We celebrated our granddaughters third birthday, had friends and family from different areas come to stay in both RV hook ups and cabins. Wonderful experience, great staff, clean environments. Very pleased and happy with our stay and definitely will be back Great jobs staff!! They dropped off firewood and food ordered from the café directly to our sites!!!

We were so impressed. The staff all went above and beyond to give us the most memorable stay. Everyone was so nice. Seeing Santa and the Grinch made the whole weekend and we will comeback every year!

The best KOA we have ever stayed at. We have a 45ft long fifth wheel. We fit perfectly into our site and loved all of the help from the staff. Very welcoming and fun.

The heater was broken so I asked the front desk about it. I was told to use 2 space heaters. It took 4 hours just to get the cabin to 60 degrees. I mentioned it at checkout and was told it I should have called the emergency number because it had been fixed the day prior and maybe they just needed to reset it. The office should have handled this rather than telling me to just use space heaters.

We came in late, our packet was prepared. The park was well lit and we found our spot easily. Nice level pull thru spot. Left before 7am. We’ll come back again & spend more time. Thanks

2 weeks ago we stayed here too (in cabin 4), we were very satisfied, cabin was already heated, a great matras to sleep on. This time we had cabin 5, it was really cold when we arrived, snow expected. Heating not on, door big gaps where the wind blew thru. We solved it by a rolled up towel on the floor and our cooler to keep the door closed without a gap. Matras thin.

Very nice place to stay. Got in very late due to car troubles earlier in the day, very helpful in providing after hours information and a map on how to get to our site which was very easy to follow even in a white out.

Overall my experience was positive. The cabins and staff were both very good. The restrooms and showers need some serious attention. Other KOA’s have much nicer restrooms/showers. The shower heads barely mist a cold water and have no temp control.

Clean facilities and friendly staff. They even had dinner and breakfast if you wanted. We had breakfast, it was good.some sites are very uneven, we had to change to a different site. I would stay here again. We had full hookups clean bathrooms and showers.

Our stay was great. One mistake we made with the cold weather. We left the black water valve open during the night, at our dump stations. Of course everything was frozen inside the hose. That was fun. Thing’s Rv people learn the hard way. This campground was the best KOA that we have stayed at. The only downside was the road noise from the interstate.

This is so far the best KOA we stayed at. Restroom is super clean, and they had heating in the rest/shower room in winter. There are plenty of recreation activities: tutu train ride, jumping pillow, mini golf…….

Best KOA ever!! This place has it all and best of all, the people who worked here!! I never met such welcoming, happy people! Our grandkids enjoyed talking to these employees, and were treated so sweetly! Definitely want to come back!

Reminded me of my childhood trips with parents! Havent stayed at a KOA since I was kid. Staff was very friendly. Great to see them going the extra mile to make everyone's stay fun! Great family atmosphere!

My only complaint, and it is true of all campgrounds, is that the WiFi bandwidth is lacking - I just do not understand why a campground does not upgrade WiFi so that campers can work without interruption. Good WiFi could be a paid option, something dedicated to those willing to pay for uninterrupted service - Other than that, nice park with very nice staff -

Enjoyed our stay over Thanksgiving holiday. The staff was great and helpful whenever we needed something. Lots to do at this campground. So happy is is open year round now.

I was very disappointed: Highway noise from I-40 semis and cars all night long; you should provide ear plugs for campers. Jacuzzi was dirty and not hot at all. Shower head in the shower was too low for me to stand up straight and wash my hair (I’m only 5’6”). Also, there were no hold bars in any of your showers, and the bottom was slippery, making me feel unsafe. Unlevel site; had to mov

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at the KOA! There was plenty to keep the kids entertained for hours on end. A wonderful staff that helped with any questions we had. The only suggestion would be that during the movie times at night, a propane heater would be very beneficial. We plan on returning!

The staff was very friendly. We arrived after-hours, and the check in process was great! Campground was very clean and safe. Lots to do at this KOA. The only disappointment was, the cafe being closed Tues/Wednesday. It was Thanksgiving week and the campground was busy. Also, the store needs more staples and food, less souvenirs.

We stayed recently for a week over the New Year. Family had a cabin and my wife and I stayed In our motorhome. Circle Pines is a well run resort and everyone was super friendly. We had snow ❄️ galore and the surounding area is awesome. Go enjoy Williams and the Grand Canyon.

We LOVED our experience! Everyone was so friendly and helpful! They take hospitality to the next level. Full hookups in January. We had a 4 and 7 year old with us. There was a barrel train ride twice a day. An awesome pool, the kids loved and a hottub for adults. Multiple dog parks. Great laundry room and clean facilities. We were so excited a about the bear Trax cafe, delicious food and they even deliver. A nice safe dining spot outside with heaters. The food was awesome. There was an air pillow the kids LOVED. A miniature golf 18 hole course. It was an excellent experience for our two dogs and two kids and us. We also saw they had cabins and covered wagons to rent for lodging and in the summer teepees. Super impressed! The kids didn't want to leave.

As our first time using a trailer to camp out IN THE SNOW we knew little on how it works. My husband and I want to shine light on the maintenance manager Greg. He was so very humble kind and extremely helpful. He made sure we were safe upon leaving as well. He guided my husband and was sooo humble about it. Greg we thank you and I personally recommend a visit to Circle pines. Perfect place to experience camping fun especially if you have kiddos to entertain!
