful staff. Camp is clean well serviced and notify campers of all activities. Camp store well stocked. Pool is indoors and very nice. We booked another week for summer. Campsites are spaced well and ours faced right on the forest tree line. Can't wait for our next visit. Thank you all!!!!

Sites were close together and the interstate was definitely there, but the location and camp set-up is beautiful

I'm glad you enjoyed your stay. Unfortunately, a lot of KOA's are near the interstate for easy on and off for travelers.

We’ve stayed here 3 times. First two times loved it. This last time, we’ll everything was great except the site they put us in. Site 107 was very muddy. I understand that they had snow and it melted, but the 3 sites next to us was practically dry. I should’ve said something before disconnecting but didn’t. Lesson learned. Look at the site before pulling in and disconnecting. Only thing I

Meet our winter snow wonderland trip we wanted. Friendly staff inside and out. Helped in all aspects we needed. Way colder than we expected ( below freezing ) but still a memorable trip and will return again in the summer.

We drove up from Phoenix for just one night so that our grandkids (10, 3 & 2) could play in the snow. We had a deluxe patio rv site which was very level and the patio was indeed deluxe. There wasn't a ton of snow but enough to satisfy young kids. Staff was amazing! We played bingo, rode the little train and ate in the Cafe (very good). We had so much fun, we're coming back this weekend. C U soon!

KOA in Williams was very professional from the start as soon as we booked the reservation online. All our questions were answered and the ladies & gents on the grounds were SO nice! What a great place!! Our favorite was Travis!! Cafe dinner was delicious!...Very hot like we like it and delivered to our camper! Hail to the Chef!! We will be back, we will highly recommend! Thank you all �

This is a great KOA location near to all, and the staff here are super friendly. We stayed in Cabin KA, which is a great little two room cabin that is quite spacious and very near the bathroom/shower facilities. We normally stay at another KOA that is very nearby to Circle Pines KOA, but the times we have stayed here, our experience has always been great.

It was great having Kevin and his wife at the KOA to cook for us. They are friendly, the food is good, and the prices are fair. We also enjoyed the indoor heated pool and whirlpools. It was very nice to be able to take a break from some of the first cold-weather of the season. The KOA folks were ready for the cold weather and dealt very well with things like helping me with LP gas.

Just a late night stop while traveling. Everything was set up nicely to make it easy to register and find the right size spot to pull in for the night. Will definitely remember when traveling through again.

We stayed on NYE in what turned out to be a very cold weekend! We were warm enough the first night in the Conestoga wagon and woke up to a winter wonderland outside. Unfortunately the next night it got down to 1 degree and we could no longer stay. Still the staff was so friendly and helpful and the cafe was excellent. Can’t wait to come back when the weather is warmer!

We stayed recently for a week over the New Year. Family had a cabin and my wife and I stayed In our motorhome. Circle Pines is a well run resort and everyone was super friendly. We had snow ❄️ galore and the surounding area is awesome. Go enjoy Williams and the Grand Canyon.

We LOVED our experience! Everyone was so friendly and helpful! They take hospitality to the next level. Full hookups in January. We had a 4 and 7 year old with us. There was a barrel train ride twice a day. An awesome pool, the kids loved and a hottub for adults. Multiple dog parks. Great laundry room and clean facilities. We were so excited a about the bear Trax cafe, delicious food and they even deliver. A nice safe dining spot outside with heaters. The food was awesome. There was an air pillow the kids LOVED. A miniature golf 18 hole course. It was an excellent experience for our two dogs and two kids and us. We also saw they had cabins and covered wagons to rent for lodging and in the summer teepees. Super impressed! The kids didn't want to leave.

As our first time using a trailer to camp out IN THE SNOW we knew little on how it works. My husband and I want to shine light on the maintenance manager Greg. He was so very humble kind and extremely helpful. He made sure we were safe upon leaving as well. He guided my husband and was sooo humble about it. Greg we thank you and I personally recommend a visit to Circle pines. Perfect place to experience camping fun especially if you have kiddos to entertain!
